When making a User Login form from the Dreamweaver 8 Recipes, it falls short of creating the User Login Form. I've tried a few combinations of Insert > Form > Text Feild > I do not know what input Tag Accessibillty Attirbutes to add in
ID:
Label:
Style...
Posistion...
Access Key:
Tab Index:
Next, when adding in the Server Behaviors the same dimwhit condition re-applies, in:
Password Feild:
I want to access: Password defined in the DW8 tutorial.
My access is restricted to User Login, derived from the text field.
I've tried changing it and many other variations to no avail.
In Summary:
I just want to make a User Login Form.
Rather than use the tutorials.
Please Help.

I've been working so much lately that turning around to dynamic web development simply reminds me of a learing brick wall, my tired overworked brain.
Thank God for Adobes on-line forum and WA. I use PHP and MySQL and have SS from WA. So far I've uploaded and tested locally and remotely, a .php contactus page. When uploaded remotely, the security lettering was not visible? I uploaded the fonts file again using Filezilla and voila, a working contact page. Now, I'm going to have a re-think, a rest and re-address the contactus .php page adding text boxes like a telephone number and a rendevous text box. Also, Jason Byrnes from WA added the recipes file to my downloads account and I went ahead and developed the frist page. I'd still like to know how they create snippets forms which ID in the server Behaviors Panel > User Authentication > User Login > because when I was working with-out the .recipes file I had ago at making the form feilds yet no matter how I combined the ID's they would not bind the server behaviors, any clues?

Most websites place what’s called a “cookie” on visitors’ computers, which is used to track them and record their preferences. It’s how websites can remember your password, for example. Like your web browsing history, they’re easy to delete. If you use your browser’s “private browsing” mode they’re never saved in the first place — and advertisers can't track you, and other computer users can't go back and see what you looked at.
However, a flaw in a modern web security feature called “HTTP Strict Transport Security” (HSTS) allows websites to plant “super cookies” that can be used to track web users’ browsing habits even when private browsing is enabled.
Here’s how it works.
Security researcher Sam Greenhalgh writes that HSTS “allows a website to indicate that it should aways be accessed using a secure connection that encrypts your communication with the site.” This “flag” is then saved by your web browser, ensuring that any future visits to the website are secure. And because HSTS carries over into private browsing, it means the “super cookie” can be used to track you whether you’re attempting to cover your steps or not.
Greenhalgh says that Apple’s Safari web browser is especially vulnerable to the exploit. While clearing cookies on Mozilla’s Firefox, Google Chrome or Opera also erases HSTS flags, deleting the super cookies, there’s no way to do so on Safari on iOS devices.
This means that if you’ve had super cookies placed on your iPad or iPhone, there’s effectively no way to get rid of them short of reformatting the entire machine."

Hi all,
I tried this with IOS 7.1.2 Safari on an iPad retina and the super cookie did not persist after web data and history was deleted.
I also tried this with IOS 8.1.2 Safari on an iPhone 6, and the super cookie persisted even after deleting web history and website data.
Evidently it was ok on 7.1.2 and broken on 8.1.2.

Cisco Flex Connect and users can not get IP Address by WAN

I have a wlc 5508 with license base to 50 aps, i use a deployment flex connect. I already registered all my access points, I use web authentication to authenticate users guest, and the service dhcp is in the central site.
My issue is the users in each remote site, can not get an ip address by dhcp from the central site, they can authenticate in the guest ssid, but any users can not get an ip.
The request is passing by the wan in this way
Central Site DHCP - Router WAN - Remote Site - Users with notebooks. I use flex connect central deployment (all the traffic consulting to the wlc) .
perhaps i should use local deploy? The wlc is in the central site.
Can you help me to resolving this issue please? , perhaps any advice?

