Locked out of iCloud videos when Apple ID was logged out then logged back in

My husband changed the apple ID to buy an app on our ipad. I didn't realise  and our daughter tried to put a video on from my iCloud and now we have been locked out for 90 days!!! Can I change this????

I'm not sure you can.  This explains the "90-day switch rule": iTunes Store: Associating a device or computer to your Apple ID - Apple Support.  You can try contacting iTunes store support to see if they can do anything for you: https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html.

    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
    How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

    Check Settings>General>Date & Time>Set Automatically>On. Make sure that the time zone setting is also set correctly.
    If that didn't solve the problem, restart your iPad and try again. If that fails, reset your iPad and try again.
    Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I went to setting and down to itunes&app store settings and checked which AppleID was logged in, but i found that it was my AppleID that was logged in, not my my sisters. I then tried logging out and logging back in again but the app store, regardless of this, still asks me for my sister's AppleID and I don't know her password...How do I get the app store to ask me for MY AppleID password, not my sister's?

    If this app was bought by your sister with her Apple ID, only her ID can update the app.

    Did you organize your own site menu with another ap. and then import it under the "Advanced" selection or did you create it in .Mac? My problem is that I don't like the options for galleries so I am posting my own via Aperture, but once you click on the link in the site menu, there is no "Back" or "Return to Homepage" option! Your site has the numbers and arrows that allow you to advance through your galleries and to the site menu, and your site menu has hyperlinks to your Aperture posted galleries instead of photo links. How did you achieve this?

  • Single Beep, Display cuts out, then comes back

    I've had my macbook for a little over a year. Recently the hard drive died. I replaced it, and figured I'd put new memory in it while I was at it (2GB, Samsung). For a while I ran 10.4 (I was on vacation and didn't have access to my external), and everything seemed to work fine. When I finally got back to my apartment and restored my system with Time Machine, things started off well, but then some weird things started happening. First, when I installed new updates, my computer restarted itself a couple times during the installation (after the initial restart), but then stopped, and installation was successful. I figured things had resolved themselves, but then I started getting these weird problems.
    When I close my macbook, it goes into standby, but will sometimes start up randomly while still closed. Also, when I go to open it, it will sometimes load, only to cut out again, make a single loud beep, and then come back and boot up fine.
    I've read that a single beep usually means a RAM issue, but I'm curious if the problem is maybe with my system, and I should reformat, since it seemed to run fine with 10.4.
    Hopefully I've been detailed enough, but let me know if you need more info. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • HT204053 I can't log on to icloud from my Windows 7 PC.  It says it's a valid Apple ID, but not icloud.  When I try to log in from my original ID, it says invalid.

    I can't sync my iphone 4 with icloud on my PC.  I downloaded the icloud software and it says my ID is a valid Apple ID, but not an icloud ID - this is right after I've set it up as one.  Help!

    Are you trying to login to an account you already made (on an iPhone or similar) or create a new iCloud account?

    I bought an iphone 5s  two weeks ago, i transferred all my data from my iphone 4 through itunes. I haven't back up my phone since I did that, and now I forgot my passlock and my phone is disabled. When I plug my phone into my computer, it tells me I don't have any back ups on the computer & also says turn off your 'find my iphone' in account settings, but I obviously cannot get into my phone. I'm not sure if I should allow my phone to sync to the computer because it will back it up with the passlock I cannot figure out... If i restore my whole phone, I technically do not have any of the backups stored because the last time I backed it up I had the iphone 4.. what should i do?! HELPPPP

  • ITunes match stopped mid-matching and the programme told me to sign out then sign back in to iTunes. I did this but when I turned iitunes Match back on it told me it would erase my old library I'd partiall uploaded as it was "on another computer".

    Any ideas how I can save my old library....I'd literally matched/uploaded 18000 songs!
    What's more, the system is saying I've activated another computer leaving me with only 2 left out of my 5... Which is incorrect

    Go to the  menu/About This Mac - what OS version shows there?
    Do a backup, preferably 2 separate ones on 2 separate drives.
    Revert to a Previous OS X
    Revert to Snow Leopard
    If you do revert, I'd use Setup Assistant to restore your data. This process takes a while, so do it when you won't need the computer for several hours, based on my experience.

    I was able to fix my problem, except I now have to start over from scratch with my website. I says this, as friend had the same problem and was told by someone at an Apple Store that he deleted iWeb from his computer and reinstalled the software. That was great, except I could not find my copy of iWeb, so ended up transferring a copy from my step-dad's new Mac Mini. That seem to have done the trick, but as I said before know I need to start from scratch.
