Kinoni Remote Desktop Pro purchase error

I had recently purchased kinoni desktop remote pro(in app purchase through nokia store) but during the transaction, the phone hanged and force restart had to be undertaken. Upon restart, it was ascertained that the application had not been installed, though charges had been deducted. I am using Nokia N8(Belle refresh) and payment had been made through phone bill.
Please indiicate an appropriate solution.

Hi,
Welcome to the forum!
You may check the My Stuff to see if the application was successfully downloaded. To do this, open the Nokia Store application on your phone, log in to your Nokia account > select My Stuff > Download history. Then, select the item and click the Download button.
The other way to download applications again involves opening the Nokia Store website (http://store.nokia.com) with your PC web browser. If you have Nokia Suite running on your computer and your phone is connected to the computer with a USB cable. You can easily search and re-download the applications directly to your phone.
If you don't have the Nokia Suite installed on your computer, you can download it from this link:

  • Remote Desktop Connection Authentication Error from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 7 Pro

I keep trying to connect to my server running Windows 7 Pro from my laptop running Windows 8.1 Pro, but I get the following message after providing
    my credentials:
"An authentication error has occurred (Code: 0x8007001f)"
I can't find any reference to this error code being associated with using remote desktop.

    Hello,
Are you connecting to a server as part of a domain ? if so confirm you are using adequate credentials for remote desktop for example: username: domain\administrator
if not you can try connecting to the localhost using:
    username: .\administrator   - for example
also you can try running your remote connection in admin mode:
Win + R - bring up run then type:
    mstsc /admin
    hope that helps.
    Cheers,

  • Photoshop Remote Desktop Verbindung - VRAM Error

    Hallo,
Ich habe ein Problem mit Photoshop CC 2014. Bei Anmeldung per Remote Desktop an dem PC, auf dem Photoshop läuft, erhalte ich folgende Meldung beim Öffnen einer Photoshop Datei:
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/65963774/Photoshop-Error.jpg
    MfG

    Ich habe folgendes System:
Betriebssystem Windows 8.1 Pro 64 Bit
    Prozessor: Core i7-4790 LGA 1150 @ 3,6 (4,0) GHz
    Arbeitsspeicher: 16 GB
    Grafikkarte: GeForce GTX 750 Ti
    Freier Festplattenspeicher: 118 GB

  • Remote Desktop Connection - Authentication error

    Hello,
I wish to connect to my work PC from my laptop. The remote desktop connection was working fine till yesterday, but today i receive the following error when i try to connect -
"An authentication error has occurred. The Local Security Authority cannot be contacted. Remote Computer: <name>."
I have Win 7 ultimate installed on my 32 bit system, and have tried solutions proposed in the other threads. I do not require a NLA check for connection, i have always used the remote desktop with this option unchecked. Could anyone help me with this please?
Is this a error on my Laptop, or do i need to contact the network administrators for this?

    Hi!
It could be as easy as you need to change your password on your domain accout.
Are both computers connected to the same domian or is your work computer connected to a domain and your laptop connected to a workgroup?
If your password has expired, this error can occur, so I would start to check that since it stoped working over night.
    Best regards

  • Remote Desktop Connection - internal error

My laptop is running Windows 8.1 and since yesterday has starting giving problems when connecting to remote PCs using Remote Desktop Connection.
It asks for the password and then shows 'Configuring remote session' for about 30 seconds and then displays 'An internal error has occurred'.   Another PC on the same network is able to connect to the remote PC without problem.  I've tried connecting
to four other PCs with this laptop and two work and three don't.
I've tried changing various settings such as bitmap caching and clipboard sharing etc.  Nothing makes a difference.
I've also used system restore to reverse recent windows updates and that hasn't helped either.
    Any ideas?
What can cause 'An internal error has occurred'?  Will it be writing to a log somewhere that I can look at to find further information about the error?
    Thanks
    Andy

I'm not sure if you meant there could be a problem with the user profile on the laptop or the one on the server I'm trying to connect to?
However, it seems to be the latter.  I just created a new user account on the server and can now remote into it from my laptop.  If I try the original user account again (Administrator) then I get the internal error message.  Other client
PCs can still log-in to the server using the same Administrator account without problem.
Is there something I can do (either to client or server) to clear the fault with the Adminstrator account without wiping that account on the server?

