KWMENG -- Cumulative quantity(Order Quantity) from VA43

Hi,
how can i get Cumulative quantity which is the field of TCode: VA43 (Contract order) as Order Quantity.
I saw the table VBAP and its field KWMENG but it has '0' Value.
from where i can get the value of Order Quantity
is there any table or function Module to get its answer
pleaze tell me
Thak You,
Jahnavee

Hi,
Check whether the schedule line details are available for the contract line item (VBEP).
See the documentation for the field KWMENG.
If there is more than one schedule line for the item, the total order quantity
is taken from the rounded quantity of the total of all the schedule lines.
If no rounding is carried out, then the order required quantity corresponds to
a schedule line of the rounded quantity.

  • How to Fetch Sales Order Item Quantity from Customer table(ztable)?

    Dear Guru's,
    My scenario:
While creating Sales order the item quantity should be fetched from a Ztable. So iam using the Userexit "V46H0001 - - Customer functions for resource-related billing", in that i have implemented my code in the Function Exit - EXIT_SAPLV46H_001 and the FM documentation says
This function module allows you to change item information for generating a new item.
In order to achieve this, you must change the relevant field in the structure C_VBAPKOM.
    So i activated that exit and wrote the following code to test it as follows;
    break-point.
    C_VBAPKOM-zmeng = 10.
But it seems not working, even it doesn't stop at the break-point when i type the material number for the item in the sales order and press enter...
Please guide me in this regard, am i correct in choosing the User-Exit? what else have to be done in order to fetch the item quantity from the ztable....
Please suggest if there is some other way to do this, i also heard that we can do this through Routines...
    Thanks in Advance...
    Regards
    Karthik D

I have solved this  and you can found how i solved in the last reply of the following thread....
    [SD UserExit - V46H0001 - Customer functions for resource-related billing|SD UserExit - V46H0001 - Customer functions for resource-related billing]

  • Copy of target quantity from Contract to Sales Order

    Hi all,
The desired document flow is Quotation --> Contract --> Order.
Thru copy control the target quantity from quotation flows in to the contract, but the target quantity is not copied into the sales order from the contract.
The document type with the item category for the document types are as follows :
Quot. Doc type ZQT (Copy of AV)    and item category AVN (Standard item)
Contr Doc type EWK2 (Copy of WK2) and item category WVN (Maint contr item)
Order Doc type ZSD (Service Order)    and item cateogry WVN(Maint Contr item).
    Please suggest a solution.
    Regards,
    Udaynath.

    dear udaynath
    check copy control settings
    Copy Control is used ,
Copy control is basically used to transfer information from one document to another. In other words it helps in connecting and sharing information between two documents in a cycle like from example between quotation and a sales order. The following controls available at copy control configuration -
You can store copying requirements at every level in copying control. Copying requirements contain the specific requirements for each business process and can be stored at every level. The reference document can only be created if all these requirements have been met.
Examples of copying requirements that have been included in SAP standard system are –
    a. Header level – copying requirement 001 checks, for instance, whether the sold to party in the source and the target document are the same
    b. Item level – copying requirement 301 checks, for instance, whether the item that is to be used as a copy has a reason for rejection or completed status.
    c. Schedule line level – copying requirements 501 ensures that only schedule lines with an open quantity greater than zero are copied.
To control the copying procedure, at each level you create:
    a. Data transfer routines – these routines control how fields are copied from the preceding document.
    b. Copying requirements – you define requirements that are checked when you create a document with reference. If these requirements are not met in any particular case, the system issues a warning or error message and if necessary terminates processing.
    c. Switches – there are switches for setting specific controls for each transaction. for example, you can activate or deactivate the transfer of item numbers from the preceding document at the header level for sales documents..
    possible scenarios:
1- sales document - sales doc' VTAA
    eg: inquiry - quotation
    inquiry - order
    quotation - order
    quantity contract - order
2- sales doc - delivery doc - VTLA
eg: sales order - deliver ( OR- LF)
    returns order - return delivery
3- sales doc - billing doc - VTFA
eg;Cash sales - cash sales billing
credit memo req - credit memo
    4- delivery - billing - VTLF
eg: standard del - invoice ( LF- F2)
    5-billing - sales VTAF
eg: standard invoice - credit memo req
    Invoice - Invoice correction req
    6- Billing - Billing VTFF
    eg: Invoice - credit memo
flow will be done , only if their copying requirement condition meets
like header sold to party is same.
it has data transfer routines DataT-in which it has routines by which system transfers what data has to be copied.
Update document flow-- this has to be mark if we want the system record the previous document numbers in track.
    rewards if it helps

