Mainataining condition is PIR and OLA

Hi all,
my pricing procedure is ZDOMPR, and my vendor schema grp is OD. I've assigned ZDOMPR to std PO in dependence of OD and assigned OD to vendor 20006.
whn im trying to create condition in Info record or out line agreement, system is not allowing to defined the condition types that were defined in my pricing procedure(ZDOMPR). Its throwing a msg..."Condition type WOTB is not in procedure A M RM0002"
From the above msg it is understood that system is considering the pricing procedure RM0002 as the default pricing procedure for PIR and OLA despite of the pricing procedure ZDOMPR that is assined to my vendor 20006.
More over in customizing step " Deifine schema determination" we can assing pricing procedure to PO and STO only in the following steps
"Determine Calculation Schema for Standard Purchase Order"
"Determine Schema for Stock Transport Orders"
Whn i observed the customizing settings, I found that RM0002 is not assinged to PO at all.
Where can we assign default pricing procedure for PIR and OLA.
Plz provide what cud be the problem.
Regds,
Kirla/ SAP_MM

For standard purchase orders-depending on the schema group of the vendor and the purchasing organization, the system identify the pricing procedure
For stock transport orders-depending on the supplying plant, the po document types and the schema group of the purchasing organization, the system identify the pricing procedure
"Condition type WOTB is not in procedure A M RM0002"
RM0001 and RM1001
Determine which condition types you can enter in purchasing document headers with time-dependent conditions (e.g. contracts).
RM0002, RM1002
Determine which additional condition types you can enter in purchasing document items with time-dependent conditions or in the *purchasing info record*
when you copy the pricing procedure for the above case it should be copied from the RM0002 or RM1002
then you can maintain conditions

  • PIR and material master price

    Dear all,
Say i have standard price maintained in material master as $2.00 per piece. This price is inclusive of freight cost or duty cost. Where as in PIR it is $1.20 only on material cost. the 80cents of freight and duty i built in PO condition by percentage.
    1) May I know if it is ok to have PIR and standard price at different price because 1 want to calculate the freight and duty condition in PO by percentage?
    2) when there is difference in amount during migo or miro against $2.00, then will go to price difference.
    thanks

The frieght & duty cost should not be part of standard price. Actually the situation should be reverse where the standard price only has material prices and the info-record should have the freight, duty etc.
Only though this way you can maintain the sanctity of standard price.
Coming to your second query, yes during transactions the difference between standard price and PO price will go into price differences account or other account as determined automatically through account determination set-up

  • Tax Conditions for Sales and Distribution using Jurisdiction Code in Canada

    Hello everyone,
I would like to share with you a doubt relating taxes for Sales and Distribution in Canada.
The Tax conditions for Sales and Distribution in Canada are the CTX1 (GST - Canada), CTX2 (PST - Canada) and CTX3 (Base + GST). These are the Tax Conditions which appear when creating a Material or a Client for the Canada Region, and are also the ones included in the Canada Standandard Pricing Procedure.
I tried to apply the standard method of creating a Master Record for these conditions, but an error relating the Jurisdiction Code came out while releasing to accounting.
Does anyone one how to procceed? Which are the important issues with Finance Accounting to take in to account?
I would really appreciate any comment relating this issue.
Thank you very much in advanced.
    Víctor

    Dear Mr. Lakshmipathi,
In first place, thank you very much for your quick response.
I have tried many different procedures to get the aim, and among others, a new access sequence was created to allow the introduction of the Jurisdiction Code (UTXJ is not available for Sales Conditions) but once the Condition is created, it is not recognized when creating the Order ("pricing error: Mandatory condition CTX is missing"). Maybe it has something to do with the fact that these conditions are not included in the Finance Accounting Tax Procedure, where the conditions, which represent the same taxes but with different condition names, are defined for a certain Tax Code and Jurisdiction code.
Among the different SAP notes for the error relating the Jurisdiction code, there was one proposing to change the Condition Category from "D" (Taxes) to a value between "1 and 4". By doing this a new error appears while creating the order, saying that there are conditions in the Tax procedure (JRC1, JRC2)which are not included in the Sales Pricing procedure. By including this conditions in the Pricing procedure, the Tax Conditions existing in the Finance Accounting Tax Procedure are brought to the Order Conditions, in addition to the Sales Tax Conditions. And there is something more, each Tax Condition from the Finance Accounting Procedure appears twice, one with the application V (Sales) with value zero, and one with application TX (Taxes) with the value existing in the Finance Accounting Taxes Procedure. This is how at the end, the corresponding %value of the taxes is brought to the Invoice with the correct Tax Code, and the proper Jurisdiction Code, which is different for each condition.
Thank you very much for your time.

