List of BOM usage types

Question

Hi ,
Here is the requirement .
1. Select material,Plant,Usage type from table MAST based on the selection criteria .
2. For a given material and plant combination, with what usage types the material bom is created .
<b>Sample output :
Material   Plant     Usage_one Usage_three Usage _five
Mat-123   P-123      X                 X                    X
Mat-123   P-234      X                                      X</b>
The above output says that for mat-123 and p-123 combination bom with usage type 1,3, and 5 have been created but for mat-123 and p-234 combo only 1 and  5 have been maintained .
Can anyone please let me know how the logic should be developed to generate output in this format ?
