It is impossible to get in contact with Verizon

I am having many problems with my account and am being over charged. I would not be a huge issue if I were able to get in contact with any form of support.
The purpose of having a "Contact Us" page, is to be able to contact you! Due to the nature of my job, I work odd hours and rarely have time to call Verizon when they see fit. The live chat feature is never available. All I have left is this.. forum. This is not the proper way to fix problems. All I need is to be able to send one single email, but Im unable to. I emailed Verizon over a week ago (perhaps through the wrong support center, but even so I should have been directed properly) and have heard nothing in return.
Now I have been charged over $100 higher than my normal bill because the Verizon store I went to last screwed up. I am angry, and I have very little interest in continuing my service.

I can't seem to reach Verizon either (or when I do they say they can't hear and please call back or if online it mysteriously drops). That's when/if I finally get through and extended waiting for them to not be busy. Going into a store as a last resort and I had to wait an hour and a half to talk to someone who essentially told me I needed to call Verizon. SO frustrating!

    Is there any way to report poor service in my area? I have been with Verizon since 2005, my area showed up on the LTE coverage map in 2011. The problem is 4G is extremely spotty and all phones almost always revert back to 3G or are unable to complete a 4G upload speed test. The only place I am able to get stable 4G reception in my house is upstairs (with HTC, Motorola, and Apple phones). When you live in a spotty 4G area you notice that some manufacturers use better radios than others.
    The closest cell phone tower to my house is located about 2 miles to the east of town right on Interstate 75. The other cell phone tower is located about 3-4 miles down 75 which serves the northern portion of town. Downtown and almost all residential areas have non-existant LTE coverage unless you're outside and you're lucky to get that. The phone might read LTE sometimes but it's usually about -111dB and unstable. 2 miles west of town there is a major CSX intermodal train yard that links NYC to Chicago which also has no LTE coverage. My zip code is 45872 and the map shows LTE coverage for the entire area, and it has for years, and while this might TECHNICALLY be true, as in the tower is 4G, it's very difficult to connect to LTE while in town.
    I highly doubt Verizon has any knowledge of the issue or plans to fix it anytime until the next upgrade to 5G or whatever that may be. I'd really like Verizon to consider fixing the issue or remove the LTE coverage from the map.
    I am not new to this, I have had LTE devices on the Verizon network since the Thunderbolt came out. Since then I have had the iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, Droid DNA, Droid RAZR, Droid RAZR Maxx HD, HTC One, Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, and the HTC Rezound (I believe this is all of them).
    I don't have any issues with dropped calls and the 3G works OK, but with more data intensive applications it would be nice to actually get what you pay for and utilize the 4G speed.
    Verizon only seems to care if users have LTE data coverage by the highway, not in the town. It didn't used to be a big deal but now that nearly everyone has 4G capable devices, the issue is really obvious. I will work with Verizon on the issue if they'd like, I would really just like to have the issue taken care of.

    The Verizon rep (TonyG_VZW) was communicating with me through direct messages and was supposed to call me but never did. So I don't know if a ticket has been filed or not but apparently contacting someone on here is one way to do it. I'm really doubtful that anyone will ever come and fix it. The east side of town is great but the west (where I live) is poor. I think as long as they can mark it as a "LTE" area on a map, that's all they care about.
    The truth is that everyone knows that LTE sucks here, but no one really knows how to complain about it. It IS an issue and always has been, ESPECIALLY if you own a Samsung phone. The only real way they could fix it here would be to put up another cell phone tower which I highly doubt they will do, the position of the current one honestly makes no sense, it's about 3 miles from the center of town, if it was more centrally placed they would of only had to put up one tower, but now about 75% of the town has to live with slow 3G, and because the majority of people are using 3G at the same time on one tower, it's SLOW.
    I don't think Verizon cares enough to put up another tower here, even with there being a major CSX inter-model hub, which is more than 5 miles long itself. It lies on the west side of town and 4G signal is extremely poor, they're building commercial shipping companies across from CSX all the time and they service out there it horrible. I'd switch to AT&T if I didn't have unlimited data because it's much faster here, the towers are more strategically placed and there appears to be more than one.

    I ended up buying the zBoost DataBlast YX550-VLTE-AWS for $160, I had to put an antenna on my roof. My 4G signal ranges from 2-4 bars and usually about 19db on average, although LTE still sucks outside my house. I hope that helps.

    This morning at 9.56 am UK time, I finally got hold of someone to chat about the impossibility of cancelling my payments for my daughter's subscription to Adobe's Creative Cloud. The chat case number was 214119558. As soon as I explained the problem, the Adobe representative said he would find someone else to chat with me. Instead of finding someone, he closed the chat. I tried again the Chat but it was not available. This is my second day of trying to chat, speak or even send an email to anyone at ADOBE. I have contacted my bank and asked it to cancel my debit card payments. They take place every month since July 2014 without my permission. At the same time I cannot find a way to cancel the subscription. HELP!

    Adobe has been charging my bank account with the reference number ADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE 044-207-3650 IE.
    This reference number should be enough for you to trace the CC order.
    Here is the history of my complaint.
    In June 2013, my daughter took a subscription for the Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one-year) subscription. The monthly payments of £15.88 came from my bank account.
    After the subscription came to an end in June 2014, Adobe increased the monthly payment from £15.88 to £22.46.
    From July 2014, Adobe has collected £22.46 per month for the months of July, August, September and November, or a total of £89.84.
    Neither I or my daughter gave Adobe the permission to renew the one-year subscription.
    Adobe must pay back to my account the money it took without authorisation.
    As of today, my bank has cancelled the recurring monthly payment to Adobe.

    We moved to Ecuador and need to get in contact with Verizon to end our service.  The number they provided does not work.  ONE time it worked.  I dont know why it doesnt now.  Also the chat line is not ever available when I am on line.
    When I did talk they said they ended my service and that I just needed to pay the $200 to end the contract.  But when i  go on line to my bill, they are charging me another months usage it looks like.  I dont know what to do anymore.  any suggestions?

    You can turn that feature off in Settings>Mail, contacts, calendars>Contacts>Show in App Switcher>Recents>Off.

    After reviewing your post, I believe your device is under Activaltion Lock. The following article will provide you with more information about the feature:
    iCloud: Activation Lock
    With iOS 7 or later, Find My iPhone includes a feature called Activation Lock, which is turned on automatically when you set up Find My iPhone. Activation Lock makes it harder for anyone to use or sell your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch if it’s ever lost or stolen. 
    With Activation Lock, your Apple ID and password are required before anyone can:
    Turn off Find My iPhone on your device
    Sign out of iCloud on your device
    Erase and reactivate your device
    Important:    Make sure to remember your Apple ID and password, and that your password is unique and secure—someone else shouldn’t be able to guess it. For more information, see the Apple Support article Security and your Apple ID. 
    If you want to give away or sell your device, be sure to erase your content and settings (in Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings). When you erase your content, Find My iPhone and Activation Lock are also turned off.

    There's no way around it.  The former owner needs to erase the phone and remove it from their account as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515.  No one else can help with this, including Apple.

    If you are trying to activate an iPad or iPhone and it is asking for a previous owners Apple ID and password, you have encountered the Activation Lock. This is a security feature that prevents thieves from setting up and using a stolen or lost iPad or iPhone. You have no alternative. You must contact the previous owner to get permission to use the device. If you cannot contact the previous owner return the device to where you bought it and get a refund. You will never be able to activate the device and no one can help you do it.

    If you are referring to Activation Lock, the password for the Apple ID signed into the device is required, there is no way around this.  If you do not have the information and cannot contact the previous owner, the device is useless.
