Itunes can't connect with my Iphone

Alright, well I got my first iPhone on Wednesday. Took it back because I thought the issue was factory caused, and when I tried to sync the new one, I get the same error. Screenshot of the error: http://s314.photobucket.com/albums/ll436/Reznerkk/?action=view&current=Iphone.pn g
I've tried getting out of it, and downloading the rhapsody app, then downloading music that way. It says the download is being completed, but when I got to the iPod, it says there is no content. Tried different usb ports, disabling 3rd party interference, letting iTunes bypass my firewall, nothing's working.

Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes. You can download it from here -> http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
If that doesn't work, check out this Apple article -> iOS: Unknown error containing '0xE' when connecting to a Windows PC

  • Hi,  When I load itunes it will connect with my iphone

    Hi,
When I load itunes it will connect with my iphone &function correctly. When I reboot/restart, and open itunes it now will not linkto my iphone(not in the left-hand column). After connecting via USB cable thesystem(Windows 7 Ultimate), will recognise it as an iphone but itunes will notfind/load the iphone. The only solution is to remove itunes and then reload, this works but it’s a long winded and laborious method, during loading ifOutlook is open it requests a closure before competition. Is there a commonpiece of software that may be at fault? As anybody experienced this or is therea solution out in the big world?
As anybody got any suggestions on how to find the problem ifthat is the issue?
System:- Windows 7 Ultimate with MS Office 2007, there isstill a problem in MS Office2010.
    Regards

I solved the problem with the assistance of apple support knowledgebase.  Refer to TS3441.

  • Itunes can`t connect with the ipad because it is blocked with a code

the thing is the following . I bought an Ipad and they connected it to the computer without synicing it with itunes so I could use it. I used it for a while and inserted a password. After using it I turned it off and when I got home it appears " Itunes can´t connect with the ipad because it is blocked with a code. Insert the code in the ipad to use it with itunes." The point is that I can´t even use it because it says to insert the password and the ipad says that I have to connect it to itunes so no password can be inserted so I can´t use my ipad

You need to start all over from the beginning.  After connecting your iPad to the computer, look in iTunes for instructions how to "Restore as new."

  • Itunes can not connect with the Itunes store

Every time I try to connect to the ITunes Store an error pops up :  Itunes can not connect with the Itunes store.  I have downloaded the updated software and have access to the internet.  Anyone ever run into this problem?

If it still has problems after trying the steps above, try resetting Winsock. It looks like it worked for a few people in this thread -> With iTunes 10.4 I can access iTunes store.
MTG68 wrote - In windows 7, click on your start menu, go to accessories, right click on the command prompt icon and choose "run as administrator".  Once it opens, type in the following command...
    netsh winsock reset
hit enter and it should say something like winsock reset successful now reboot your computer.

  • TS3212 iTunes can't connect with iPhone because the pairing record is missing

I have been having a lot of trouble with iTunes on Windows XP. I have had to completely uninstall iTunes, QuickTime, iPod, Apple Mobile Support, Apple Application Support, etc. and reinstall iTunes several times just to get to this point: now when I connect my iPhone using USB, I get the error message:
'iTunes could not connect to the iPhone "John L. Mohammed"  because the pairing record is missing.'
What is this about? What can I do about it?
It should be noted that the latest attempt to install iTunes does not seem to have installed QuickTime, though it does not complain about missing software.

Try disconnecting your phone from your computer, quit iTunes, connect you phone to your computer again, the re-launch iTunes.

  • ITunes can't connect to my iPhone 5?

Whenever I connect my iPhone 5 to iTunes 10.7, my iPhone doesn't show up on the left column and I get an error message saying "iTunes could not connect to this iPhone. The service did not start properly on the device." I tried restarting my MacBook and reopening iTunes but it doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

Restarting the phone did the trick for me.

  • ITunes can't connect with iTunes Store & Computer doesn't recognize iPod

When I put my iPod in the USB-port, it is recognized by my desktop for a short time as "Lucas's iPod", then, after like 20 seconds it turns to removable drive en than it just dissappears out of My Computer, so iTunes says it can't sync it because it can't find the drive (= the iPod). I searched for solutions, tried the 5 R's several times, nothing works and I'm desparate. I tried to Authorize my Computer in the Store menu in iTunes, by clicking Store > Authorize Computer > Fill in Apple ID and password. I did that, but when I clicked Give Authorization, it says (In Dutch, I tried to translate it as well as I can): iTunes cannot connect with the iTunes Store. The networkconnection has been refused. Check if the networksettings are right and if the networkconnection is active. Then, try again.
I don't know what is meant with my "wrong networkconnection". My internet works beautifully, I can use everything, but only iTunes won't work. Why is the networkconnection being refused? I'm getting crazy because I have my Ipod for almost 2 months and I didn't take it out of my house or even use it one time! Please, please, please help me!

honestly on a Windows I do not know how, there are programs that you can download that will tell you, and there are unix scripts that can tell you. to find out how, you might want to talk to somebody who owns a windows and is proficient in using it.

  • My macbook can't connect with my iphone, my macbook can't connect with my iphone

can't connect my laptop mac book with my iphone 4, keep on telling me to unlock my iphone password, both iphone and laptop already logged in with my apple account!!

You can't do it because that is not, and has never been a feature of the iPhone. Bluetooth file sharing and bluetooth sync are not supported. The only thing for which you can use a bluetooth connection with a computer is tethering.

  • Can't connect with my iPhone 4

I'm having trouble connecting my iPhone 4 to my iTunes. I have already called AppleCare Support but, they were un able to help me. I'm using iTunes 10.

    Do the usual wireless things.
Change the wireless name to simple name with only alphanumerics and no spaces.
Set to manual and use channels 1, 6, 11 in turn.
For testing take off the security altogether.
The iphone only works on 2.4ghz so only that band is relevant.
