Making payments from East Africa - Uganda

What is the easiest , no stress way to make payment from East Africa - Uganda. 
Azure does not accept registration from this market and cant use locally issues credit/debit cards and from my experience bank payments take long and are not correctly reflected on invoice

Payment methods are Credit or debit cards only, unless previously approved for invoice.

If you already have an Azure subscription, please follow these steps to submit a support request to pay by invoice:
Initiate a support request
by clicking on this link and enter your Microsoft Account credentials.
Select your subscription in the "Subscription" menu.
Select the "Billing" option in the "Support Type" menu.
Select your country in the "Country/Region" menu.
Select your language in the "Language" menu.
Select the "Create Ticket" button.
Select the "Request invoice mode of payment" option in the "Problem Type" menu.
Select your offer type in the "Category" menu and click "Continue".
Fill in your contact information and click "Continue".
Fill in the required information and click "Submit".
*  A credit check may be required depending on the amount of credit required. In these instances, customer support will provide you with a credit check application. After submission, the credit application can take 5-7 business days to process.

    System is not splitting the Bank according to Traveling Exp.
    1 Traveling Exp is having the Item category 20000 (Expense)
    2. Bank  is having the Item category 01000 (Balance Sheet Account)
    3 Document Type is SA (Business Transaction is 0000 - Unspecified posting)
    4 I also tried with KZ but it is now working.
    5.T-code F-02
    Error
    Balancing field "Profit Center" in line item 003 not filled
    Client is not accepting for Making 2 different payment document.

    As per your suggestion i have crated
    1.Define Business Transaction Variants :- Copy Transaction 0000 & Create new variant Z001 and copy all Category in which Expenses and Balance Sheet is also present.
    2.Define Document Splitting Rule : -Created new Rule -- Maintained
    Splitting Method - 0000000012
    Business Transaction  : 0000
    Transaction Variant : Z002
    Item category : 20000 (Expense)
    Base item categories : 01000 (Balance Sheet Account)
    3.Classify Document Types for Document Splitting :-
    Document Type SA
    Transaction  : 0000
    Varient  : Z001
    And run the same posting but the error is same
    System is not splitting the bank amount according to Expenses.
    i.g  item category to be split based on Base item category.

  • Customer as Vendor --while making payment f110 how to deduct line item wise

    Dear all ,
    My Requirement like this please help me come out this issue.
    we have 5 company code , we have created customer as a vendor.In one company code ,for eg(10000 is a customer and mean time same as Customer as  Vendor(10000) in another company code.
    Now we have raised customer invoice ,
    For eg   10000 for fertilizer.
                  10000 for Drip irrigation
                  20000  some loan.
    These transaction incurred in one company code.
    In other company code these customer as a vendor ,
    Here we have enter Vendor invoice,
    For ex Invoice amount is 70000.
    while making payment i want to deduct this amount from customer invoice amount.
    like in 10000 for Fertilizer in that ,I want to deduct partial  amount in line item level  for different purpose.
    How to deduct this amount .and how to map this scenario in the system.
    Please guide me come out of this issue.

    vendor and same as a customer functionally is possible with in one company code.  in that case you will be able to clear the customer open items when you are doing the vendor payment.  
    but in my knowledge this functionally is not possible with other company codes. as per your query you are maintained the vendor in one company code and customer in another company code.  you want to clear the line items with one transaction in F110.
    i think its not possible.  becuase payments and receivables are with in company code.

  • Input credit on Service tax after making payment to vendors

    Dear Friends,
    Vendor invoice has been entered with Input service tax and payment has been made to the vendor. After making the payment, it is only clearing the vendor balance and not the input service tax G/L accounts entered on the invoice.
    We tried to implement deferred tax functionality (RFUMSV50 program), but here most of the input tax codes are based on the combination of Service tax with VAT. Hence we couldnt proceed further as deferred tax functionality is not applicable for VAT portion and applicable only for Service Tax here as it is a service based industry. In short, the requirement is Input credit can be taken for Service Tax only after making payment to the vendor.
    Could you please let me know is there any mechanism where we can identify whether vendor invoice has been paid or not from the Input Service Tax GL accounts (either in FBL3N or FAGLL03 tcode). Based on that if the document is cleared, then my client will only take all the cleared documents' input service tax amounts and will set off with the output service tax.

  • Debit Items not getting picked while making payment with F110

    HI,
    When making payment with F110, items with Debit balance is not getting picked.
    Example:
    Payment method is assigned in the Maser data.
    For a particular vendor one item has a credit balance- posting key 31.
    We have posted another JV with F-02 and debited that vendor with Posting key 21. (Payment Method is not entered in the line item)
    When we run F110 the credit balance is picked and debit balance is being shown in exception list.
    When we got to FB02 and insert payment method in debit line item and then again run the F110 then system pickes all line items and pays the net amount.
    The question is why system is not considering Payment Method from Master Data in debit  line item, while in credit line item it is picking payment method from the master data.
    Do I need to do any setting for it so that it should automatically take payment method from master data even in case of Debit line items.

    Thanks for your quick replies.
    But it does not solve my problem.
    When I am not assigning any payment method to either Debit or credit line items, system picks (payment method from Master data) for only credit line items and ignores debit line items.
    But the problem is that when I assign payment method to debit line item (which is similar to what has been assigned to vendor Master Data) system groups both debit and credit line items and makes payment of only net amount.
    My question was why system considered the debit line item for making payment if I manually enter payment method in the line item, if system has been designed only for out going payment. In my opinion It should have reacted similarly irrespective of whether payment method entered in the line item or not.

    Did you click the "change country or region" link in your account information in the iTunes Store? If not, you need to do that to change your country. Note that you will need a valid US credit card or US iTunes card to enter as payment method.

    I found in XK03 there is a tab in payment tab to set the voice individual payment but I cannot change it since is not an editable field.

    Yes, What Harnish says is correct.
    Additional you can check in Vendor Master-Company Code Data-Payment Transactions Tab-Individual Payment
    Individual pmt should be un-ticked.

    OBZT just controls the display of the various tax codes in the drop down list if MIRO/ FB60 etc.
    You need to maintain the atx coe correctly in FBZP. Go to FBZP and in this tax code and check whether the tax rates etc. have been defined correctly for it.

    My requirement is that client want to maintain terms of payment as per Vendor - Material combination in Purchasing info record and same should be appeared while creation of PO.

    Hi,
    My company sometime will receive payment from our vendor so we need to issue an official receipt to the vendor, but I not able to find the standard print program and sapscript to be use for this purpose.
    Recently, I just configure the RFKORDC1 as print program and F140_PET_CASH_C1 as output form for the official receipt of customer payment. The correspondence is SAPC1. Everything run smoothly. In our output, it will display the customer code, name and address.
    In F140_PET_CASH_C1, I found that it is also able to support to display the vendor code, name, etc. When I try to print the vendor payment document, it is able to display the amount, currency, reference text, etc. But it not able to get and display the vendor details such as vendor code, name, etc. It just show a blank in the output.
    I just guess that maybe need to use another print program instead of the one above. But I am not able to find any substitute for the print program and output form.
    Can anyone please help to provide the correct print program and output form or solution?

    Payments are not updated in PO History anyways. However, you can still get the Invoice details of Vendor A, if you process this entry through FB05, using the option Transfer Posting with Clearing. This will ensure that when the Vendor B pays to A, this document will show up as a clearing documnent for Invoice of Vendor A.
