Layout ICONs disabled ECC 6

Hi,
I am not able use the Layout ICONs, as they are disabled. For eg. after executing the report FBL5N I am not able to change the layout. This is disabled.
I have checked the setting Accouting Editing Option using FB00
Kindly give me your valuable inputs

Gnome3 keyboard layout icon disappeared [SOLVED]

Hello guys.
I'm using Gnome3 and have no idea how to edit applets in the panel of gnome-shell.
The problem is that I don't have keyboard layout icon in panel(With or without useFlags option set in gconf-editor). How can i fix it?
And BTW does anyone have problem with switching layout with caps lock key? It just doesn't switch layout.

PS Caps issue is fixed now. Thanks. Caps Lock itself was disabled in Caps Lock key behaviour branch in Options in keyboard layout panel.

How to get the SAVE Layout ICON on ALV Grid display report

I am using the standard ALV Layout, and I do not get the SAVE LAYOUT Icon on the Menubar, where I could save the report Layout.I am using the layout routine as,
FORM layout_build USING   u_lf_layout TYPE slis_layout_alv.
u_lf_layout-box_fieldname       = 'SELK'. " Checkbox
u_lf_layout-zebra               = 'X'.
u_lf_layout-colwidth_optimize   = 'X'.

Hi,
The object F_IT_ALV has a field, the activity ACTVT, which can
contain four permitted values: 01, 02, 03 and 70.
Activity 03 corresponds to the minimum authorization, which is the
most restricted one: You can only select layouts which have
been configured already. In particular, all of the other functions
named above are inactive with activity 03.
I guess that your user-id have set activity 03 for this object.
The SAP notes 374656 and 409190 are recommended.
So, if the values 01 and 02 are not included, then
the user can't change and save layouts.
For the line item display in FI the authorization
object FI_IT_ALV has been created as an extra security check in addi-
tion to the ALV authorization object S_ALV_LAYO.
Please check note 374656 where you should be able to find
relevant info about this. Also note 637554 should be helpful.

You are missing an authorization object in your user profile. Run FBL3N and then run SU53 to see which auth obj is missing. Then send those details to your Security.

Change layout icon FBL3N/FBL5N- not active

I use a layout to view reports using transaction FBL3N/FBL5N. When I try to add some more fields using the chnage layout icon, the same is inactive for me and I cannot click on the icon.

May be don't have authorisation to change
what you can do is,
execute FBL3N and inside try to change the layout, probably you will not allow
Then in the same screen, in the command bar give transaction /NSU53
please send the result of the transaction to your BASIS team, they can resolve this issue.

Cannot find "draw table layout icon" cs5 dreamweaver

Test Management - Resume Test Icon Disabled

Any defference display icon between ecc and ecc6

Hi,
any defference between ecc and ecc6 to display ICON
my problem is i was run the one program in ecc then output shows with icons.
same program run in ecc6 output is same but ther is no icons like ecc

Yes you could find some new icons in between ECC and ECC 6.0 but I dont think there is lots of difference between these two, though you have not mentioned the program name it is hard to give you the correct reply on that, but yes in some standard program cases you may find this kind of problems.

COGI layout difference in ECC 6 to R/3

Hello,
Since we went through the upgrade to ECC6.0 from R/3, the layout in the COGI transaction has changed (Goods Movement Overview). We want it back the way it was so the users are not having to scroll over, to view the necessary information. How can we get the layout set the way we want it?

Your quite correct but i want to have the old view of cogi not in the "Goods Movement with Errors: Aggragate Records" thats what your solution is but i want is the next view when you double click one of those error in the view of "Goods Movement with Error-Goods Movement Overview" because in the old view after the material it next the Description. now in ECC 6.0, material comes next is the quantity. hope this clear up. i want to have the old one.

Graphical icons disabled in Integration Repository - Mapping Editor Screen

Hi,
Below icons are disabled in Mapping Editor screen.
Select Message,
Map Selected fields and strctures if Names are identical,
Clear Mapping,
DataFlow Editor,
Text Preview,
Show Mapping Templates Used,
Dependencies,
Show Suitable Templates etc.
OS using: Windows XP Home
Please let me know if anybody faced this problem and how to resolve.

Just in case someone else sees this posting - I will tell you how to revert back to working version of JAVA.
Upgraded the other day to JAVA 1.6.0_01 then Editor would not activate the buttons
From my PCs Control Panel - go to JAVA Control Panel and via the JAVA tab, check JAVA version you are using.
If like me it was 1.6.0_01 then go to the Java Application Runtime settings and disable that version
and apply the setting - this should now set you back a version. I restarted my PC too just in case.
Now when you go back into the Designer check the JAVA version being used Menu go to Help > Information. For me it was 1.6.0_01 and now it is back to 1.5.0_09.
Now the Editor in change mode will now have the buttons active again !

Print Command and Icon Disabled in PDF Preview Mode

Hi, can somebody please explain why the File>Print command and the toolbar icon for Print in LiveCycle Designer is permanently disabled when I go into PDF Preview mode? How can I re-enable them? (The Form Properties-Defaults-Preview Type setting has no effect on this). The command and icon are not disabled in standalone Reader or Acrobat.

Check number field is not appear in layout varient FBL1N (Ecc 6.0)

Dear Experts,
In FBL1N I am unable to view the field Check Number and Payment date in the hidden layout varient.
How to configure?
This problem is coming only in ECC 6.
Please help.

Payment date issue has been solved. Insteed of Payment date I have considered "Net Due date"
My second requirment is Check field in FBL1N.
I have added table "PAYR" and field "CHECF" in (TC: O7R3), and the field is getting display in Layout.
Also I have run the program "RFPOSXEXTEND" through SE38 and activated the extended structure.
Afterthat I have changed the layout and added the field as per my requirement but still the data is not available in the field "CHECF".
In FBL1N after selecting the vendor and clearing items when I excute the field is blank but when go to change layout and click "copy" and save the layout the data gets updated in the field but when again I refresh the section the data disapears.
Please guide how to resolve this issue.
