Hi, can I ask you how can i get data from my smartband to Lifelog? It works, notification and morning alarms are very good, but I have no idea how to transport data. NFC connection says error, bluetooth is on, band is connected, but data about sleeping and steps no...

    i´m a new SmartWatch 3 owner since 2 days ans also using a SWR10 from the first day
    Is it a problem to use both devices with lifelog? What about the step counter, what device gives the values? Both of them? GPS in the Smartwatch 3 will be used for walking, driving, etc, right?
    Logging is enabled in Lifelog App, also both devices are shown in smartwear menu...

    As Alex said Your device will only work with one device so if your band is recording sleep and is been logged then that is the dominant device which will record all other info

  • Smartband SWR10 doesn't appear in Lenovo S850

    Hi!I have got a Sony Smartband SWR10 for my birthday recently and I have a Lenovo S850 phone.The phone has Android 4.4.2 and Bluetooth 4.0 (Not sure if it has BLE as well).I have downloaded all three apps needed (SmartConnect, LifeLog, Smartband) from Google Play.My problem is that when I pair my smartband with the phone, after pairing, the smartband doesn't appear in notification area, neither in the Smartconnect app under devices.What should I do about this?Thanks in advance! 

    There should not be any trick to it. After downloading Smart Connect and the SWR10 app, pair them using NFC or manually search for bluetooth devices from the phone and add the SWR10 as a device.
    What you can try is to update the phones firmware if you haven't already, try starting Smart Connect before you do the pairing and try both NFC-paring and manual pairing.   • Smartband SWR10 not starting

    Hello there.
    My Smartband SWR10 is not starting(?). It's fully charged but yet I am unable to get it to start, and thus unable to pair it with my device (Xperia Z2).
    I've tried to reset the SWR10 using the guide* below, but that's not working either, I can't get the notification light to flash.
    So I am pretty much starting to think that my SWR10 is defect. May that be the case or is there something else I can try to do?

  • Problems with Smartband SWR10

    Buenos dias, decir ante todo que el movil va de lujo.
    Y de hecho tenemos dos, yo y mi pareja.
    Pero tengo un problema, la smartband de mi pareja va bien, pero la mia se desconecta a cada rato, se puede desconectar 6 veces en una hora como en casi dos horas no se desconecta.
    Necesito soluciones aunque lo mas probable es que lo devuelva para que me dean otra.
    P.D. Probado bateria cargada completamente del movil y de la smartband. Movil reiniciado a mayores por si habia tenido algun problema el movil.
    Se desconecta con el movil a menos de un metro de mi muñeca.

    But I have a problem, the SmartBand my partner is fine, but mine is disconnected all the time, you can disconnect 6 times in one hour in almost two hours is not disconnected.

    P.D Tested fully charged battery of mobile and SmartBand. Mobile restarted at higher if the problem had been mobile.
    It disconnects the phone less than a meter from my wrist.

    So my Smartband is in the mail heading my way apparently but the Lifelog app is nowhere to be seen...
    So I'll just carry this wristband around for no reason for a while then shall I?

  • Smartband swr10 has stopped logging cycling

    Hi. I've had my swr10 smartband for approx 3 weeks, got it at the same time as my Xperia z2. Having a lot of problems with the z2 which probably aren't relevant here but the smartband was working fine until a few days ago. I cycle every day and until 3 days ago it was accurately recording time spent cycling. But now it has stopped recording this altogether and is recording zero minutes of cycling. Also the tap to use apps (eg media player or camera) has stopped working, sometimes I have to tap about 20 times before it will respond.
    Additionally it has a few times recorded a few minutes of transportation in the middle of the day when I am usually sitting quietly at my desk reading papers or checking emails. Why is this?
    This was an expensive toy for it to break so quickly! I have tried disconnecting, reconnecting, restarting the phone, reinstalling life log. I can confirm that WiFi, Bluetooth, data and nfc are always activated.
    Can anyone help please?

    I find that cycling is intermittently logged - yesterday i did 23 miles and it was all logged as transport - was a leisure cycle so average only around 10 miles an hour.  Longer trip the previous evening when I did go fater than 20mph for bits was logged as some cycling and some transport.
    Would like to be able to set the transport mode via Lifelog - or link to another app such as Endomondo so that sport is more accurately logged.