If I configure Central Authentication and I configure central switching I need to create a dynamic interafce for each remote site and each dynamic interface associated with a different VLAN ID, because I can not associate a single interface dynamic to the same VLAN ID, but in my case the client remote in each remote site have the same network segment with the same VLAN ID with the same SSID for guests. My goal is to configure web authentication with the local DHCP server at each remote site, will this work?.Each remote site have its own server dhcp.
If I configure authentication central authentication with central switching with web authenticacion as I set in my scenario?
My issues are the interfaces dynamics, because I have the same network to the customer guest with the same ID VLan in each remote site

User can not get work item

I created a demo workflow template with 2 userdecisions. The agent of the 1st is myself, and the agent of the other is another user USR001. Their possible agents are set general. I executed the workflow and found I could get the workitem in my inbox and approved, but USR001 can not get his workitem then. I checked the workflow log and found the agent USR001 get the item in the AGENTS icon. But in the grahical log, I found the status of the 2nd userdecision is 'READY' and (NO AGENT). Both of the two user (me and USR001) have SAP_ALL authorization. Then I logged on by another user and found the same problem: the user can only get the workitem of himself . And there is no error in the STEP HISTORY in technical details.
So I have the following questions:
1 Are there any configuration missed in the system?
2 I want to know whether there are some documents about the basic configuration of workflow, such as assignment of the USER ROLE, necessary confuguration for development and use of workflow.

READY and NO AGENT just means that no agent has executed the step yet. Click on the Agents icon to see which agents it has been sent to.

The only time I've ever seen that happen is when creating a NetBoot volume from an Install DVD, and forgetting to create a user account. This leaves the system in a state where you can't log in, because there is no account to log in to.

If all the users are locked, they can be unlocked by
a)Try this command at ur sql plus query level
Go to cmd prompt.
Sqlplus /nolog
conn /as sysdba
this will take you to the sqlprompt.
Just execute the earlier commands there.
sqlplus>UPDATE SAP<schema>.usr02 set uflag=0 where mandt=<CLNT NO> and uflag=64; this statement actually unlocks the users of that particular client. So, try for every client in that sap system.
b) You can delete sap* user
Go to cmd prompt.
Sqlplus /nolog
conn /as sysdba
sqlplus>DELETE SAP<SID>.usr02 where mandt='CLIENT.NO' and bname=SAP*;
Note:-
After doing this restart the system. So, that a new user with the name "sap" gets generated with password "pass". Provided the parameter is set login/no_automatic_user_sapstar= 0 (Automatic user SAP is permitted).

New Mac user can't get dial-up to authenticate

I just acquired an older iBook (version=2.2), OS X 10.2.8(6R73). I've never used a Mac before and am currently learning how to use the system and hardware.
Being stuck with dial-up I set up the internal 56K modem for my ISP (PeoplePC).
It's pretty simple (I thought)--using TCP/IP PPP--account name, password and phone number. The modem dials, connects, and after several seconds disconnects (Failed to authenticate).
I then tried to use the terminal window and after connecting command line says--Account name//login/login/:--I enter my account name.
Then the next command line--Password:--the cursor is one space away from the colon and blinking and doesn't move when I enter my password (normal or not?).
The next line says--**Bad password-- and goes back to the (enter) Account name.
I can do this about three times before my modem times out and hangs up.
The PPC people are useless (We don't know anything about Macs- you need to get Mac help). Of course when I had any problems in the past with what always turned out to be THEIR software the first thing they do is tell you that it's YOUR computer, system, browser, Microsoft, phone company, etc.
So I can't get anyone there that's smart enough to at least tell me if there's any particular entries to be made in logging in (scripting or HTML or handshake protocol or whatever). I can set up a manual dialup connection on my Windows PC without their software, no problem.
Incidentally, I love the way this iBook automatically gets itself right into my Windows network and on-line with ICS through an ethernet crossover cable. I'm on right now with it but I don't want to have two computers next to each other online (especially through a single phone connection). Talk about multi-tasking! I've got about 4 tabs open in IE8 on the win PC and a couple more here (Mac) on Firefox. So I never have to wait for a page to load (SLOW); by the time I'm done with one several others have already loaded.
I'm really starting to like this Mac. I don't know whether it's the machine or the Firefox browser (never used anything other than IE) or both but the same pages load really quick and errorlessly compared to my other box, which is sharing the connection.
Well, after making a short story long, does anyone have a clue on helping me get my new (to me) iBook on-line on it's own?