  • Condition type SKTO and SKTV

    Hi all,
I wanna ask how the system determine whether use condition type SKTV or SKTO. I know the value is based on term of payment, the case is i do the same think with term of payment in 2 different client, but the result is different, one using condition type SKTV and SKTO for the other one. how is it work? can anybody help me
    Thanks
    Regard,
    Hendry

    Hi,
SKTV calculates cash discount before tax
SKTO calculates cash discount after tax
the formulae and configuration are the same.
difference is the requirement in pricing procedure. SKTV is picked before tax, while SKTO is after tax.
you can pay attention to the requirement in both pricing procedures in different clients...
    Thanks!

  • Condition type PB00 and PBXX, coming in the same PO Item

    Hi,
In the PO (created with reference to Outline Agreement),  condition types PB00 and PBXX are coming in the same line item.
In the PO output, the PB00 value is also showing up and PBXX value is also showing up. User entered PBXX value as 350000 dollars which is right, however system is picking 1.2 million dollar of PB00 from outline agreement which is not intended here. As a result of that the output going to Vendor is exceeding more than 1.2 million dollar instead of 350,000 dollars. I cannot change or delete any othe condition types.THis is a production problem.
Has anyone faced this problem. I appreciate your reply in advance.
    Thanks,

Well, thanks Saurav and Prabhakaran, however the problem still stays.
The contract is created for services (1 lot), so the dollar amount can vary depending upon the service rendered by the consultant.
That mean user will only enter the service amount.
Saurav, system should not copy down PB00, it should come by itself when user enters the specific amount. And it comes from contract. PBXX should only appear if there is no PB00 maintained in the contract. This is not the case. The service amount is maintained in the contract. Also, I don't think that PBXX and PB00 should come in one line item together as normal system behaviour &  as a normal business process too. Moreover, it is not happeniing in the other two line items - line item 20 and line item 30 are fine. The pricing analysis shows both the conditions as found - PB00 and PBXX, so I could not take any clue from analysis too.
Prabhakaran, system is only behaving incorrectly for line item 10. It is behaving as expected (good ) for other line items and other PO's. So, we cannot touch the pricing procedure as that will affect other line items.

  • One pricing condition for BOM and other for individual component

    Hello SAP gurus,
We have two pricing condition types created and assigned in the pricing procedure which has been created with reference to PR00 and condition records are maintained for both the condition types.
But, we want only one pricing condition type to be triggered in the sales order depending on the usage of material in the sales order. As we are selling the same material individually and as well as a component in a bundle ( BOM).
i.e, when one pricing condition for BOM component and other for individual component
What are the configuration steps to be taken care to get this scenario?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Sagar,
    Thanks for your response.
Yes, we are maintaining only one material. The same material is used to sell individually and also in a BOM.
As i have mentioned earlier, whenever the material is sold individually it should pick condition type say 'YR00' and when the same material is sold as a bundle ( BOM) , it should pick condition type " YR01" in same the pricing procedure.
For both the condition types, the condition records are maintained.
    To give the scenario details,
A material "X" is sold individually as a single component and the same material is also used for selling bundled with other material "Y" and the bundled material as "Z"
    means, Z=X+Y
Pricing procedure used is say ZRA000 which contains currently the price cond type YR00.
Now for the bundle (BOM) involvement i want to use the same pricing pricing proc. and add the new cond YR01 in it so that the system will pick the cond.type YR00 when the material is sold individually and YR01 is taken as the price when the material is sold as a bundle against the item X.
Need to know the steps for this scenario and do i need to maintain a specific requirement ? please suggest.

The speed may have been ok at that time and is too inconsistent/too slow overall. interference may have proven to be more of an issue since as well. If using public DNS that will provide Intermittant results
I'm sure using a hotspot would be fine but it depends on your viewing habits. An HD movie is around 4-5GB. It would also be subject to speed. requirements so best to test to see how it compares.
You would have to check with your Carrier if hotspot it's enabled then just to into your settings and toggle it ON

  • CIN condition type J1CV and JCDB not appearing in PO history

The 2 above mentioned condition types are appearing in PO conditions tab.
however, after GR was posted, the amount from J1CV and JCDB condition types was not showing up in the PO history tab.
and these 2 condition types did not have their statistic box ticked so by right it should be appearing.
however there's no problem with other condition types like JCV1, JECV, JEDB...etc
    anyone can advice?

