I am using Visual Studio Community 2013.
Created a WebApplication project.
Works fine in browser when I debug.
Published using File System Method.
Uploaded files to host that supports Asp.
When I try to load page in browser I get this:-
Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.AspNet.Web.Optimization.WebForms' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find
the file specified.
Anyone help.

Microsoft Reporting Web Service

I am trying to call the new Microsoft Reporting web service from
weblogic 8.1sp2. I've run the clientgen utility against the microsoft
reporting server's wsdl.
Using the generated stup classes, I keep getting an error about a
snapshotID parameter, which is not a parameter passed in the stub API.
I've attached the wsdl, java program and the soap xml with the error in
it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a little late, I know. but I just spent the day
struggling with this very issue. Hopefully this can help someone
else in the future. Here's my solution...

I use an XMLList node of the result as the source property
for an XMLListCollection bound to a datagrid. Let me know if you
need more help to get it working. It works like a charm now that I
figured that out. I don't know if it's a slimy hack, or not, but it

Can no longer connect to a Microsoft Outlook Web Access site

Hi,
I hope you can help.
I used to be able to access a Microsoft Outlook Web Access site. However recently I am unable to do so. It has a self signed certificate, which I used to choose to accept, and then the browser waits and waits and waits.
I have tried Safari, Firefox, Camino, Flock, Opera, even Internet Explorer. They all behave the same way.
I am not sure when it stopped working. I only log on infrequently. So I do not know if it stopped working after a security update or an OS upgrade.
My Mac is up to date with software updates. I have performed the usual things, repaired permissions etc.
The funny thing is I can connect using Netscape Comunicator under Classic. I have also borrowed a friend's MacBook running leopard, and that works too.
I am wondering if a setting somewhere has become corrputed or inadvertently set incorrectly.

Thanks for your input.
Unfortunately I cannot get any of the OS X browsers I have tried to get beyond the accepting the site's certificate. All just stall waiting on the Outlook Web Access site. Safari 3.1, Camino, Flock, Firefox (2.0.0.12 and 3 beta 4), Netscape (7.1 and 9), Microsoft's Internet Explorer (thinking that might be more integrated with its Outlook Web Access package).
I have even deleted the certificates from my Keychain (for Safari) or within the other browsers' preferences.
Last night I even re-applied the 10.4.11 combo updater and then checked for software updates to confirm my system was up to date, but again without success when attempting to reach the Outlook Web Access site.

BlackBerry Internet Service with Microsoft Outlook Web Access account

I need to switch my 8820 to a new work account. They use Outlook Exchange 2003, but do not support BES. I have access via both regular desktop Outlook and also Outlook Web Access (from a different server). I read the procedure to use BIS in KnowledgeBase KB03133. After entering my email address and password, I get a message that it was successfully set up. But, I get no e-mail messages delivered. When I check the settings, it looks like it is not using the correct server for Web Access. However, I can find no way to manually enter it - I don't get the error message described in Step 5 where I can pick "I will provide the settings." I try to set up via computer but I get a message that my BIS cannot be accessed via HTML and need to set up on my BB.
Any suggestions? Would it work with a newer phone running a newer OS? Do I need to check with AT&T if it supports Outlook Web Access? Thanks in advance.

The trick to getting to the manual settings screen is to provide your valid email address, but an incorrect password...then, it will allow you to manually enter the settings.

This happened to me as well. I read somewhere else that resetting the network settings (General, Reset, Reset Network Settings) would help and it partially did. I get half (the folders) of the Web Access screen rather than a blank screen. I tried tihs a few more times and got the right half (the messages) on occasion but never the whole web page.

I am using Windows 8\Office 2013 32bit\IE 11.
When opening word docs in SharePoint 2013, the Word Web App shows the error "Microsoft word web app -Sorry we ran into a problem" and does not open the file.
SharePoint site is a http one. The document is getting opened in IE 9 (checked in different machine).
Excel also displays an error, but opens the file.
How to fix this?

