J2IUN : Commulative Amount at the time of next time run

Hi ,
We have utilized our available credits (SERVICE TAX and CENVAT) last month using J2IUN , now when we are tring to process utilize credits for this month , system is showing us commulative amount of credits ( LAST MONTH + THIS MONTH) ......
Like available CENVAT credit for last month was 10000 and payable service tax (we only have payable service tax , no EXCISE duty ) was 7000. After utilization balance available credit was 3000.
This month we took a cenvat credit of Rs.6000.
So as per our calculation , for this month utilization available credit should be (6000 + 3000 =) 7000 , but system is showing me 10000 + 6000 = 16000 /-
Do we need to need to execute some other transaction also except J2IUN , to reflect the utilized amount in J2IUN in next run ? NEED YR HELP

Since installing ios7 I cannot find the setting I used in ios6 that set my e-mails to only show a specified amount all the time . I really loved that ? Where can I do that or is it gone forever?????

Since installing the new ios7 on my iPhone 5 I cannot set my email to only show a certain amount of emails ? Did we loose that ability or do I not know where to find it . It use to be in settings of e-mail . I really really mis this feature ? Please let me know if we can still do that somehow?

If you can't access the App Store from the Apple menu, Dock, or Applications folder installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo will reinstall the App Store for you.
It's ok to do this even you are already running v10.6.8.

FYI: Some third party software can cause issues with the App Store > Mac App Store: Sign in sheet does not appear, or does not accept typed text
Apple is not responsible for incompatibility isssues with third party software.

Regarding Tds at the time of down payment

Hi All,
At the time of down payment we are deducting the TDS for the vendor,
and at the time of invoice we are deducting TDS only to the extent of the balance amount outstanding (invoice amt - downpayment amt).
After this we are clearing the downpayment made to the invoice raised with trax. F-54.
when we are making outgoing payment to the vendor, the TDS amount which is deducted at the time of Down payment is also being debited (here the down payment amount is fully credited and the TDS amount at the time of downpayment is getting debited).
Any how the amount is correct but there will be a open item created in the TDS account and at the time of making payment to the bank for TDS this will come as a open item (j1inchln).
This will create unnecessary balance in the GL accounts.
Please Advice what to be done.

payment related all tax types deselect the radio button of central invoice prop. and select No central inv. under central invoice tab
then it will not reverse the tds entries at the time of f-53/f-58

I have a couple of articles that can help you troubleshoot this issue. First, if you are downloading HD content, you will need to know the system requirements for HD playback, which can be found here:

In SM50 UP2 Running all the time with report SAPLNDE_ASSET_MASTER_UPDATE

Dear all,
I've this strange situation. After the restart of the appliacation and DB instance in SM50 the 2 UP2 WPs are all the time running on Report / Spool action : SAPLNDE_ASSET_MASTER_UPDATE and the main program is RSM13000. Action is Sequential read from table ANEK.
There is no Background process running or DIA. Tablespaces are all OK. And there is no any short dump.
We use Oracle 10.2.0.4 on HP-UX 11.31 , ECC 6.0.
Does anyone knows what is the problem? Why this WP UP2 are all the time used by this report (but with very short time it starts many many times in a cycle)?

Hi,
Please check for lock entries in SM12 for the mentioned table. Ideally there should be no table entries older than 24 hours.
Probably, you have an OLD active background job.
You may also try activating trace and see if it helps.

Grey Screen & Grey Apple w/small timer running.

Hello to all. I am loss in this new challenge. I have a Grey G4 Power Mac which has not given me any problems until 3 days ago. I turned the power on and all I saw was Grey screen, grey apple and the timer running forever in a circle. Tried restart to no avail. Checked all connections and unplugged it from the power source as it would not shut off using the power button. Tried booting up from Tiger CD to no avail. Reseated the memory card and pushed the reset button, no change. Ok,time to go to the Mac Guy. They tried running Disk Warrior and it would only go to a certain point and it got a error message. They retrieved data from the hardrive, zeroed out old one and tried re-install of Tiger. It would not work even using 3 different CD's. They put a new hardrive w/Tiger pre-installed. It would boot but not take any updates, did the same with the old one and with the same result. Changed out the memory card, same results. Then put the new hardrive back in with all copied info, Tiger and updates. Zeroed out the old one and tried to copy from the new one and it came up with a Volumn Error Message. They are now saying it may be the logic board. Does anyone have any words/ideas of wisdom? Too much money and time to keep second guessing. I appreciate any help/time.

Firefox is using large amounts of CPU time and disk access, and I need to know how to shut down most of this so I can actually use the browser.

Firefox is a very busy piece of software. It's using large amounts of CPU time and disk access. It puts my usage at low priority, so I have to wait for some time to be able to use my pointer or keyboard. I don't know what it uses all that CPU and disk access time for, but it's of no use to me. It often takes off with massive use of resources when I'm not doing anything, and I may not have use of my pointer for several minutes. How can I shut down most of this so I can use the browser to get my work done. I just want to use the web site access part of the software, and drop all the extra. I don't want Firefox to be able to recover after a crash. I just want to browse with a minimum of interference from Firefox. I would think that this is the most commonly asked question.

