This is a user-to-user support site not a place to reach techs. You can make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and see if you can do an out-of-warranty replacement or you can use a 3rd party repair site.

There is no serial number for the CC version of LR.
You should uninstall the trial which is asking for a serial number – your catalog and images won’t be affected.
Then Quit the CC Desktop application, using Gear / Quit or right-click / Quit
Then restart the CC Desktop application.
Now you should have LR listed in the CC Desktop apps list with an Install button. -

If you purchased the software on a DVD and your current computer does not have an optical drive then you can copy the installation files to a USB drive on a computer which does contain an optical drive. -
I reinstalled operating system software on my MacBook Air (Yosemite 10.10.3) and tried reinstalling Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. I was able to install the software into my Applications folder but I was unable to enter the serial number or go any further with the installation. No, they will give you a refurbished (but basically a brand-new) iPod touch in the same color. I have the Silver as well...sort of kicking myself for not waiting for the Blue one to come back in stock.

Well I'll guess you're using iPhoto 11:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Yes, when she plugs it in to another person's mac, tell it transfer purchases, then authorize the computer by going to store, and click authroize computer. If the iPod is in recovery mode
Then I don't think she can have her music apps etc. on there after she plugs it into the computer. If it just needs a charge
When iTunes opens on the computer, quit it, and do not let the iPod sync with the computer, just answer no or ignore to any questions asking if you want to sync. -

Not sure why your post ended up in the Apple Server section but here goes.
By default your music should be located in one of the following locations
which you can see by clicking on My Computer
Windows XP - C:\ - Documents & Settings - Username (your name or your login name) - My Music - iTunes
Windows Vista/7 - C:\ - Users - Username - My Music - iTunes
it's unlikely your music has been wiped and more likely that iTunes can't find the library file that tells it what music is in your collection and where it's located. This can happen if you renamed or moved one of the folders above to something/somewhere else. Another idea is to do a search and look for files in a format used by iTunes such as .mp3 or .aac which might show you where they are.