When you use OWA in something other than IE, you're using OWA lite and no--it is not possible to do either in OWA lite (well, new Exchange stuff makes my answer a little less emphatic but still: pretty much no). ACE 4710 Web Optimization Licnesing

I currently have a 4710 running the 1Gbps package. We are utilizing Application Acceleration and are comg very close to hitting our 10,000 Web Optimization connection limit. I am trying to find out how to upgrade that.
I see in our license usage an option of ACE-AP-OPT-UP1-K9 but can find no information on this part number. Does anyone know if this is even available and what it brings you connection limit to?

Tried the following setups as well
PI Setup 2
Communication Channel
Uses Security Profile = Web Service Security
Receiver Agreement
Uses Security Procedure (Request) = Sign
Uses Set Timestamp
Uses Set Expiry Date = 7200
Error: The security protocol cannot verify the incoming message.
PI Setup 3
Communication Channel
Uses Configure Certificate Authentification
Error: Security processor was unable to find a security header in the message. This might be because the message is an unsecured fault or because there is a binding mismatch between the communicating parties. This can occur if the service is configured for security and the client is not using security.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Using Adobe muse you may create sites and export them as webpages locally or upload to hosting. However, I am afraid, there's no automated way to import Microsoft Publisher web pages into Adobe Muse. One alternative is place the Microsoft Publisher web page code using " Insert as HTML" and see if that helps.

New employer needs website update. Upgrade of Microsoft Expression Web or use WordPress?

I have to update my new employer's outdated drab website.  I haven’t developed a website since Microsoft Expression Web in 2011. This is a small company of 10. They want no bells/whistles, just a static site.
Do I need to upgrade my Microsoft Windows Expressions, and if so, to what in order to accommodate all the new devices everybody's using. An IT friend told me to use WordPress, where I can get templates that will scale appropriately
for other devices. Any advice out there would sure help.

Wordpress and EW are apples and oranges. Both are fruits, but do they need a content management system and/or blog, or not?   If it's a simple site you will be developing, you can use EW. (It doesn't matter which version, but
the latest EW4 is completely free.) You can create a responsive site in EW, which is what you need for a site that is flexible across device sizes. Much as you can find already built Wordpress themes that are responsive, you can find templates
for responsive websites that you can use in EW.   A quick google search brings up many results. Clicking on one randomly (completely randomly - I've not used this and am not promoting it):

Can't install Microsoft Exchange Web Services Managed API 2.0 - message says it is already installed but it is not.

I tried to install the Microsoft Exchange Web Services Managed API 2.0 but I got a message saying it was already installed and that I should un-install it. However it does not appear in the control panel un-install a program list. I am using
VS2013 on windows 8. What can I do to get it to work?

No difference using web optimizer

so I'm using a very popular web optimizer.
But quite honestly I don't see a difference between the optimized version
and the non-optimized version.
Both versions load the same, look the same, etc.
Actually, I even think the optimized version loads a bit slower.
Is there some definite way that one can tell if the optimizer application is
helping, or do you just have to eyeball it? Or just trust them when they say that they
help, even though it doesn't look like it?

Have you tried the two versions with a PC running Internet Explorer? That's where you should see some difference. IE is a known terrible browser and use of a web optimizer can make the difference between IE viewing the site or not. The most knowledgeable user in that area is Roddy McKay.
If you have a computer with a slow connection you should try both versions. Just trying it with a Mac and a fast internet connection will not be that different.
I use Web Site Maestro with my sites on MobileMe and found that the site sizes are reduced buy up to 40% which will translate into faster loading under difficult circumstances.

Microsoft Outlook web based email help

Help! I have a microsoft outlook web based email account at work. I'm trying to get it to work with my iPhone. They dont provide the outgoing server info. I can get to it through the internet, but it takes time. I'd like to set it up as a normal email account. Any thoughts? I had it working with my old blackberry, but that had a computer site that assisted with it. PLease help....love the iPhone so far, with this one bumb....