Hi, Q Lazarus. Thanks for the reply. That link you included led me to what I needed.
Since I couldn't directly download the Dialguard 1.8.7 zipfile (unless, I guess, I set up an account at the Linux forum site) I decided to just Google and get it off the web.
I found that it was pretty hard to find but in lookong around I found other Linux forum references regarding PeoplePC's dial-up problems.
Rather than using DialGuard others solved the problem by simply adding "@peoplepc.com" to their account name.
So that was the only thing I changed and--HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN! My modem dialed right in and connected. And much quicker than PPC's software (dialer) on my Win PC.
After screwing around for several days and pulling my hair out in frustration trying to get my Mac on-line I was done in a few minutes, thanks to your input.
I will mark this thread "Solved" and get on with learning to use my "new" iBook system.

One user can't get Outlook to work

Hi,
We have one user who is having problems with Outlook. It started a few weeks ago, and no one else is having the same problem. It says "The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online to complete this action"
Environment:
Outlook 2010
Windows 7
Exchange 2010
What i've tried:
1. Repairing the Outlook installation
2. Running anti-virus full scan, which revealed that there were viruses on this computer!
3. Making sure the workstation can ping the Exchange server. It can, but Outlook can't reach the Exchange server.
4. Running scanpst or whatever it is. It found problems and I choose the repair option.
5. Uninstalled Office 2010 then reinstalled it
I've run out of ideas really, and have tried pretty much everything that googling found. Any ideas?

I went through Ctrl Panel > Mail, and removed their profile, and then ran the Outlook wizard several times. Although, i haven't tried that since uninstalling/reinstalling Outlook. I will try that next week when this user is available. Is this sufficient,
or should I rename the AppData folder like you said?

Can login now, but can't get home

I successfully managed to get my LDAP server to authenticate users logon.
However, it does not seem to bind to their home directory... when the users try to click on their "home" folder:
"The volume for 'username' cannot be found"
Any aliases that the user created prior don't work either. Users can however, use AFP to get to their home folders (but programs such as iPhoto still won't work without home being accessible)
Can anyone shed some light on this? (need any more info?)

Checked on that (sorry for the late reply).
In WGM, "Network Mount" the Option "Enable network mount of share point" is clicked. and set to /LDAPv3/127.0.0.1
and set to "User Home Directory"
and set to mount via AFP
When the user clicks on "home" they get the error: "The volume for "username" cannot be found"
When the user clicks on "Desktop" they get the error: "The volume for "Desktop" cannot be found"
I'm guessing that there is a mapping problem somewhere. I've tried removing the icons from the side menu bar in finder only to see them return when logon again.

"Can not get password" Can't send or receive messages all of a sudden.

Out of the blue my Thunderbird client will no longer send or receive messages.
Here's the error message I get: "Sending of message failed.
An error occurred sending mail: Could not get password for [our server name]. The message was not sent."
The only thing I can come up with that may have caused it would be that I restarted my computer due to a completely unrelated issue (Illustrator kept crashing). Shortly after that, this issue began. I'd really to resolve this without uninstalling thunderbird, I use thunderbird heavily for my job and thus everything is set up, filed, and organized the way I need it.
I've tried restarting thunderbird, restarting my computer (Mac, OSX Yosemite if that matters) and none of these things are working.
Thunderbird has worked flawlessly for the past two years up until now. No updates were installed that I know of. My password is good, I'm able to type it in on our webmail client (atmail) and log in without issue.

Go to Preferences -> Security -> Passwords -> Saved Passwords... and remove the entries for the account. Restart TB. It should ask you for your new password.
If that doesn't fix it, we need to look at your settings.

I have the cs6 design standard package and have just bought a retina macbook pro, I have just discovered that there is retina support for photoshop and illustrator cs6 but not indesign. I am aware as a cs6 user I can get a first year discount on the full cc plan but I only need indesign cc for the retina support and not the full plan. I was wondering if I could get a 12 month discounted single app plan for just indesign cs6 or if I would have to pay the full £17.58?
