It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my serial number.

I purchased the Student/Teacher edition of Production Premium and submitted my documentation, but have still not received the serial number from Adobe.  As the discussion title indicates, it's been almost a full month and my trial is about to run out. 
I would greatly appreciate it if someone from Adobe (preferably from the Serial Number Approval Department) would contact me with either A: an explanation or B: my serial number (preferable).

You need to call Adobe on their phone line. Adobe does not necessarily hang out on these forums which are user forums.

  • It's been almost 2 weeks and I still didn't receive my package

    Hi guys, I don't know how to ask for help because I have already sent an email to Best Buy and anyone aswered me. I made an order on December 15th for my xbox one and some games. Most of them arrived between 19th and 22th, however one game, Far cry 4, that was supposed to be delivered on 19th didn't arrive until today (January 2th).
    I already checked in UPS website and they are sending my package to everywhere except to my address. It is even in my County, but they don't delivery it and now it on hold:
    "The receiver has requested that we hold this package for a future delivery date / Delivery will be rescheduled."
    I understand that the post office won't receive it now because it's new years, but I must say that I am really sad with this buying. Now I don't know when the post office will come back to work and I have no guarantee that they will delivery it in time. Besides, I have moved to other place after 19th, so I have to go all my way back just to get this package that god knows when it will arrive. I trusted on the delivery day and now I will just have more work to do.
    I really need help with this. I just want this game!

    I'm sure you were super excited to receive Far Cry 4. I'm sorry to hear that this item may have taken longer to ship than the rest of your order.     there is no serial number used with a cc subscription.  you use your adobe id.

    Hold on tight it'll come i got mine accouple days ago. An when it Does some things to remember before you except
    it. 
    Do this:
    Make sure you run the battery down an then Recharge it fully before doing the update.
    Its a good idea to be close to the Tower so you can get the best signal while doing the update process
    let the update go fully thru its steps it will take from 20 to 30 min. an no incoming or outgoing calls can be made an at the end of the update for about 2 to 3 min. it will look like its doing nothing but it is just leave it alone an finally it will be done an will be then at the home screen.
    i would then shut it off wait about 5 min an then turn it back on. the boot up process will be alittle faster.
    And my final suggestion is enjoy your new Incredble thats what i call mine.   B33

    We are Users, like yourself. We do not work for Apple. Contact them directly at the location you turned in your unit. Depending on parts supply stock and work load, completion time can change day to day.

    As above, I signed up, switching from Sky to BT Broadband and line rental at the beginning of August. I also completed the online form the day my broadband went live to claim the £75 Sainsburys voucher from BT and I still haven't received it!
    I have had 3 "live chats" and made two phone calls at added expense and it still hasn't arrived not have I been told when it will be sent. Everytime I have had a live chat or telephoned the customer services assistant just fills in the form again which I did myself two months ago!

  • Verizon Sent me the wrong EIN numbered phone and  has been nearly 3 months and still no refund

    I am still not getting my money back for the phone I ordered and paid for via credit card on 11/29/2010.
    You guys sent me the wrong phone with the wrong EIN number. So I was told by my local Verizon store on 11/30/2010 to send it back (Which I did) and a new phone would replace it (received new phone), The replacement phone was billed to my Verizon account and I was told I would get my money back  once the first phone was returned to you guys,
    I shipped the first phone back via FEDEX on 12/3/2010.
    I contacted customer service on 12/31/2010 and told them I hadn’t gotten my refund yet (REF# 70331329 and was told expect a refund in 24 to 48 Business hours.
    I contacted Customer service (Greta) on 2/6/2011, and she said she saw that the phone had been returned and said it should show up on the next billing cycle.
    I got a new bill on 2/25/2011 and no refund was on the bill.
    I contacted customer service on 2/26/2011 and talked to Jeff, he said He would fill out a TOPS request and he would call me back on 3/2/2011 and as of 3/21/2011 no call has been received from him.
    I called customer service (Aman) on 3/6//2011 and he said I should get my money back in 24-72 hours and I haven’t yet.
    I emailed the Verizon/Boeing contact and he said he has “no teeth “ to do anything about it, and I would need to elevate to at least supervisor level and they should be able to do something about this ………….and he is sorry he can’t help
    It has been nearly 3 months and 4 phone calls by me and I have been told I should get the money back 5 times now. And still no return of my money. I think this issue needs elevating to the top of the company if necessary as this has become a joke of Customer Service from your company.
    It seems that the CUSTOMER is not important to Verizon anymore.
    Please stop giving me the Customer Service run around and actually return my money that I had to pay for the wrong phone that you sent me and then had me send it back.
    Do I need to get legal advice or the Attorney General involved to resolve this?

    Rofl... 1) peer to peer forum... as much fun as your righteous rage is we can't really help (although you will probably get a pm from a rep... keep in mind you can do the same thing throught the 'contact us' link in the upper right). 2) Just as confirmation... you did pay for the second phone separately? 3) Call in, talk to a sup and tell them the situation in a calm polite manner. Have them double check to make sure the phone is showing in the warehouse... that the fedex order is showing as having been returned and that some return refund requests have been submitted... If all of that has been done, and they show it has been returned then some form of credit should be able to be worked out. Oh, I should also say that you may not need to go to a sup. A lot of reps are more than able to take care of this, gauge the confidence level of the rep for the first few minutes (along with how well they are willing to listen to you) before you decide to sup up.
