Message Trace Report Download error
I encounter the following; "Server Error in '/ExtendedReport' Application" when attempting to download a message trace report from the Microsoft Exchange Online Application Center. Has anyone experienced this? If so, how did you resolve?

Possible reason ...
Sometimes ADE gets its registration/activation confused and in a semi-authorized state.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.
Unfortunately, it often then gives misleading error messages about what is wrong.
A common incorrect message informs you that the ID is already in use on another computer and cannot be reused.
This can often be resolved by completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to the Library screen on ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your (old) Adobe ID.

Hi,
Could someone please let us know as to how the error messages are being shown up in the b2b frontend in the Business Message Details Report and Error Reports.
In some of the cases the error message logging is not happening properly and even against the valid transaction block the entire iAudit Report or the B2B Analyzer report is getting posted .
In some cases the error message is logged as AIP-51505: General Validation Error (for the transaction block which is valid and having no errors)
Is there any way from the b2b backend these error messages and business messages could be traced or is there any other way wherein the proper and relevant error messages could be tracked from B2B.

Error status reports identify error message details. These details include the error code, error text, business message identification, message date, and message details.

I am trying to download a library book (Epub ebook) into my Mac laptop. I have updated my Adobe Edition to 4.0. I keep getting this message
Unable to download, error getting License, License server communication Problem E_ACT_NOT_READY
I have gotten in touch with the library. They advised me to do the following:
Mac OS
Open Adobe Digital ! Editions.
Press Command+Shift+D to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
Select Erase Authorization.
Click OK and Quit Adobe Digital Editions.
Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash.
I am stuck on Erase Authorization. After I choose erase authorization another message pops up: Unable to Erase Authorization. Please try again after some time. I tried all day in fact I even went to the Apple Store where a staff member was also unable to get any further!!Hi dagmar

When downloading a movie on my IPad an error message occurs after recording for several minutes that says "Downloading error - please tap to retry". The IPand also kicks out of Facebook after several minutes back to the screen meun. Any advice on how to correct this? Thank you.

I am trying to download a book to my new Kobo touch and keep getting this error message. Google have said that it is a problem with ADE.
How do I proceed as Adobe Help redirected me to this forum. Help!If due to some reason, you are unable to deauthorize ADE, follow the below steps:
Mac: Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash.
ADE will be deauthorized now.
Now Authorize ADE again.
Windows:
Choose Start > Run.
In the Open text box, type regedit and then press Enter. The Registry Editor opens.
In the left pane of the Registry Editor, locate the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept
Right-click the Adept key and choose Delete.
In the Confirm Key Delete dialog, click OK.
Your authorization will be deleted.
ADE will be deauthorized now.
Now Authorize ADE again. -

i created test report from solution manager, when i try to run macro "SAP_CREATE_TESTREPORT" it gives error:

Try to In transaction SE38 run the report RSTWB_TESTREPORT_LOIO_CLEANUP once and afterwards try to create a new testreport.
this should solve this issue.
Also I'm not sure if this is the case but the 64bit version of office 2010 is not supported, so it may lead to problems in the future.

Using my nook reader was always easy. Since this upgrade, not able to even download into ADE.
HelpAlso, I have uninstalled ADE former version, installed ADE4.0 and authorized it. Nook did an upgrade on 12/16/14. Does not work, even with Nook not connected to Mac.

"Drive Reported an Error" message when burning a DVD+RW
Hi, all!
I am trying to burn a rewritable DVD, HP DVD+RW on my Matshita R UJ 857E and each time I try I always get the following message:
*Drive Reported an Error:*
*Sense Key = MEDIUM ERROR*
*Sense Code = 0x73, 0x03*
This happens with a few RW DVD disks that I tried to burn. The disks are HP disks and they work correctly on a PC.
Please, advise!

After reading and testing a lot, I am convinced this is a DVD ROM problem. I believe, MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-857E has some problems with some brands DVD+R discs.
I simply cannot figure out what is the reason to go on using those dvd roms in MakBooks after so many problems reported...

