Logical stopped applying logs after install STATSPACK

Question

Pl. help urgent
Oracle 10.2.0.1.0
After installing statspack @spcreate installed sucessfully
@spauto create job sucessfully
But the Logical stdby stopped applying the logs with the following error message

Please help if anyone has any idea on this forum, how do i start the logs applying the to logical standby.

Hi,
Will the below steps clear the above error:
Sql > alter database stop logical standby apply;
Sql> EXECUTE DBMS_LOGSTDBY.PURGE_SESSION;
Sql> alter database guard all;
Sql> EXECUTE DBMS_LOGSTDBY.APPLY_SET('MAX_SGA', 3000);
Sql> Exec dbms_logstdby.apply_set('MAX_SERVERS',25);
Sql> EXECUTE DBMS_LOGSTDBY.APPLY_SET('APPLY_SERVERS',12);
Sql > alter database start logical standby apply;
Please advice
