Link in check Status page of Shopping cart
Hi all,
I need to place a link in check status->details page only.
Its a standard Internet service page.
there are many ITS pages, where to go and place the code.
please help.
Regards,
Rohith.
Hi Rohith
It is difficult to help you as your post does not make much sense, exactly which frame of the Check status are you speaking of? In the check status screen (at least for SRM 5.0) there are two main frames, the 'Find' screen also containing the extended search option and also the search result pane, both relate to saplbbp_sc_ui_its_4000.html template.
In general, if you want to determine which screen to modify, just right click over the particular frame, view source and you will find the associated template.

Jason

Set user Defined Status in the Shopping Cart
Hello,
I am facing problem while Setting user defined Status in the shopping cart. Below are the steps which I have followed.
1. I have created Status profile via Transaction 'BS02' and also created the Status 'On Hold' with Status number 'Exxxxx'.
2. Entry of this external status is also created in the table TJ30.
3. Also I tried assigning this Status profile in Transaction type for "BUS2121".
After making the above configuration for the new User defined status I have used below function module in my program.
I am using FM "CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN" to set the User defined status in the shopping cart.
CALL FUNCTION 'CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_EXTERN'
EXPORTING
objnr = ls_header-guid
user_status = lv_stat
IMPORTING
stonr = lv_stonr
After this FM I am also using "COMMIT WORK AND WAIT ".
But still my Status is not updated in the Shopping Cart.
Expert please suggest if some one has work in this scenario.
Best Regards,
Chirag ShahHi Chirag,
try to initialize Status schema before update.
CALL FUNCTION 'CRM_STATUS_OBJECT_CREATE'
EXPORTING
objnr = ls_header-guid
obtyp = 'SCH'
stsma = 'ZHOLD'
EXCEPTIONS
obtyp_invalid = 1
status_object_already_exists = 2
stsma_invalid = 3
stsma_obtyp_invalid = 4

Verify page in shopping cart?
Hi - I'd like to add a verify page to the checkout process where a customer can review, edit and verify their purchase information before clicking 'submit'. Does anyone know how to do this?
ThanksI'm guessing you want a page with all the infomation, including their shipping details, names, address etc, plus the shopping cart info and a big confirm button sort of deal. You can do it two ways.
1. Client side with a "confirm page" that is generated via javascript, basically you are switching out the content of the page.
Pro's: Easier to implement, total client side.
Con's: Simple solution, but sometimes that is all you need.
Example:
http://jsfiddle.net/AMjkN/
take from:
http://forums.adobe.com/message/5612324#5612324
2. Creating your own checkout using the API.
Pro's you can control everything with regards to the checkout process and easier intergration with other systems you might have in place.
Con's: More of an enterprise solution. Requires external hosting and has monthly fees (hosting) plus inital development costs. -

Status of Rejected Shopping Carts
Hi,
We are in SRM 7.0 with application controlled work flow. The issue we are facing is for example in a cart with 3 levels of approvals with the first and second level approvers approves the cart and the third level approver rejects the cart. The expected status in approval preview should be Approved, Approved and Rejected where as in our system, it is Rejected, Rejected , Rejected,
Any suggestions on how this can resolved?
Regards
SathyaHello Pawan,
Use transaction BBP_PD in SRM system.
Give Object Type BUS2121 for Shopping Cart
Header Status I1016 (Release Rejected).
There is changed by field which you may put the user id
Otherwise you can look for option of developing report for this.

Check Status BBPSC04 showing all the shopping carts
We are on SRM 5.0
When a user clicks on Check Status. It is showing them all the shopping carts even those which are not created or approved by them.Hi Srini,
In 'Check Status' all the shopping carts are shown if you do not give anything in the search criteria except the ones that are completed irrespective of the purchasing org / P.group.
If you want to see the shopping carts created for that P.Group / P.org mention the same in the search criteria of the 'Find' tab.
If you want to see the shopping carts only created by you then go to 'Centralized Purchasing' Link and click on the ' Check Status'. There you can see only the shopping carts created by you.
In case of any clarification feel free to ask.

