Link on Page Items

Question

Hallo,
For a report you can declare a column as a 'Column Link'.
You can define the 'Link Text', 'Target Page' and Items that should be set.
How can I do this for a 'Page Item'?
I have created a page with the wizard 'Form on a Table' (e.g. emp). One item contains a foreign key id (e.g. demptno). I want to have this item to be a link to the e.g. department page. How can I do this? Is there a possibility as for a report column?

You might also consider a PLSQL region instead of an item. In the region you can build the character string you want in the HTML on your page as shown below.
