Item has been on delivery since 06/29/15

Hello, I have patiently been waiting for my order to arrive since it was placed on 06/28/15. The processing to initial shipping was great very fast. It was shipped originally with UPS but with the 4th of July holiday it caused the item to be delayed until next business day. I don't have an issue with that and it's normal. However, the item switched carrier the following business day on July 6th. The item departed Richmond California via USPS to my location the island of Mililani, Hawaii. I have been tracking it daily and the USPS tracking site says the same thing "Your item arrived at our USPS facility in RICHMOND, CA 94804 on July 6, 2015 at 7:25 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination." I waited and waited then finally called USPS and spoke to a rep. He advised that it's being shipped.....why in the heck would they ship it??? I just recently had my cars shipped and it took about 2 weeks. This item shipped on the 6th, well that's what the site says and it's been 2 weeks. Technically 3 weeks the item out on shipping going on 4. What am I to do here? I know one thing is just wait and wait and hope that it gets here by the end of this month. You advertise 5-8 business day if I remember well it's been more than that. Even with the change in carrier it has been more than that. Please help with a solution. Thank you, Siksauce

After buying something online, I constantly check the order’s status to see when I can anticipate it to arrive. This is so I can keep an eye out for the delivery. As it’s almost been a month since you reportedly placed the order, it’s understandable why you would be concerned about where you order may be, even after allowing an appropriate delay due to the most recent holiday weekend. I truly apologize for any frustration this unexpected shipping delay may be causing.
If an online order is reported to us as missing, we should be contacting the mail carrier associated with your purchase to file a claim on your behalf. After reviewing your online order, I do see that while USPS notates the order is in transit. While this means it isn’t necessarily missing, I was able to confirm their website hasn’t updated since July 6th. Because of this, I’ve asked them to open an investigation to see if your order may be located, and we ask for eight business days to look into this.
Having said this, please know I’ve sent you a private message to discuss this matter further. You may view it by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

    Take it to an Apple Store for testing. If you don't get immediate satisfaction, exchange it for another one, which you can do at no cost, no questions asked, within 14 days of delivery.

    Any existing function to validate an item when another item has been changed? Because these 2 fields are related. When one filed is changed, the other one should be blank and let the user to input again. I am using oracle custom.pll library.
    Any ideas?

    Thanks for posting your issue,
    You can switch of alerts and set E-Mail Notification to Yes under your Workflow Tasks list > Settings > Advanced Settings. By doing so user specified in AssignedTo will receive e-mail notification when task is created and if task ownership is not changed
    during your workflow this will be the only mail sent by system.
    Since you are already using SharePoint designer you also have option to include Send an Email action in your workflow (after task is created). This option is better if you want to send some specific info to user.

  • Apologies, this item has been interrupted due to an error...

    Hi there. Recently i have changed motherboards/processors in my desktop PC (but kept the same hard drive). Since then, when i go to view Sky Go on my desktop, i get the following error message: “Apologies, this item has been interrupted due to an error. Please click play to resume watching. [t:6013 / c:4110 ].” I have worked through the steps on the support page and none of these have remedied the problem. I decided to leave it to the new month as I thought maybe it a was a maximum device limit issue, but I have removed what was my old PC and have tried to view a channel on this device, yet the same error message occurred. I have cleared all browser cookies, have reinstalled Silverlight and have set permissions for chrome or adblocker, not to block SkyGo. I have also tried viewing on Internet Explorer and Firefox and have the same issue.  Can anyone else lend any ideas on how to sort this?  Thanks 

    Login to Sky Go and click 'Watch live TV' from the home page. It will attempt to show Sky News and fail with the error [t6013-c1501].
    2. Right click on the error and you should see the Menu option 'Silverlight'. Select this and a dialog should appear. Click the 'Application Storage' tab and delete any entry that relates to sky go. Click OK to close the dialog.
    3. Close the browser (if you don't the next bit will fail as it will be using the file you need to rename).
    4. Open explorer and navigate to the folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\PlayReady
    Note: This folder might be hidden on your PC, if so in explorer select Organize->Folder and Search Options->View->Show hidden files and folders and click OK.
    5. Rename the file mspr.hds to mspr.hds.OLD
    Note: Don't rename/delete the folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\PlayReady or you will get the error [t6000-c1501]. The folder must exist in order for the new file to be created by Silverlight.
    6. Log back into Sky Go and click 'Watch live TV', this time you should see a message saying something like downloading security components.

    I also had this problem. Go to settings> itunes & app store, tap on your apple ID and sign out. Then open itunes store. It should now open.
    Then sign back in again and the problem should be resolved

  • We have about 5 devices in our family.  My daughter's and mine don't work anymore, ostensibly because we have "too many". It has been so long since I loaded them in, I don't remember how I registered them.  What can I do to reactivate IPOD, SHUFFLE, ETC.

    We have about five devices in our family which have been deactivated.  It has been so long since I registered them -years- and I don't recall  how I did it.  For instance, my daughter's IPod from when she was young doesn't work and neither does her IPod Nano.  She can't get any of her music.  My Shuffle doesn't work.  I am embarrassed that I feel like having Apple products is too complicated for me.  I can barely get through all the levels of logging in, let alone how to make the devices work again.  Somewhere along the way I seem to remember getting a message that we had too many devices on our account.  Which account?  I have given up on this so many times and now it is years later and I am trying again.  How can I get some meaningful customer service to use the products and music I bought and paid for?