    Hi,
Condition types J1CV and JCDB are stand for what pricing conditions?
There may be any causes for above.
Option-1----- >JCDB (IN Basic customs) is used for Basic Custom duty and this may be added to inventory account of material, so no separate entry in GR document.
Option-2----- >May be J1CV and JCDB (IN Basic customs) condition types have no value and during PO creation, this condition types may be deleted.
Option-3----- > Check J1CV and JCDB (IN Basic customs) condition types are there in MM Calculation Schema.

  • PO item Condition Record number and delivery address of PO - Need a table n

    Hello Experts,
I need some help as I have searched enough but did not find any solution.
I need a table name where I can find Condition Record number for PO line item.
As I have to create a new PO Layout in which I have to mention each & every condition type with value for line item.
I need to know one more thing that from which table I will get delivery address number so on the basis of that I can read entries from table ADRC.
    Thanks in advance.
    Bhagat

    HI,
The First Question is regarding the PO Conditions.
For Extracting the same. we have to Go to The Table EKKI and in this table pass the PO Number and after entering the PO NUmber ,at each item level we will have a condition record number KNUMV created,
collect the condition record number and pass the value in KONV table ,in that table we will get all the conditions and its values maintained.
The second question is the delivery Address
the Delivey address comes from four ways
    Plant
EKPO -Pass PO NUmber - collect the plant and pass in table T001W  to get the address number
and pass the address number to ADRC table
    Customer (third party)
IN table EKPO -collect the customer Number-KUNNR and pass that value to KNA1 table and then get the address number and then get the address from ADRC table.
Direct address number ( created by t code MEAN- Type ME01)
This adress number-ADRNR can be taken from EKPO table and pass this value to adrc table to get the address.
    Vendor ( subcontracting)
In this IN EKPO we will have the vendor field -LIFNR and this field collect the vendor number and pass in LFA1 and get the address number and then pass the address number to ADRC table
If in EKPO,the address number and customer vendor field are blank then it picked from the plant and we have to default the Plant Address
    Hope so it helps
    Regards
    Anjanna.

  • Condition types PB00 and PBXX

    Dear Experts,
    1) Can anybody please explain that can we use Condition type PB00 in number of Pricing  procedures. like i have three pricing procedures, local purchase, Import Purchase,
    External Service Pricing procedure.
what is recommend, eiether to use same one (PB00) or maintain seperate condition type for each Pricing procedure ?
    2) What is the difference between Condition type PB00 and PBXX ?
    Waiting for your valuable reply
    Thanks in Advance

    Dear,
The difference between pricing conditions PB00 and PBXX is :
PB00- automatic pricing - can be used for automatic pricing determination
PBXX- manual pricing - used for manual pricing.
When you maintain the pricing condition for the PO, the system will look at the available condition records (for PB00) and make the automatic pricing determination. In case, such condition records were not defined, then it is mandatory that you have to maintain manually the pricing condition where PBXX will be automatically defaulted in replacement for PB00.
    Regards,
    Syed Hussain.

  • What is the difference between Condition Type PB00 and PBXX

    Hallow all,
Can anybody please explain, What is the Difference between Condition type PB00 and PBXX in Materials Management Pricing?
And also please explain control or Application of both on Price determination ??
    Thanks in Advance !!!!!

    Hi,
PB00 condition type is used for automatic pricing in PO
PBXX condition type is used for manual pricing in PO
In Pricing  access sequence  play a vital role . If you need pricing automatic in the PO, you have use of Access Sequences and Schema Group of Vendor. You can see the difference in both standard condition type PB00 and PBXX, where as PB00 is assigned to Access sequence(0002)but in case of PBXX no access sequense assigned.

  • Condition type EK02 and VPRS.

    Hi Everyone,
In our pricing procedure there are two condition types EK02 and VPRS at header level. The profit margin we are getting is in negative. Can any one through some light about the use of EK02 and VPRS condition types and how system picks the values for the condition type EK02 ?
    Thanks
    Raksha.

    Hi,
VPRS condition type is a Statistical Condition Type that returns the cost price of material from material master. It is basically used for comparison purpose. If you want to add it in the pricing procedure, make sure you add it at the last i.e. after adding of all the condition types.
EK02 is also a Statistical Condition Type and used for comparison purpose.
    regards,
    Sagar
