  • Btoes - connection with headsets problems!!

I installed the drivers and software for BToes 2.0 (3X Faster) and it paired with all my BT devices (SE K750i, Jabra headset and BTH headset).  However, when I was using the BT headset as 'mic and headphone' for internet phone or MSN video conversation, the 'sound' is 'delayed'.  It means that the other party has to wait a while to hear what I just said.  Do you have any solution to this????
I also got MSI Tech Support email confirming that MSI Btoes DOES have problems working with BT v1.1 and v1.2 headset with a PC...

I wonder if it could be your BT devices and not the phone. The iPhone 5 has BT v4 (iPhone 3 BT v2.0, iPhones 3G , 4 BT v2.1 and iPhone 4S BT v4) perhaps they can't handle the more sophistcated BT. My iPhone is a week old. I tested with my BT device which is a year old and has BT v2.0 with HFP, A2DP and AVRCP. It functions perfectly with the iPhone 5. None of the issues that are mentioned here effect it. Because of the complaints here I put it through all of the paces.
This is my device, which lets me use my favorite headphones, including the new Apple earpods.

  • MAP don´t login in the clients when the pcs don't connect with a domain

I have a network with a normal pcs (as home pcs) with out domain; but i try audit the network but always launch the same error "Failed - Access Denied". I read in the internet and this problem is present when the netlogon service is down , but
this service can't enable because this service only enable when the clients is connect with a domain controller. I need a solution. We have an ideas or solutions?
    Thank You!!

Inventorying workgroups can be difficult, especially when it comes to remote access and network security. Because workgroups are not centrally managed, some of the items discussed in this
wiki article on preparing your workgroup environment may require you to visit each machine individually.
For non-domain credentials, you do not use the <systemname>\<user> format, you simply enter the user name. Regarding how to enter the credentials, if you have an account that uses the same username and password on all machines and is an administrator
on all of those machines, then you can enter that in the All computers credentials page of the wizard. You can also do this if they are different user names. However, if some machines have an account with the same user name, such as Administrator,
but different passwords on each machine, you will need to use the Manually enter computer names discovery method, and then enter the information for each group or each machine.
As you can tell, workgroup environments can quickly negate any benefit that the agentless inventory nature of MAP provides.

  • Headset (HS-23) connection with device (Nokia 6233...

    Hi
From last couple of weeks my headset (HS-23) is not properly connecting with my device (Nokia 6233). Sometimes device shows headset icon but there is no sound in the headset at all. Sometimes sound came from only one of the ear piece, sometimesa sound comes from both of the ear piece but with a different volume level among them. It can be fixed for some of the time by just pushing/pulling the connection with device but not always. Also if this is fixed like this, this type of fix does not persist for long time e.g. problem again came in if the connection point is again moved/pushed/pulled by mistake.
Please help me what to do because of this mess its annyoing and disturbing the music listening experience.

Just clean the pop-port on your phone and the contacts on the headset.
Use a cotton tip with a few drops of isopropyl alcohol on it but be careful not to bend the contacts on the headset.

  • Connection with bluetooth and headset

    I have a problem
Since the softwareupdate i can't connect my bluetooth headset (from nokia, BH-218) to my phone , the nokia N8. If i push the botton "on" on my headset, i see only 1 second there is a connection with my phone. But after that second, there is no more connection with de headset to my phone.
    What do i wrong?

    Hi yanonamie,
    What is your Nokia model?
I would recommend to re-install the update of your Nokia software you have done via Nokia suite menu: tools>update.
Try a soft reset by using *#7780# code: 12345 this will restart the connectivity system without erasing your data.
Check if the energy saving mode doesn’t disconnect your Bluetooth. If this is the case, you can disable it.
Let me know how you get on so that I can troubleshoot further, if necessary.
    regards,
    Manududu3

  • Connection with Q2 Smart BlueAnt Headset - No Answer

Please help!  I'm having trouble receiving calls using my Q2 BlueAnt Smart Bluetooth Headset.  I called the Q2 BlueAnt support center and they think there is a recent update pushed to my Black Berry  that may have caused it to stop accepting calls.  I'm able to pair the device and make outgoing calls, but when anyone calls me it terminates the call when I click on the MF (Multi-Function) key.  The MF key is the one I push to accept calls or say voice commands.  I'm one of several customers that have called BlueAnt with this same problem.  The timeframe for this started last week or the week before.  No other changes to the device or the phone since I purchased the phone the spring of 2010.  The BlueAnt device is about 6 months old now.  Thanks!

There's been quite a few posts about this. See here: http://www.xperiablog.net/2013/09/22/xperia-z1-suffering-with-headset-bug/
According to xda-developers, a new firmware update, .534 corrects the problem. See this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2452250

  • Nokia Maps and Bluetooth Headset

Whenever I have my bluetooth headset connected and I'm using Nokia Maps (2 or 3) the volume for navigation keeps switching itself off.
It's not the volume on the headset as this works fine and I can make calls without the volume dropping.
I turned the volume up on my N96 and the next time I get voice directions by NM the sounds drops away again, pretty annoying.
I've re-installed NM maps a few times including the sound files just in case that was the problem and I now that I've moved to NM3 I was hoping the problem might have gone away....it hasn't.
Does this happen to anyone else? Anyone got a fix?
Oh and does anyone else think the Female (UK) voice in NM3 sounds fed up when giving directions?