P1006 "Firmware Download Error" for non-administrator accounts
Hello all,
I have a problem with a HP LaserJet P1006 when printing from a user account that does not have administrator rights on a new Windows Vista 64-bit machine.
The error message reads: "Firmware Download Error. The printer was unable to communicate with your computer. Please power cycle the printer, check the connection, and try again."
On the original machine, this problem could only be fixed by unplugging and reconnecting the USB cable. On another identical machine, it still prints, but the error message still occurs.
Everything works great when logged in as administrator. Also, there is no error message for the common user when bidirectional support is disabled, but then the printing is horedously slow and ties up the system.
Anyone else see this error message or have any clues what to look for?Hi! I don't know how it's described in english, but I will try to tell a solution that worked for me. I just changed the security definitions of Windows for this printer. I'm from Brazil and I really don't know how it's show in english version of Brazil, but I'll try to explain: First of all, you need to log in as Administrator in the domain where the printer is installed. So, go to Start -> Configurations -> Printers and Fax Devices (shown "Impressoras e aparelhos de Fax" for me) Select the printer device that is reporting the firmware download error and open it. Go to the Printer menu (Impressora) and Properties (Propriedades). Select Security in the top of window. Ok, all you have to do is modify the Permissions for the users who have this problem. Download Error in "App" menù. How to resolve?
When I open Creative Cloud Desktop (Mac OS X 10.10.2) in the App section appear a "Download Error" and a "Reload Applications" button that does't work.
All the applications works fine, but i cannot update or download other app.

EPSON Workforce 310 "scanner reported an error" when using document feeder
I'm having trouble using my EPSON Workforce 310 printer/scanner with my new MacBook Pro (late 2012, 2.5 GHz i5, OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2).
Using the flatbed I can scan without a problem. But when I try to use the document feeder, I get the following error right after I click Scan and before the scanner has done anything (at least I don't hear anything moving inside the EPSON):
Scanner reported an error
An error occured during scanning
The EPSON's display doesn't show any error or special message.
This is repeated whether I use Image Capture, Preview's Import from Scanner, or the printer's native app (PrinterProxy, the one that shows up in the doc whenever the printer is printing or scanning).
I have no problem doing the scanning from my old iMac (2006, 2GHz Core Duo, Snow Leopard). After scanning to the MacBook fails I can walk over to the iMac and scan from there without problem and without resetting anything on the EPSON.
The EPSON is connected the home network via ethernet to a Time Capsule. Both computers are connected to the network via WiFi.Syd,
My wife's iMac with 10.6.6 stopped working with her Epson 2480 Photo scanner. Get the error message "SCANNER reported an error. An error has occurred during scanning" I am trying to use it from the Image Capture App or from the print/fax option in Settings which opens Image Capture. I ran the uninstall program and then reinstalled the ICA 13969 .dmg but get the same error. Not sure what else I can do. -
Download Error with iTunes 10.2.1 "source file could not be read"
I recently had to restore my iPod due to some issues I was having. After it was done wiping the iPod, a message on my computer told me that after my computer restarted (automatically), I needed to keep my ipod connected so it could re-sync with my backup file. When it restarted, I waited awhile for my ipod to show up in itunes, but unfortunately it never did. I then went to the support page for this, which I have had to do in the past, and I learned that I had to completely reinstall itunes. This is the second time in the past month I have had to do this. I deleted all of the necessary files mentioned on the support page and then restarted my computer. I then went to the itunes download page and clicked download iTunes 10.2.1, the latest version, which is the same version I had before I uninstalled it.

About 30 seconds into the download, I get an error message that reads:
"Download Error
/Users/Berry/Downloads/iTunes10.2.1.dmg could not be saved, because the source file could not be read"
This did not happen last time I had to do this re-installation process.

One thing i can tell is that i changed some settings in Micromedia Flash, because i learned that they where spying on US, then boom no more download. It stops and tell me it could not be read from the server. Dont remember if it started right after i changed the settings, but its driving me nuts

Creative Cloud Desktop App Shows Download Error
I installed the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app. When I click Install Adobe Apps I get an error message that says, "Download Error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support." Pressing the Reload Applications button just repeats the same error. I disabled my antivirus, Windows firewall, bypassed my Cisco firewall and nothing changes. No error code number is given.
I'm running Windows 7 Pro, SP1, 32bit, 4Gb memory.

CC Tab says "Download error. Please contact customer support."
When I started my laptop this morning CC had a red ! on its icon and the follwing message under Apps:
"Download error. Please contact customer support."
I've got 2 issues with this:
I don't recall downloading any apps yesterday
and the handy link does not send me to customer support, in fact I couldn't find any way to send a message to "customer support" and spent too much time looking. (maybe you guys could change the wording to something else--everybody has other things to do)
The question is how do I make this message go away? I tried quitting and restarting CC
FYI-yesterday I removed 3 adobe internet plug-ins because I prefer Safari the way it is.