  • Copying Quantity from Contract to Order

    Dear all,
I am having problems copying quantity from qtty contract to sales order. I am creating multiple sales orders against the same contract and would want only the open quantity (total contract qtty - qtty for which sales orders have been created)  to be copied into the order qtty. However, the original contract qtty is getting copied in all the sales orders. To clarify with an example:
    Contract <-> wk1 <->Material 1 <-> Quanitty is 10
I created Sales Order 1 of OR type for Qtty - 3 in reference to the contract. The original qtty displayed was 10, I changed it to 3.
Now I go and create another sales order with reference to the same contract. The default quantity displayed in the sales order is 10 and the system is allowing me to go ahead with the delivery. I want the qtty to be displayed as 7 and system to stop delivery creation if the user tries to create an order for more than this qtty.
    Please suggest a solution.

    Hi,
this can be easily controlled through copy controls
go to t.code  VTAA click display to change icon
select QC to OR click on item category and select KMN
go to detail icon and copy qty field and select appropriate (like keep it blank) ur problem may be solved
I think it comes when copying, some one might have changed it.

  • Restricting prod order quantity from being higher than sales order quantty

    Dear Experts,
I create production order interactively through co08 ( prod order with respect to sales order). the prod order automatically picks up the quantity in the sales order which is desired, but this order quantity field in the prod order is editable (i.e can be made higher or lower). Please how do I restrict this prod order quantity from being  higher than the sales order quantity?i mean what should be done to make system disallow the prod order qty being fixed higher than thesales order qty?

    Hi,
Even though you create the production in refernce to the SO, the order quantity can be alter.
This is a normal behaviour of the system.
To restrict any change in the order quantity, you can use tarnsaction variant for CO08. T code is SHD0.
Secondly you can use the following enhancements to restrict the same,
    PPCO0006
    PPCO0007
    Hope this helps you.

  • Quantity from Order Template to Order

    Hello Experts
Does the order quantity flows from order template to order or from order to order when we click on transfer button on B2B web shop ?
    What is the standard behaviour.
    Thanks

    Hi DJ,
This act of transfer button in ISA frontend is same as Copy Business Transaction button in crm gui.
It not only copies the quantity and product but copies sold to party, ship to party, payer, bill to and all the
other details also. You can think it of as a replica of the existing order.
You can edit each and every detail in the new order but sold to party can't be changed. The reason is
ISA application is designed in such a way that it logs in with sold to party and once you are logged in after
selecting a sold to,this sold to is freezed and can't be changed anymore untill you logoff and login again with
    some other sold to.

  • Cumulative quantity has exceeded still billing have condition value.

    Hi,
Requirement – One discount condition which will be applicable up to a certain quantity at billing.
Issue – Condition is getting determined at billing while cumulative quantity has exceeded.( I am using pricing type C in copy control delivery to billing).
Note –     1.  I am using partial Delivery method.
                   2. When creating new order functionality is working fine.
    Existing Scenario-
    i.  I have created one condition with condition update setting.
ii. I have maintained VK11 with amount 90 Rs. and Max.cond.base value  1000 qty  in additional data.
iii. I have created one sales order (ord. qty. 1500).
iv. Created 1st delivery and billing for 1000 qty.
    v. When creating 2nd  billing(qty 200) with same delivery, system is picking discount condition which should not happen as billing quantity has exceeded.
    Please advise
    Thanks and Regards,
    Vinod

    Hi Vinod,
Which routine have you created..did u create a routine for  'alt  calc type' or 'alt cond base value' in pricing ?
If after using A or D in pricing type in copy control, the condition values are not copied from the sales order, then that means there is some issue with the copying control settings.
Anyways, now you have met your requirement.
    Please close this discussion.

