ITunes sync stopped working with my iPhone 5 and Outlook on Windows 7. Error states in part "because the sync server failed to sync the iphone"

I have an iPhone 5 running iOS 7.1.2. I am using iTunes version 11.2.2.3 on Windows 7. After updating to the new version of iTunes I am currently using, the snyc between my Outlook calendar and phone stopped working. I get the error "iTunes could not sync the calendars to the phone xxxxx because the sync server failed to sync the iphone" I followed the instructions here - Troubleshooting Sync Services on Windows with Microsoft Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, or Outlook 2010 - to no avail, with the exception of not re-installing Outlook. Not an option on my corporate computer. When I run the Sync test, it says it passes -

To resolve this issue, follow the steps in iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Unknown error containing '0xE' when connecting. If you have a Windows computer with an Intel® 5 series/3400 series chipset, you may need updates for your chipset drivers. ITunes has stopped Working when using Ipod shuffle 3gen on Windows Vista HB

Itunes keeps shutting down when I insert my Ipod shuffle into the usb connection of my latop. I am using a Windows Vista Home Basic for an OS.
Not sure if this is a Vista, Apple issue, or something else...
I have contacted apple about this and uninstaled/reinstalled Itunes. Yet after all this, I get the same error message. The message reads:
"iTunes has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
As far as I know Vista should be compatible with iTunes and it is until I actually try to use my shuffle (newest model). Its weird because my shuffle works fine on a second computer that has Windows XP for an OS...
Does anyone have a solution to this??

i have the same issue... but i found a workaround.. i tried 3 diff OS's . didnt change the problem. To Add apps or music to ur Ipod... simply DISCONNECT the Ipod from the PC then add files/folders to library. Then connect the ipod back to PC and sync. it has no problem adding the files that way (at least in my case) I hope this helps... Good Luck =)

itunes can play 2 out of 10 movies already on my computer. Otherwise, when I start to play the other movies, I get the notice itunes has stopped working etc.
Quicktime Player VERSION 7.7.4 can get to the Apple Store and order a movie. But when I insert my Ipad mini, itunes IMMEDIATELY "itunes has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
I reinstalled lastest itunes 11.1.3 after uninstalling it, and placed it not on the C Drive, which is pretty full but on another drive. I use ImTooiTransferPlatinum to put muisc onto my ipad mini, not itunes.

Bookmark sync not working with large set and maybe javascript bookmark bookmarklets??

Bookmark sync via iCloud doesn't seem to work for me. I use Chrome as my primary browser but keep a huge set of bookmarks synced to Safari via Xmarks.
Basically I either get no bookmarks on my iOS devices (iPhone 4 and iPad 1) or a huge number of repeated versions of 1Password's very large java bookmark.
I've tested by deleting all my Safari bookmarks and starting with a clean Mac. When I do this everything works and changes on any device propagate to the others.
As soon as I bring in my big bookmark set from Xmarks, it all breaks.
Do I need to perform the bookmark clean up I've been putting off for a decade or so?

Can't help with your bidirectional bookmark syncing question but try this for backing up your touch's bookmarks.
Export/backup all of your Safari/Internet Explorer bookmarks (depending on where you're syncing them from) and keep them is a safe place. This is your master bookmarks list. Then delete all bookmarks/folders from your browser. Now sync your bookmarks with the touch with the following iTunes settings:
Under your touch's 'Info' tab, select the checkbox 'Sync bookmarks with Internet Explorer/Safari'.
After syncing, your touch's bookmarks (and only those from your touch) will be synced to your browser. Now export/backup these bookmarks...these are your touch's bookmarks. Now you have a both a backup of your master bookmarks and your touch's bookmarks. When you want to sync/restore your touch's bookmarks back to the touch, delete all your PC browser's bookmarks and import the touch bookmarks:
Under iTunes/your touch/'Info'/Web browser & Advanaced, select the checkboxes 'sync bookmarks with IE/Safari' and 'Replace information on this iPod: Bookmarks' and sync again.
This will transfer your touch's bookmarks back to the touch. Now delete all bookmarks again from IE/Safari and re-import your master bookmarks. Note that after importing them back in, they will likely be in alphabetical order rather than the date added order.
Also note that (at least in Windows) your browser needs to be open for bookmark syncing to take place.

Actiive sync stops alomg with other programs and won't close at all

Whenever I use activesync with my treo 750 the whole syatem locks up I can't open any other open program nor start applications I can'r even close the program even when using the task manager and telling it to end program nothing happens at all forced to manually turn the system off and turn it bacl om and reboot happens everytime I choose to use active sync whether by usb/cradle bluetooth or infrared always get the same response program don't respond and won't close other programs stop responding and no other aplications can be called either
Has this happened to anyone else and how did you solve it?

Scanner stopped working with M1530 MFP and Win 8.1

About six months ago I bought a new 1536dnf MFP, connected via Network to my computer (not USB), installed the software and everything works (printing and scanning).
Now the scanner is not working. Printing still OK. When I run the Scan Software (clicking on the HP scan icon on the desktop) I get a message that the communication with scanner cannot be established.
Tried to reinstall the software, but after I click on device connected via Network it returns taht no device was found. Strange, because I can print, and the PING works (using the printer IP address)
When I use a different software to try to Scan, the software says that the device is in use by another aplication, but I can't find it, if this is actually happening.
All the other standar pricedures were done (turn off and on, restart, check drivers in Win Devices, etc.)
Please help.