  • Apple Remote Desktop - Pre purchase advice please!

I received a Mac Lab this year and I am looking for the best way to administer it.
Here is what I have available:
    1 MacBook (Last gen white)
20 MacBook Pro 13 (New this year)
    10 MacPro g5
I use the white MacBook as my main computer (for now).
    Questions:
Do I need a server to use ARD?
Will I be able to administer the older G5's?
Can I do it all from my white MacBook?
Is there a better option in the same price range?
    Any advice is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Jeff

    1. No
    2. Yes

  • Remote Desktop 3 on Intel Mac

I am having a difficult time setting up RD 3 on my Intel Mac, (Mac Book, or Mac Pro) These will be my main RD machines. I can see the other macs and vnc machines on my lan but I am unable to add them to my All Computers list as well as upgrade any mac. It just gets stuck with verifying. Many times when I try to quit the program on my Mac Pro it freezes and will not close out. I tested RD 3 on an Emac 1.25ghz and it worked great. Does anyone have a fix for the newer faster Intels?
The 10.4.8 update did not fix the problem.
    Thanks

Here's a copy of my console output as the disconnect happened in ARD. It looks to me that the culprit is "Agentlistener" but I'm unsure how to fix this problem.

  • Remote Desktop no longer works after update

I have a computer lab at my school. I have updated Remote Desktop 3.1 to my G-5 and all of my computers in my lab. Now I have lost all contact with my computers in my lab. Not one computer is recognized by my G-5. These are brand new Imacs with the new processors. I have scanned and refreshed the screen, and have had no success. Any help?

I am having exactly the same experience!
    I have a G5 DP2.5, 2GB RAM...
I was able to view my console and the ARDAgent crashed.
I even went as far as archiving and reinstalling my OS...
    removing ~/ApplicationSupport/RemoteDesktop
and the two plists in ~/Library/Preferences...
Here is what my console states upon launching of ARD 3.1 admin:
    Nov 27 12:12:49 Omars-Bucephalus /Applications/Remote Desktop.app/Contents/MacOS/Remote Desktop: AgentListener thread error 0 Unknown error: 0
    Nov 27 12:12:49 Omars-Bucephalus crashdump[1130]: ARDAgent crashed
    Nov 27 12:12:49 Omars-Bucephalus crashdump[1130]: crash report written to: /Library/Logs/CrashReporter/ARDAgent.crash.log
I get this behavior even when I created a new admin user on this machine.
Is there anyway to decipher the crash log?
    Please help...

  • Stuck with Remote Desktop 3 without the serial number:(

I am the new tech assistant for my lab of 35 macs..
The computer used for managing the lab with remote desktop has crashed.
I have found an older model mac with remote desktop. I'd like to transfer that application
to my newer mac...but It will ask me for the serial number of which I do not have.
The old tech assistant has gone..and along with it...the software and document.
I have turned this lab upside down and I've found the box Apple Remote Desktop 3
but nothing else. I thought maybe the serial number would be on it.  But I see
only the bar code... I am frustrated to no end. They don't answer my emails for help
    Sincerely,
Love using Apple Remote Desktop 3 user but can not anymore:(

IIRC the serial number was never on the outside of the box so have you looked inside the box? Do you see the booklet that came with the box? Is the Serial Number inside? The Serial Number takes this form:
    XARD-030-000-x-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-x
Who is not answering your emails for help?
Having read the terms and conditions of this forum prior to posting you'll know these are user-to-user forums and Apple are not listening, so it's difficult to see what any of us here can do to help? Perhaps if you find the purchase receipt you might be able to contact your local Apple Rep and ask if they have a record of it?
You can still use Remote Desktop by purchasing it again from the App Store. It costs far, far less than the installer media version and does not require a serial number. All you need is an Apple ID and an associated debit or credit card.