  • Sony smartband SWR10 - Losing Charge

    I have had my Sony smartband for almost 6 months with no problems. Now for some reason it is losing charge very quickly.
    Give it a full charge (minimum 45 mins). Band says battery life is 4 days 23 hours) and then within 2 hours it's decreased to 3 days n 2 hours). This has happened for the past 3 days. The battery is not lasting 12 hours.
    Has anybody else had this problem? Is it a fault with the device or something to do with the lifelong app draining my battery? I'm using software version 2.8.A.0.16 if that helps any.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Smartband SWR10 thinks I am cycling when I'm walking

    I am a new Smartband owner and am very happy with it overall.  However on 3 different occasions it has logged a walk as a cycle.  Can anyone help?

  • SmartBand SWR10 offline using

    Hi!
    I'm time to time work in places where Internet not available (even GSM signal) up to 5 weeks. And to my regret observed that SmartBand can do nothing for me in this moments. Since no connection to the server - no updates on my Lifelog.
    Whether to wait modification Lifelog app for using offline?
    Or it's wasted money for me?

    It works in offline mode and according to the user doc it is capable of caching about 2 weeks. Offline = SmartBand is not connected to the phone via Bluetooth. Internet connection is used when data is synchronized among Phone-Server but tracking is independent. Server backup is necessary to restore your activity e.g., when you reinstall Lifelog. The app and functionalities are continuously developed according to the rumors. Try to reset the SmartBand if you have problems.
    I also use it and I can confirm that it is trusted about 80%. It has several issues and sometimes not functioning enough well but it's Ok.
    I suggest to write down (detailed enough) here the problems without any slug and these may help dev team to get feedback (of course if the forum support team tells them) and locate/fix the bugs.

  • Smartband SWR10 vibration has gone really weak

    I've been happily using the SWR10 for several months with viration good on my wrist for notifications and waking me up.
    Just recently though the vibration has gone really weak. You can barely feel it when holding the unit directly. So it's not enough when on my wrist. 
    I don't find anywhere to change the vibration intensity, so could it be broken? I haven't done anything crazy with it :-(

  • Lifelog and sony entertainment network account

    I just moved to the US. I registered my SEN account in China before and used it as my lifelog login account. But I also want to use playmemories online service via xperia album. But my SEN account is China based, the service is not available in China and changing country of SEN account seems not allowable. But my xperia Z2 phone can only link one SEN account. So what can I do to both keep lifelog records and use playmemories online in one phone now? Can I transfer lifelog records to another SEN account？

  • Cycling vs transport

    I'm using lifelog with Xperia Z1 Compact and SmartBand swr10
    Did anybody meet the problem when activity was recognized as cycling though it was driving a car? Is there a way to correct the activity in lifelog?

    I have an Xperia E4. I cycle to work and once lifelog recorded this as cycling, but  other times it has recorded it as walking time. I guess this is based on average speed and I do cycle quite slowly and have to wait at road junctions, but I'm still faster than walking. Is there any way to adjust the speed at which it records cycling rather than walking?

    just received my Z2 with bundled smartband yesterday - loving it so far!
    I only wonder if notifications for google+ will be added to the apps list, as this would make the smartband my perfect companion.

    I just realised that you can tap into notification and get more settings.

  • Lifelog+smartband+bacside glass problem

    Hi! There is some ideas and questions about this things.
    First - when i use a bus, why my smartband and Xperia Z2+smartband thinks that i can walking for about 50 kilometer by 80 km\h? with this statistic i'm burning a lot of calories and making very much steps. This is wrong!
    Idea - why not set some ideal sleep period into smartband? i mean, when i put smartband into bight mode, i want to set up alarm clock automatically to 8 hours after time i set night mode.
    Question - when will be added bycicling, swimming, bus\driving? Can u add compabillity to apps like Sleep as Anroid and RunKeeper? Because last one, have much better statistic then lifelog, and very good for tracking activities. Also when will be added some count of gym exercises?
    Ans last one - the bigest problem. What material are u used to make backside of phone? I don't know how, but after 2 days after purchasing, backside of my Xperia Z2 is broken, glass is just cracky. Are u using sipglass for it? I'm not dropping it, really don't know what happened(( But it's sad, i bought this phone for realy long term perspective with it(( and now i will lose theyr water resistance and look. Can u help me with it? how i can repair it in fastst and chipest way?