I cannot print wirelessly to an Epson 810 from a MacBook Pro (2010). Stopped working with version 4 and has not worked since. Prints fine to Safari, Chrome, and all other programs. Resetting didn't help.

Believe the first one. No one RAM test will reliably indicate RAM is bad. Once indicated, it has to be replaced.
You have to get RAM made for the mid 2012 13" MacBook Pro. Just because it says it 4GB of 1600MHz DDR3 memory does not mean it is compatible with your Mac. You have to buy RAM for Macs with lifetime warranty, that is not ValueRAM, and says the model and its time frame within the year that it was released, and its model number when buying RAM. Both http://www.macsales.com/ (OWC) and http://www.crucial.com/ sell RAM in that means of attributing what kind of RAM it is.
I ran an internet-based free diagnostic tool and it showed that my hard drive did have bad parts (corrupted? possible to fix or not?) and it was acting irregularly...
What tool? Some are known to damage software components of drives. Especially any that address system cache.

Recording and Monitoring stopped working on some CAD and CSD in windows 7 after OS upgrade

Some of our Agents and Supervisors have been migrated to Windows 7 workstations and they no longer appear to be able to use the recording or monitoring facilities.
We are currently using Call Manager System version: 7.1.5, and UCCX System version: 8.0.2

If you are using the Windows 7 64 bit version, CAD/CSD are not supported on that platform. That is becuase the desktop based monitoring and recording are not supported in WoW64 mode, the drivers and associated software modifications are not present. The customer would need to be at CCX 8.5.
(see the footnotes around 64 bit in the compatiblity matrix)

Search function not fully working with Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007

The Search function in outlook is partly available.
I can only search into the inbox with basic search.
Advances search functions an dsearching into subfolders is not available.
As you can see in the screenshot, the options are greyed out.
Situation:
W2k8R2 + Exchange 2007 (windows search role not installed)
W2k8R2 + Outlook 2007 (windows search role not installed)
Question:
- Does the search role need to be installed on the exchange server to provide full search functionality?
- Does the search role need to be installed on the client (server) to get the search funtion fully available in Outlook?
I can't find this awnser if I search in google of technet, so hope someone can help me with this.

Opon further expirimentation, I've discovered that the facelets view handler can not handle the <%@ taglib > declaration, returning me an
com.sun.facelets.FaceletException: Error Parsing /mapviewer.jsp: Error Traced[line: 3] <Line 3, Column 2>: XML-20201: (Fatal Error) Expected name intead of %.
With the facelets handler off, the non-xml facelet declaration is handled fine, but is no help.
Which means I'm bound to use the xml style for facelets, which means I'm going to have to catch the inserted javascript in some manner.
In any case, the original question in this topic is not the problem anymore, so I closed it here and awarded 5 points for a helpful answer.

For some reason, I keep getting the "iTunes has stopped working" error message on my Dell Latitude E6520 when trying to sync photos to my iPhone 3GS. I am using Windows 7 on my 64-bit computer. iTunes will begin to optimize the photos in the folder I have directed it to (I am trying to load almost 3000 photos and videos), and it will go through optimizing all of them singularly, then get to the step where it says "optimizing" again, but does so in bigger groups. It will get to about 2000, and then the error message "iTunes has stopped working" will pop up, and say that "Windows must close the program and will search for a solution, and if it finds one, it will notify me". Why can't I sync these photos, and what can I do? Thanks so much for the help, I really appreciate it!

Same problem here! Moreover, for some reason, the pictures in my iPhone 3GS somehow have been divided into 2 folders, Photos and Medialibrary. And when I open iPhone as a folder through the explorer I can see only the Photos folder, but cannot see the Medialibrary folder which stores the photos taken before updating/upgrading the iPhone and getting separated folders!!! What the hack with all of this?!!! When I connect iPhone to PC it automatically opens iTunes and starts syncronizing it, but at the process of OPTIMIZING the photos (and according to the number of photos it shows, I see that it tries to syncronize that invisible Medialibrary folder) the process suddenly stops and error message pops out Tried the sync test, tried the button DEBUG in that pop out message, but NOTHING HELPS!!! Also, when I open the Medialibrary in my iPhone, the screen get sblack all through scrolling it down, only the video clips are shown there... >.<
So, could you, apple developers, please, explain WHAT THIS PROBLEM IS ABOUT?!!!!!! FIX IT! Itunes stops working with vista

Has anyone had problems with itunes stopping working with windows vista? I have tried all the upgrades but itunes still stops working when playing songs and videos.

Your computer is blue screening. This is frequently caused by problems with driver conflicts or a computer virus. Make sure you've scanned your computer for viruses and spyware.
If that doesn't help, let's capture a minidump of the crash and send it to the Apple engineers to analyze.
To set up your machine to capture a minidump, right click on "My Computer", select "Properties". In the dialog that comes up, select "Advanced System Settings" on the left. In the dialog that comes up, select the "Advanced" tab, select the "Startup and Recovery" Settings button, select "small memory dump" from the popup. When it crashes, look for the MiniDump file. It's usually in the folder "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" and is called something like Mini<number>-<number>.dmp.
You need to send that file to our buddy Roy, [email protected] Make sure that you include:
(1) the mini dump file.
(2) the link to this thread.
(3) a one line description of your problem, i.e. "iTunes Blue Screens Vista".
(4) the username that you're using here in the discussion boards.