  • Transfer Quantity from Project to another

    Hello Dears,
    My Scanairo is :
allocate the quantities on the project in the inventory by Move order , if i used some quantities and want to transfer the other to another project or return to the inventory.
    how can i do this?
    thanks

    Hi
I understand you have item on hand quantity in Inventory.
Assuming you have enabled Project Manufacturing then inventory on hand quantities are kept on separate locators, based on projects and tasks.
Items you purchased for a project are received into inventory at a project locator, and costs are interfaced to Oracle Projects as actual costs of that project.
In Inventory you can use the transaction - Project Transfer that will move quantity from one project to another. The value of such transaction is interfaced to Oracle Projects as two expenditures - one negative that credit the original project costs, and the second is positive value added to the receiving project costs.

  • Reserved stock quantity from MB25 t-code in R/3

    Hello Guyz
    1. I have to extract reserved stock quantity (difference quantity) from t-code MB25 into my Inventory Cube (0IC-C03) in BW.
    2. The user has advised me that the movement type is always '301' and the storage loc. is always '9998'. The problem is, in the cube, when I look at that specific movement type and storage location, I still have multiple records divided into 'material doc. numbers'.
    3. On the R.3 side, I have the 'Reservation number and its Item' as the key fields.
    4. How can I get my partilcuar KF from this t-code in R/3 into my cube in BW?
    5. My specific question is: The KF exists at the stor. loc. level.. how can I bring it down further at the material doc number level in the cube?
    Regards,
    Atul.

Very helpful answer Shalini. Thanks. So, I can enhance this extractor 2LIS_03_UM with these 2 fields. Then based on this, I can extract my 'Reserved Quantity' (KF) into 0IC_C03.
But I notice in R/3 that the 'reservation number and item' are the same for multiple document numbers. ie
    Doc No.----> Reservation No--
    > Item
    100                      ABC                                1
    101                      ABC                                1
    102                      ABC                                1
    103                      ABC                                1
    104                      ABC                                1
    But in MB25, I have
    Reservation No -
    > Item----
    >Diff. Quantity
           ABC                        1                       5000
How can I extract my KF, if there is a one-many relationship between reservation no and item & material doc number?
    Any suggestions.. anyone??

  • Conversion of Quantity from German to the US format

Is there any Function Module to convert Quantity from German format to the US format?
Ex: US Format 3,000.00 = German Format 3.000,00
    Thanks and Regards,
    Vijay

You can use the CURRENCY extension of the WRITE statement.
write us_value to de_value CURRENCY 'DEM'.
Check table TCURX for the german currency.

  • Q54: Cumulative quantity and value fields

    Hi All,
Thanks for all previous help in getting me up and running but now I have a new challenge...........
Which table(s) can I find the fields for Cumulative Qty and Cumulative Value as reported in the Stock Audit Report?
    Regards,
    Robin

    Hi Robin,
There is no fields in any tables hold those cumulative quantity and values. Those values are calculated on the fly by program. You can reproduce them easily through an excel formula to verify.
    Thanks,

  • Min.order Qty from Info record in PR in MRP

    Hi,
Is there any setting by which , while running MRP, system will take min.order quantity from info record (instead of material master) ?.
If not , then is there any way to achieve the same?

    Hi Csaba Szommer
You are right, If you try to convent PR in to PO, and  if you have maintained min.order qty in info record,  you get message ( error / warning ) as per your message setting.
Your question is also valid that if the same material is being procured by many vendors, and each vendor might have  different min. order qty, Hence it has to be picked from info record only.
But I have tried with all the possibilites. While converting PR into PO, based on system message you can correct the Quantity, but if MRP generates PR ,based on the min.order qty in info record, then no need to handle such messages.
You can try also, maintain different min. order qty in Material master and info record, it will always take from Material master and never from info record.
But Logically, it should take from info record.
That is why I wanted to make the system take info record min.order.qty.
So it would solve the problem if you know some setting that takes min.order.qty from info record.
( ref: I am aware of planned del. time , there is one checkbox in  plant parametes, if you select that , system will take planned del.time from info record , if you don't, system will take it from material master. So if you know any such setting for min.order.qty, pls let me know. I could not find any such possibilities)
    Thanks