  • Installation of packages via Remote Desktop 3.5.3 fails

      Hi,
I'm using Remote Desktop on one of our Mac Mini's (OS X Server 10.6.8) to install packages on one of our Xserve's
If I try to do it from a Mac Mini with Remote Desktop 3.4 remote installation of packages works fine on Xserve's running either ARD v3.5.1 or v. 3.5.3

  • IOS App 8.1.5 Remote Desktop can't connect to Windows 7 Pro after upgrade. Error 0x00000507

Nothing has changed between my network, Windows 7 computer or my iPad besides the upgrade of the ios app software to 8.1.5.  Did not used to have any issues connecting but now when I try to connect, I get the above error when logging in.
I have tried reinstalling the ios app with no success and also confirmed I can still remote desktop to the PC from another PC with the credentials I've always been using.
I've also tried explicitly including the domain when entering the username with no luck.  Looked through my Windows 7 event logs and can't find any more information on what this error means.
Has anyone seen anything similar or have any ideas what I can do to troubleshoot? Thanks!

    Hi,
    I have a same problem.
Although RD Client 8.1.4 worked great, now I cannot connect to Windows 7 Professional computer from my iPhone 5 (iOS 6.1.4) since the latest update.
Same as Twiggles, when I try to log in (just after entering username and password), the app gives me error code 0x507 "Disconnected from server".
Note that I connect to my PC over VPN using Cisco AnyConnect app.
After that, I've tried to connect to my PC in two different ways with same network settings as the above situation.
    1. Use different remote app
I've tested free version of "PocketCloud" from Dell Wyse, and I CAN connect to my PC.
    2. Use different version of iOS
I've tested the latest RD Client 8.1.5 on my another iPhone (5s) with iOS 8.1, and I CAN connect to my PC.
Therefore, I assume our 0x507 is not setting related, but probably some sort of iOS version dependent problem arise from the latest update.
Even though I tried PocketCloud, I believe RD Client is the BEST app for remote desktop for iOS.
I strongly hope this problem will be solved!
    Thanks.

  • HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn and Remote Desktop Connection

So, my pc operates on Win7-64bit.  I use Remote Desktop Connection to log in to the company server, running on MS Server 2008.  I purchased the HP MFP M127fn today after confirming that it is compatible with both OS listed above.  I  successfully installed it directly to the server via usb cord - to make sure the correct drivers downloaded to the server.  I was able to test-print and print from an app while physically connected to the server.  I then disconnected the printer from the server and successfully connected it to my local pc.  I can test-print and print from an app on my desktop.  When connect to the server via RDC, it recognizes the MFP M127fn as my default printer, and sends a print job to my local pc.  I can see the job in the server print queue, I can see the print job in queue on my desktop....it spools, then says it prints, however no actual print job ever materializes.
If I select to print to the MFP M127fn fax from the server, it will open the fax window on my desktop, allow me to enter a phone number, and will dial out and send the fax.  So, that driver is functioning properly.
So, my question is this:  If the printer and fax claim to be successfully installed, why do I not get the print job that is sent via the server and appears in my local print queue?  I get no error, either on the server side or the local desktop.  They both truly think the job has printed.....but no paper ever comes out.
Our company has used several other HP printers over the years with this same set-up and have never had a problem until now.  The last one was also an HP MFP - the CM1312.  So, I am now completely stumped by this.  I called HP support and was routed through 4 different areas before I was told that no one had a clue what the problem might be.  I then called the Easy-Tech desk at Staples, where I bought the printer, and was told that it was most-likely a hardware issue and I should return the printer to swap it out for another one.  If nothing would print at all, I would agree it's hardware.  But, as I can print locally, I'm more-inclined to think it's driver-related......any suggestions?

    Hi,
The M127fn uses the PCLmS printing language which is a lightweight printing language, a such is not supported for RDP printing.
As a reference you may find the following socument about Citrix, Terminal Services and RDP Printing, as you may find listed the M127 is not supported for a such:
    http://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=4aa0-8465enw&404m=secure-erc
That is clearly not an harware issue, however I suggest returning the printer and replacing it with a different model which better feet such a task.
The M225dn as an example uses a PCL 6 print driver and should provide a better feet for RDP printing using HP UPD.

    Hi,
When you try to start the Remote Destop Connection, what errors it showed out?
Could the other PCs connect this PC with the RDC?
So you have read this blog?
RDP connections might fail due to a problem with KB2621440 - MS12-020
    Did you reinstalled the KB2621440?
Besides, did you follow this guide to enable the RDC connection?
Connect to another computer using Remote Desktop Connection
    And also this guide?
Why can’t I connect using Remote Desktop Connection?
Please take a check with those settings again.
