Javascript loop to check value

Question

I'm trying to check all my drop down menu and want to make sure that all are selected with values. Following is my script but it doesn't seem to work.

First, it would be:
var sb = new StringBuilder();
but that is only if somewhere you've defined what a StringBuilder is in Javascript. Java is not Javascript, they are 2 different languages. You can't generally use Java objects in Javascript (although Netscape might still support it, IE doesn't). So if you want to learn Javascript, then you'll have to go elsewhere.