    Hi,
I seem te have the same problem with N82 connecting to standard bleutooth peugeot carkit.
I raised a call with nokia buth they seem to not want to support because of third party. I hooked up an HTC S740 from my buddy this one works like a charm.
Looks like nokia is going into headset modes, see headset icon. Then all sound should go to headset. However my carkit supports also handsfree and it seems like the connection with my nokia keeps ending up in headset!
nokia please help, this has nothing to do with the carkit!
    Kind regards Christian

  • My Lumia 620 doesn't connect with the PC

When I use the USB cable for connection with the PC, he shows that there is a connection with a windowsphone, but he shows not any of the maps from my phone??
Does anyone know how I solve this problem.

You won't see the map data files on your phone. The windowsphone OS compartmentalises all the apps and their data files for security reasons. All you will see are user files such as photos, videos, documents, etc. Map data can be managed using the Here Maps or Drive app on the phone.

Hi, I’ve recently bought an iPad2 and can’t get connected with AppStore or iTunes, when I tap on these icons a grey page pops up saying is loading but never opens the page, no failure message is displayed, it just keep saying is loading.
Apparently it is not an issue with wifi since Safari, You Tube and Maps work well, I’ve tried some of the tips, e.g. log off/on my Id, change password but no one worked.
Your help will be highly appreciated.
    Thank you.
    Luis.

Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

  • Cannot connect to local network while connected with EasyVPN

    Hi All,
I'm looking on many forums for an answer, but I cannot get it working.
I have configured EasyVPN with CCP and also with CLI. I had it both working perfect, except the most important thing.
I can connect with the Cisco VPN client to the router, but i'm not able to connect or even ping a system inside the remote network. My laptop gets an IP address from the address pool of the router.
I really hope someone can help me before my manager is losing his patience :-)
Here is my config. (before someone is mentioning it, i have to clean up my config a bit...I mean, look at the acl's )

  • Problem in establishing connection with mysql 5.0

    Hi,
I am using JCAPS 5.1. I tried to insert data to mysql database table.
    But i got following error
java.sql.SQLException: Error in allocating a connection. Cause:
    Physical Connection doesn't exist.
My intention is to read file in which data are comma seperated and to
populate those values to a mysql 5.0 database table.
    Sample DATA in file [test.txt]
    111,gg,23,MFG
    112,hh,24,MFG
    113,ii,25,RETAIL
    114,jj,26,IT
    Database table: employee
    eno,ename,eage,edept
While creating JDBC OTD there is no problem in establishing connection with database. But after deploying i got above error.
I have used Mysql 5.0 Connector/J JDBC driver. Added JDBC driver jar files to following directories as required.
    1) C:\JavaCAPS51\logicalhost\is\lib
    2)C:\JavaCAPS51\logicalhost\is\domains\test\lib
Steps i have followed as per JDBC-ODBC -eway user guide doc.
    1) Created USerDefined OTD and added necessary fields
    2) Created JDBC OTD.
    3) Created JAVA collaboration and do business process for inserting
    4) Mapped all components by creating in Connectivity MAp
    5) created necessary external systems in envrionment explorer.[JDBC External System and File External System]
    6)Created Deployment profile
    5) Deployed it.
After deploying it gives error as
java.sql.SQLException: Error in allocating a connection. Cause: Physical Connection doesn't exist
Please let me know the solution for problem.

    In the environment definition,
    -> External Application JDBC
    -> Properties
    -> Outbound JDBC Connection
You have the database URL in the "DriverProperties" field
Valid URL would be : jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/caps
!! The doc says that this field is optional !! Seems to be an error in the doc:
    Hope this helps

  • How do I connect my headset (split mic/headphone input) to my MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo?

How do I connect my headset (split mic/headphone input) to my MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo? I can't get it to work, but did previously at one point. Trying to use it with Rosetta Stone and I cant get it to recognize my speech at all, says the headset isnt plugged in. Went to setting and made sure it was on line in and it is not registering their either. Help!

  • Port Mapping problem with a Snow Base Station

I wish to enable port mapping with my Airport Snow Base Station. (SBS) I am using an Earthlink Efficient Stream 5667 DSL modem to my SBS. I am running firmware version 4.0.9 and connecting with 10.4.3.
So -- enabling port mapping requires that the IP address on my 10.4.3 computer doesn't change, and that I then map the ports. However, I can not manually assign an IP (say 10.0.1.201) as my 10.4.3 can not connect using either "DHCP with manual address" or "manually" (where the router and subnet mask match the DHCP assignment)
    What should I do?

Do not use the "DHCP with manual IP address" - that is a mode not supported by most networking devices on the market.
What you should do: on your Mac, open System Preferences->Network->Show Airport->TCP/IP tab. Select to "configure manually". Then enter the following parameters:
    - IP address: 10.0.1.201
    - subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
    - router/gateway IP: 10.0.1.1
    - DNS IP: use either 10.0.1.1, or enter the actual IP address(es) of your ISP's domain name servers

  • RFC Lookup's in message mapping fail with RuntimeException for no reason

    Hi guys,
We have developed interfaces that execute a lot of RFC's from Message Mapping, by making use of RFC Lookup API.
In ID, in the corresponding RFC Receiver Communication Channel we have set the number of maximum connections to 100.
However, when a big number of Idocs with lots of items is sent to XI some messages fail in XI because mapping fails with a runtime exception that is not correct, since there is a return value found from the execution of the RFC function. And when I am testing the mapping in Test mode of XI IR, the mapping is executed successfully.
Do you think that by increasing the maximum number of connections in Communication Channel, it will take effect?
