Model 2 and MVC implementation

Question

Hi. While trying to implement Model 2 with a command patern i realized that i maybe could use reflection insted.
My idea is, to create a new class wich inherit from a abstract calss Action
with the public method perform(), for every new "operation" on my website.
I then use reflection to load this class coresponding to a sudden RequestParameter.
I am interested in hearing what you gurus ;) think about this approach? For
me its seems quite elegant from my chair. But i might be missing some
important issues such as extreem performance overhead eg.

That's what Struts does.
Action, Command - same pattern, IMO. It's elegant, but GoF is ahead of you on this one.
