Javascript to open a popup - but action must be executed each time pdf is opened

Background: I wish to add a popup disclaimer to a PDF document. I have found javascript that accomplishes this task. However, I wish to attach this popup
How do I add an action item to a particular PDF, having it execute each time the PDF is loaded? According to a google search this was possible in Adobe 8. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro, verison X. Here is the code below:

I would also like to ensure this feature works with Preview the PDF viewer on Apple computers.

In Acrobat X you can embed a doc-level script by going to Tools - JavaScript - Document JavaScripts.
Make sure not to place your code in a function, though.
It will probably work in Preview, but there are no guarantees.

ITunes must be reinstalled each time iPod sync is attempted

About a month ago I upgraded to a MacBook Pro from an iBook G4 and since my music library was transferred onto my new computer I've been having trouble getting iTunes to recognize when my iPod Touch is connected. iPhoto opens and the iPod charges, but nothing happens in iTunes. Each time this happens I do all the suggested restarts, etc. and the only solution I've found that works is to uninstall and reinstall iTunes, but it's getting ridiculous having to do this every couple of days. How can I fix this permanently?

I am having this problem also. I have searched and found many posts on the subject, but no solutions found.

Passcode must be reset each time return to main menu button is pressed

I am an IT help desk professional and have come across an issue with the Iphone 4. One of our employees recently purchased one and I installed Exchange on it so she could receive business emails. She had no passcode installed on the phone, but due to the sensitive content of our email, when the Exchange profile is installed it automatically forces it. Now, each time she presses the button at the bottom of the phone to get back to the main menu, it requires her to reset her password. We took the forced passcode out of her profile for now but need to find a solution so she can be passcode protected. Has anyone else see this occur??

On 4s email account passwords must be reentered each time

i just upgraded from 3gs to 4s and the email passwords will not work beyond using the phone a single time - each time i use the phone, i have to enter the email passwords again.

Check to see if you've enabled Restrictions and prevented any changes.
If you've upgraded from 3GS to 4S, you'll carry over the profile and settings, but the restrictions preventing any changes.
If that doesn't work or you haven't enabled Restrictions, try deleting the mail accounts and adding them back on again.

Ghostery settings not saved, but must be reset each time I open Firefox.

For several weeks now I am obliged to reset all of the Ghostery settings every time I open Firefox 33.1.1. The Ghostery webpage pops up along with my homepage and all of my prior settings have been removed. The folks at Ghostery tell me the problem is at the Firefox end. Can anyone help resolve this?

With the help of a friend I had tried that and Malwarebytes still did not detect the threat. At that point I bailed and got my computer wiped and all new software installed. I read a review on AVG antivirus that praised it for
its' sensitivity but cautioned against "false positives" for that reason. I am beginning to wonder if it was not a false positive since it only came up when opening Firefox, but not in the full AVG scan.
By the way I imported book marks from Firefox into Internet explorer which had never shown that warning and it began to show the warning on opening. It has me puzzled to say the least but thanks for your suggestions.

Separators appear mysteriously in bookmarks toolbar, I can delete them but a new one appears each time I re-open Firefox

I have a bookmarks toolbar that I've customized. I know how to insert and remove separators. Recently every time I re-start Firefox it adds a separator at the end of the bookmarks tool bar. If don't delete them, the eventually take over the whole toolbar and I can only see my saved bookmarks through the drop down (overflow) menu. In other words the 100 or so separators run my book marks off the toolbar.
I have more plug ins than i thought based on what the "educated guesses" come up with - are any of them the problem?

I recently purchased an iMac, learned the hard way that iDVD is not loaded, tried to copy iDVD from my MacBook but came up short. Each time I launched iDVD I got a message that I have no Themes even though the Mac I took it off runs just fine.

Tried to load iDVD from my MacBook onto my new iMac but keep getting a message that it can find any themes. iDVD runs just fine in the MacBook but for some reason when I copied it from the MacBook using a flash drive and download it on the iMac the themes went away. Suggestions?

The themes, when installed, will be in a Themes folder inside the HD/Library/Application Support/iDVD folder. Check there and when you find it copy it to the same folder on your new Mac.
Then go to iDVD's advanced preference pane and point iDVD to the location of the Themes folder:

Using an iPhone 4 with iOS 5.0.1 I like how I can have my notifications appear on my lock screen (usually for a new email) but dislike how every time I receive a notification, my iPhone screen lights up with the notification. Is there a way to continue receiving notifications on my lock screen but not have the screen illuminate every time I receive one? It's a constant distraction when I am at work, and I like to keep my phone turned face-up on my desk in case I get a call.

ICloud password not accepted, intermittent failure and must be reset each time

So, my wife is becoming manic depressant when she tries to use her phone, computer, whatever... on icloud. It will work fine for a week or two, then suddenly the password for the same account she has had no problem with for the last 4 years doesn't work any more. I then get called in to reset her password, re-sign in all of her devices, and she and I are happy once again. This has happened a ******** amount of times, (more than 10). I have went through the entire process of resetting all of the security questions... blah, blah... tech support... turn off, sign out all devices, blah blah... turn on, sign back in, on and on... update the computer, soft reset, hard reset, "upgrade" to the new stupid operating system that she really hates, blah blah, update the phone to an even worse OS,... on and on. Honest. I've tried everything. Everything is the latest model, and software version.
Does anyone out there actually know how to fix this intermittent problem? There is no solid pattern to the time intervals. It can happen within hours, or weeks of me resetting the password and signing in.
Lately, I have spent more intimate time with my wifes Apple devices than her, and this is very disturbing for me. (and her)

Whilst Apple IDs that end in either @mac.com or @me.com they registration pages do not tell you that if you are going to be using it as an AIM Screen Name the password has to be 16 characters otr less. (This is an AIM server limit)
At some point you will need to update the password.

Do you mean an Alpha SLT-A55V - which I think needs ACR6.2.
As far as I can see, PSE 9 should have been issued with that ACR.
There are some updates available for PSE 9 to bring it up to 9.0.3 - in the editor, try going to the Help menu and selecting updates.
Check your version of ACR by loading the editor, and going to Help -> About plug-ins - Camera raw.- the last version for PSE 9 was ACR 6.5