" change" button not visible in check status ?
HI,
We are under upgrade of SRM 4.0 to SRM 5.0 . In SRM 4.0 "change" button
is visible in check status even if shopping cart is under approval
state.
But in SRM 5.0 "change" button is not visible in check status if
Shopping cart is under approval state.
Please let me know if any one face this issue.Hi,
Goto SU01 and fill in the user ID for which the button is greyed.
Navigate to role tab
Double click on the role so that the system opens transaction PFCG
Select the "personnalization" tab where you will find the WFL security... (don't remember exactly the name as i do not have any system right now)
This WF security has 4 level.
By default it is set to none
Select level 4 for maximum authorization.
Save, log-off from ITS access et relogon.
Then the button won't be greyed anymore
Kind regards,

allowed) to at least 2 (=low)."
please let me know where exactly i can change this settings?
Thanks

Steps :
1) Go to SU01 of the buyer

Shopping Cart workflow retrigger for changes done to SC already created
Hi all,
A shopping cart is created and later on in "Check Status" when the shopping cart is opened in change mode and any changes are made to the shopping cart either header or item level, the whole approval workflow is retriggered and the approvers are determined again.
We have a scenario where for a particular account assignment category the approvers are added manually - ad hoc approvers through the "Add Approver" in "Approval Preview". For these shopping carts with manual approvers when in "Check Status" any changes are done to header or items of the shopping cart, the whole approval workflow is retriggered and the manual approvers previously added are refreshed as per standard SAP.
I have to put a check in DOC_CHECK badi for the existence of approvers. If no approvers found an error message has to be thrown for adding the approvers manually. I am doing this by reading the approvers from the container for a cart created already. But when changes are made and the workflow is retriggered, the workflow container contains only the previous approvers and not the refreshed ones. So this is not captured in DOC_CHECK badi.
Is there any way to capture the retriggering of workflow in DOC_CHECK badi, so that the check for approvers works fine even after a change being done to a shopping cart which is already created.
Thanks and Regards,

SC should disappear from check status transaction
Hello Colleagues,
Can you please answer me the below query.
ISSUE:
Employee creates SC.
SC goen into sourcing cockpit.
Purchaser completes sourcing and creates a contract.
SO I feel for the employee his job is complete.But still i can see the SC in the check status for the employee.
This does not make any sence and is very confusing for the employee.
It makes sence for the purchaser to see the SC in check staus but not employee.
How can i restrict the display of SC'c with the contract created out of it..not visible in the check status for the employee.
Looking forward for your valuable inputs.
Thanks & Regards,
Kavitha.Hi
Hi
My question what the end user can do with the contract number information. please expain the customer what ae the functionalit he may miss if check status hidden.
There are so many functionality of Check status you may miss if you hide.
If it is very critical business requirement from customer you can think of to hide only follow on document folder rather than whole cart.
In the Check Status application, you can check the status of your shopping cart and check the status of the individual items in your shopping cart.
You can search for your shopping cart using various criteria, such as shopping cart name, creation timeframe, or status. You can search using the following extended statuses.
You can not print a cart.
See check status functionalities of shopping cart
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm30/helpdata/en/8b/4fa9495db211d2b404006094b92d37/content.htm
so if your shopping created a follow on document
BUS2000113 - business object - Contract
then you are trying to protect acesss for this transaction
bbpsc04
or
try to hide a follow on document instead hiding whole cart.
but try to convince the user the important functionality of the Check status.

Accept Changes button visible in Approval link but not in Check Status
Dear Experts,
We are on SRM 4.0 .
After a SC is rejected partially the requester can see the SC under Check Status link with the status In Your Inbox
When the user clicks on the Detail icon, there is only CHANGE button but when the user clicks on Approval Link
he can see Description as 'Your Shopping Cart xxxxxxxxx was change/rejected in part.Please Check' and when he click on the Detail icon there are two buttons at botton Accept Changes and Change .
Why is the Accept Changes button not there in detail display of SC under check status link?
Thanks,
AnubhavHello,
This is the standard behaviour of SRM4.0.
When a SC has been partially rejected the the SC goes to the requestor approval inbox. Requestor can either accept the change or he/she can change the SC and order again.
If requestor accept the change that means requestor has been accept the rejection, so requestor will not be able to create the PO for that line item. He/she needs to change the SC depending on the approval note and order again.
Check status transation is used for check the status of the shopping carts. Due to that reason the Accept change button is not exist there.

Anindya