Yes, I was using iTunes to sync over cable without problems since orinigal purchase in 2011 and using 10.6 w/o problem. There was an "update" in Nov 2012 that crashed the sync service. I went to the Apple Store and reviewed the problem with the Geniuses there. It was discovered at that time that the update included mandated use of iCloud but enough of the un-updated code remained that he was able to patch functions to allow Microsoft Office to still sync over iTunes.
This March (+/-) there was another "update" to 10.6 that totally destroyed the patch that was in place so there was no sync service available between Microsoft and iTunes what-so-ever. Then recently, because of some unknown process, all my notes, contacts, and calendars were erased in both my Apple utilities and Microsoft utilities.
After many hours of frustration I was able to recover most of the information to the Apple utilities only, but those were unstable. At my visit to the Apple store it was suggested that an upgrade to 10.8 might solve the stability problem. That it did but being connected to the iCloud all the time keeps using up all my Internet time and I have nothing left to check emails or do research.
This, to me, is not my problem but one created by Apple. I have searched the Internet and support groups and there doesn't seem to be a solution.
The "aircraft mode" turns off all other communication functions and is not acceptable. Neither is disconnecting/turning off Airport on my MBP.

Next inspection date is not updated in batch / prposed at the time of UD

I have configurted the system for retest of batches, the system successfully creates the inspection lot but when does not propose next inspection date at the time of UD nor it updates in Batch Master.
I entered inspection interval days in QM View, the system entered the first inspection date correctly. Also Batch Restriction is working properly.

I have checked the system, the only problem I am facing is that the system does not show next inspection date dialog box at the time of UD where I can see the next inspection date being set by the system
Say, I use QA07 (Triggered Manually) on 19.jan.08. The Next inspection date was 26.jan.08 and Initial Run in Days was 10 (days), the system created inspection lot on 19.jan.08 successfully. At the time of UD it automatically set 29.jan.08 as the next inspection date (i.e. 19.jan.08 + 10 days) istead of 06. Feb.08 (i.e. 26.jan.08 + 10 days) without showing dialog box / suggesting next inspectino date.

I have one PO with Total Price amount calculated is incorrect at the time of printing.
When my user took the first print out the PO shows the incorrect Total amount.
After 10 mins my user taken the printout again,that time it shows the Toatal Price value is correct amount.
How i can analysis this type of BUG..!!!
I am thinking it might be BUG...???

Are you using the standard programm and print form or are you using your own?. Most of the printing issues happens because of own programms. Try with the standard and then you will be able to see why is this happening.

Hello to my always excellent community who always gives me the right answers. I switched my iPod Nano library from my PC to my new macbook air with the help of an excellent and courteous gentleman. The info on my Ipod and on iTunes still shows my Ipod Nano as a windows device, just want to confirm that is ok. Next issue, which is, as usual, is prob my wrongdoing. When I locked my iPod it used to show the time of day, don't even know how I got it to do that and can't remember if it stopped doing so before or after the swith. Can anyone please advise or help? In trying to figure out the above; I stumbled upon the link below which taught me how to change/update my iPod Nano to show Version 1.0.2. Mac rather than the windows version 1.x.xPC it was still showing after I transferred my itunes library from my old pc to my new macbook air......I didn't dowlnload the iPod updater 2006-06-28 for Mac and once I did....whoa!!! I got my calendar and reminders on my nano now it's like a new toy all over again, just follow the steps in the below article, if I can do it, a 2 year old can

Tax Amount is not capturing at the time of GRN

i have created a PO with VAT+Sur cahrge tax code
The system is calculating the total taxable privea nd value in PO
While doing GR,System is not capuring at the time of GRN it is only capturing the price without taxes
Can any body help on this?

Deduct Bank Commission at the time of F-53 on Net amount

Hi Experts,
My client who want the bank commission deduction at the time of vendor outgoing payment on the net values. the bank commission is fix of Rs. 0.07 Paise Per Rs. 1000/-
The scenario is as below:
Client who deduct the deduction at the time of Invoice for e.g. can bhade, Sanstha anamat , Prakriya Kharch ,Vahtuk Bhade, Share anamat etc. this deduction are directly update the Accounting GL .
after that the client pay the vendor dues amount. in this they deduct some deduction through Account (FI) (E.g. Sanstha Audit fee, Shikshan fund, machine anamat) & After deducting the Accounting deduction they calculate bank commission on the net amount (Invoice amount - FI deductions = Net amount)
Dear Expert, Please help me to work out this problem. in sap at the time of invoice we deduct the deduction as per client required & get the vendor due amount properly.
but at the time of vendor outgoing payment i had done the FI side deduction manually but i can't get the bank commission on the net dues amount. client required automatic bank commission deduction on the net amount. Please suggest me to workout the issue.

I know that the bank charges field is available on transaction F-53. but my business requirnment is differ. i have to calculate the bank commission on Net amount. ( Invoice amount - Accounting deduction = Pay net amount ). if we know the bank charges amount then it is possible through GL entry. but i have to calculate it automatically.