    I think in previous incarnations, people would have jumped all over you for your approach, but the Lion operating has generated decidely mixed or even negative reviews from users. So no one seems to disagree with you. I think many folks are simply staying with 10.6 and waiting to see if OS 10.8 is better than 10.7.  I've mostly avoided upgrading OS's, or when I do I jump over one version completely because I've waited long enough that I'm two versions behind. 
    Here are the things that will/would motivate me to update the OS:
    * incompatibility with MS-Office (I'm not a MS-Office fan but I do need to use it)
    * incompatibility with flash or other tools needed to view modern web content (this might be a while as I am still using several different Macs, the oldest being a 2005 PPC iMac with 10.5.8 and an fairly old/outdated flash, but it seems to still do ok with most web content). Our 2008 Intel Core 2 Duo iMac runs 10.6.8 and can do just about anything we need -- like you, I decided not to go to Lion because it didn't look like much of an improvement.
    * incompatibility with various commercial software, such as TurboTax, or with web sites I use to manage financial accounts and such things
    We got my daughter a new Macbook Air just before she started college, and Lion plus a new Macbook Air model came out a month later. I am glad now about it actually, I think some of the Lion "issues" would have annoyed her greatly (especially the odd dropping of wireless access points under Lion, everyone is on wireless at colleges now). I'm hoping that the 10.8 OS will be better than Lion. We had (probably still have) a certificate for a free Lion upgrade but we decided not to use it.

    I use work flow to release MM invoice parked by MIR7. But I get trouble with PO with many GR line items (example: PO shipment cost, PO stationery ...) where we need to match consecutive many invoices from one PO. Normally, when matching invoice by MIRO, amount an quanlity will be minused, we can continue to match invoice by exist line items. But now, when we parked first invoice  to one line item (invoice not be released), amount and quanlity also display old value in second invoice  for this line item, user cannot distinguish what line item has been mached invoice and waiting released, this is difficult to working. Please give me solution to distinguish what line item has been parked invoice in t-code MIR7?

    I think what you describe is standar system behaviour. You nee to re-think how you use Invoice Parking  workflow - it is meant to manage incomplete documents, not for invoice release. You need to first post invoice doucument, only than open invoice qunatities will be updated and depending on tollerance limits and other setting release invoice for payment.

    We received the following error massage:
    [Maximum number of items has been reached] we then updated table TTPYV using MATNR,MEINS,MENGE,PAOBJNR,POSN2,VBEL2,WERKS,ZEKKN 
    We had these same settings in R/3 4.7 and it worked very well.
    1. What are MySAP ERP 2005 requirements in order to get SD billing items summarized in FI? our client wants one invoice with more than 10000 items
    2. What are other IMG settings required in both FI/SD modules to get this working?
    3. Are there any User Exits required?
    4. Are there any CO settings required?
    5. Are there any G/L account settings required?

    I don't think you can. We had the same problem and had a good look at sap notes and posts from SDN etc. and came to the conclusion that you can only invoice up to 9999 items. Not entirely sure about that number, might be 999 items. In any case we decided to break down the billing list by creating more than one billing documents.
    You can do the same and then create an Invoice list, which is a document that will contain the values of all individual billing documents without posting any values to FI/CO

    I was responding to him by adding screenshots, suddenly the post got disappeared and messaage I got is"This
    item has been deleted." 
    Dis I violated any rule?

  • Finding which menu item has been clicked

    Does oracle forms have anyway of knowing which menu item has been clicked.
    I have a security structure set up where menu items are made visible depending on their name, which in turn is based on the individual forms that a particular user can access.
    I would like to write a generic method for all menu items where it uses the name of the clicked menu item to perform a query, the result could be used to open a new form.
    So is there a build in or some 'secret source' which tells me the name or gives me the id of a clicked menu item?

    Not entirely sure what you mean, are you sugesting i have a generic method with a switch statment and uses the input paramter to decide what to do?
    It's not really what i'm after, rather I already have the name of the menu item in the database, the same table also contains the module filename that clicking the button should go to.
    So the idea would be somthing like
    declare
    begin
    select module name into new form from secutity table where menu item = :system.current menu item;
    open_form(new form);
    end;
    :sysem.current menu item is the missing ingreadiant.
    My menu has many items in the hundreds i think so even the generic switch staement would be pretty tedious and i want changes in the database to be felt system wide as they are else where in my system.

  • Error in Shuttles - leading:items has been tampered.

    Hi folks , I am facing the below error in a page, when we select any value from the LOV.
    "You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
    - The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Home to proceed."
    To give a bcakground, we have LOVs and shuttles which are linked to same VO. On getting the diagnostic log, we get
    [41]:UNEXPECTED:[fnd.framework.webui.OAPageContextImpl]:MACCHECK: . Parameter failing validation is : ReportingNameShuttleRN:leading:items. Parameter ReportingNameShuttleRN:leading:items has been tampered.
    Where ReportingNameShuttleRN is the custom Region.
    If we remove the above shuttle from the page, the error is not thrown on selection of LOV, however after adding it we again get this error.
    This shuttle does not have any data with null valies
    BY looking into th error , I can understand that its throwing because of the Shuttle. But not sure of how to fix it.
    Please help as soon as posisble.

    yes you are right , I am using a custom VO for it.
    One fuzzy thing in this issue is , I am not getting this error in development instance. But its throwing the error in our testing instance.
    Is there any instance specifc change I need to do ?

    6001000200(G/L account).
    But in the tx Fb01, the system  run correctly and make the derivation
    Which is the problem , some note to implement ?

    Hi,
    When you post a document, all lines have to receive FM assignment. I believe, you are receiving this message on the line of the customer. Go to FMDERIVE, activate a trace and you will see if you have rules missing to derive FM object.
