Membership Trial

How do I cancel my 30 day creative cloud membership trial? 
The 30-days has expired and I've decided not to purchase the software because it's much too advanced for my simple needs as a teacher.  I've uninstalled the programs but everytime I go to open or create a PDF, the "Creative Cloud Membership" box pops up.  It only gives me two options: buy now or license this software.  Before the trial, I was able to create and read PDF files, and now I'm unable to do either.  I simply want to revert back to my settings and usability BEFORE the trial.  Can somebody please help me with this?

It sounds like you might still have Adobe Acrobat installed. You'll want to uninstall all of the programs associated with Creative Cloud. You might need to install Adobe Reader to read PDF's once you finish.
To uninstall:
Control Panel > Programs & Features (Windows 7)
Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs (XP)
Mac HD > Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers (Mac OS X)

    If you paid for the subscription you should not be in trial mode.  Make sure you have signed in.  See the following if the problem continues.

  • Payed membership trial mode

    I have a purchased membership , the photography type and I have some problems. I have the software installed on 2 computers: a Mac and a PC. The license allows me to use those softwares : Lightroom, Photoshop and Bridge on 2 computers. The problem is :
    since I installed software (creative Cloud and the 3 one , Photoshop, Lightroom and Bridge , even if I log in correctly it shows my software is in trial mode. Worse than this now is the last day on PC. As I said everything is all right on MAc the problem is PC only. What should I do?

    I am using the 60 day free trial and have created a website that takes forever to view. Will the bandwith expand if I subscribe to a full version of .Mac?

    I cannot find anything specific with regard to actual data transfer limits for trial .Mac memberships, but the ratio for a full membership is 1 GB of storage and up to 10 GB of data transfer per month. (basic membership)
    Trial memberships are given 50 MB of storage. If the ratio is the same, one may assume a data transfer rate of around 500 MB per month.
    It seems, however, that you may be confusing bandwidth with page-load speeds. The two are not one and the same; the speed at which your pages load for visitors is influenced/determined by the size and format of the individual elements on your page(s). Increasing your bandwidth will not directly increase the speed at which your pages load for viewers. It only increases the amount of data per month that can be transferred from the .Mac server for your account.
    .Mac servers are somewhat slower compared to remote servers. iWeb also makes liberal use of png files which result in heavier pages and slower loading speeds.

    Please try the following steps assuming its a MAC:
    1) Open Activity monitor and Force quit Adobe CEF Helper, Creative cloud, Adobe IPC Broker & Crash Deamon if available.
    2) Try to open, if doesn't work then go to Applications>> Adobe Creative cloud>> Right click>> Get Info>> Click on the Add sign>> Select the user you are logged in>> Give Read and write access.
    3) If that doesn't work then enable the root user and launch to update there, check this link on how to enable/sign in to root user Enabling and using the "root" user in Mac OS X

  • I've paid for a one year membership but Adobe is still saying I'm on a trial.

    I paid for a membership 27 June 2014. I still get the Adobe Manager coming up and asking if I want to continue the trial or license the software.
    I thought it would stop after a while but now I can't get into Photoshop because it's saying my trial has expired and is requesting a serial number.
    Anyone know how to make this stop so I can use all programs under my membership?

    I have the same issue with my Complete Creative Cloud membership after upgrading from Photoshop Photography plan. Moreover, when I launch Lightroom it says that Lightroom Mobile subscription expired and the weird thing when I go to my account online I see 3 memberships as follows:
    Photoshop Photography which is expired
    Creative Cloud Complete (annual) which is active
    Creative Cloud free membership which is active as well!
    I tried to use Lightroom mobile on my iPhone but I'm getting the same error (Subscription expired). I contacted Adobe chat and they are unable to solve the problem even after transferring the conversation to the technical team. My Cloud storage is 2 GB instead of 20 GB. I'm really disappointed with creative cloud. I really need this issue to be solved as soon as possible and your support is much appreciated.

    Hello, I recently downloaded a trial version of Lightroom and then decided to get the monthly photoshop membership.  Now, when I launch Lightroom, my choices are to enter a serial number to continue the trial.  On the adobe website, it says "You can convert your trial to a Creative Cloud complete or single-app membership by purchasing on the Creative Cloud website. After you purchase your membership, your desktop product trial will automatically be licensed upon relaunch."  But this is not the case.  I do not want to risk losing my catalog and the work I have already done in Lightroom, so what should I do?

    Hello, I purchased the $9.99 per month PS & Lightroom bundle at the start of the year and I my payments are current but my PS tells me my trial has expired and it asks me to license my software! It was working fine until about a month ago when it updated and now I get the message I just spoke described. Lightroom works and updates fine! When I go to manage my account it tells me I'm on a Creative Cloud Free membership and I only have access to trial software. Please help!!

    I have noticed that I receive my payment receipts through my work email but I believe I'm logged into CC app via my hotmail account. Could this be the problem? I have some pics attached showing what my CC is showing.

    If you purchased the Perpetual Licensed version of Lightroom and received a 24 numeric serial number you will have to download the correct version from the link below.
    Before doing the new installation you will have to uninstall the existing version from your computer (it is the Creative Cloud version) since it is requesting you to "renew your membership" . This process will not interfere with your Catalog file, Preferences or your personal files, it will just remove the existing application. Both versions are the same application just a different download and activation process.
    Reboot your system then run the install of the Perpetual License download and input the serial number to activate. Things should be fine.

    MY develop module is saying I need to renew my membership but I just bought the software. My 30 day trial is over, shouldn't I be able to still work because I bought a whole year's subscription???

    When I started a trial membership, I opened a catalog on my external hard drive.  Last night I was able to upload new photos to this catalog, but when I went to move to the Develop module, I got an error message that says "Develop Module is disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate the Develop module." I started a Creative Cloud membership a couple of weeks ago-- and just got an email that payment for this month was received.. So what should I do?
