Monitor---status tab---Update

Hi friends,
I want to know update(5000new/changed); -
in details tab of monitor. i want to know the entire details tab if possible. It would be help ful if it is step by step.

Regarding PR and PO Creation - updation of PO in PR in Status tab

I have created a PR , initially in PR in Item details in status tab Processing status is N Not edited after block id empty screen.
Then after creation PR creation i created PO with reference to that PR and i kept that PO in hold and i checked the PR now in the PR in item details in Status tab Processing status is B PO created and below Block id PO is getting updated in ALV format with fields Doc.cat long text , Purchsing Doc number , Item ,Short Description ,Quantity , Order Unit and Deletion Indicator.
I need to know how these fields are getting updated by triggering which part of code ( any BADIS )..??

Purchase order number not update in purchase requisition status tab

Purchase order is created for purchase requisition. The purchase requisition is triggered through process order. When I checked purchase requisition details in ME53N status tab, status is not edited and purchase order number also not present.
Kindly let me know the possible reason for this.

If the PO had been created without reference to the PR, it will not be updated in the PR.
If it has been created with reference to the PR, then the PR number gets updated in the PR status.

In Student File:Status Tab Not Updating Automatically

Hi all
When I create a Student, and Create Admission application and create admission, Every time status should be updated automatically. In one system it is updating Correctly, But in Other system it is not updating.
In the other system it is updating only when I create student with the status 'Account Data Not Updated'. Later Statuses like (Admitted Applicant: ADMA, Applicant: ADMU,Attending: CS01,Student: CS03) are not updating.
Can any one tell me where I have to Configure it.
I think because of it the Student Header Status is also not displaying.
My developer debugged and found that, As there are no Active Status Indicators, Student Header Status is coming empty.
Also he found that the Status Infotype 1728 is Empty in one System and filled in other System.
I have checked both the systems, But I didn't find any difference.
I have been struggling for past One week for the same.

I have activated the BADI HRPIQ00_SET_STATIND for filter ADO1(Create Adm Appl) and AD05(Execute Adm).
But that BADI is not triggering when I create admission application or when Creating Admission.
The Status tab is still not updating.
As per my knowledge when ever we create admission application, or create admission like things, the status tab in student file updates automatically depending on some configuration. Because in the other system (which i told in my earlier Question)in which statuses are updating correctly,there is no active Implementation of the BADI HRPIQ00_SET_STATIND,but still Statuses in this System are Updating Correctly.
As of now I have Implemented the BADI HRPIQ00_SET_STATIND with filter AD01 AD05. I didnt write any code in it.
When I put a Break point in the method SET_STATIND of the active Implemented BADI, that break point is not triggering when i create adm appl and when creating admission. So can you tell me how to proceed further to write any code in that.
Are there any standard templates of code available to activate and deactivate the statuses in the method SET_STATIND.
Or any other Config issues because of which the updation of statuses are effecting.
Issue Reg: Status Line
I have seen the BADI HRPIQ00_ST_HD_HS and Implemented the method BUILD_STATUS_LINE for the Custom status.
As you told to use standard Implementation to get the status line, Can you tell me where i could find the standard Implementation to build the status line.
Also to write a custom program to build the status line, Infotype for stauses 1728 is not updating. So I cannot able to fetch the data of statuses from the Infotypes.

SCCM 2012 Console not showing Updates under Monitoring\Deployments tab

Howdie,
Has anyone ran into this problem? When I go to Monitoring -> Deployments tab in SCCM 2012 console it will show only applications and programs. Update ones are displayed only after 6-8 minutes. The issue is the same in all of our locations
around the world, any hint or this?

Monitor status is yellow for many days

Hi All,
I am extracting data from CRM and when I try to extract data for both master data objects and cubes, the monitor status is in yellow for many hours and not getting changed.
Result: data is not come to BW.
Observation:
1) In source system the job is not getting started for ALEREMOTE_CR user and always in ready mode.
2) In monitor screen in BW when I click on OLTP push button, system not allowing me to enter in to Source system and saying check the connection parameters. (Source system connection check is OK)
Kindly look in to this and feel free to contact me for any explanation is required.

Hi,
I will suggest you to check a few places where you can see the status
1) SM37 job log (In source system if load is from R/3 or in BW if its a datamart load) (give request name) and it should give you the details about the request. If its active make sure that the job log is getting updated at frequent intervals.
2) SM66 get the job details (server name PID etc from SM37) and see in SM66 if the job is running or not. (In source system if load is from R/3 or in BW if its a datamart load). See if its accessing/updating some tables or is not doing anything at all.
3) RSMO see what is available in details tab. It may be in update rules.
4) ST22 check if any short dump has occured.(In source system if load is from R/3 or in BW if its a datamart load).
5) SM58 and BD87 for pending tRFCs
Once you identify you can rectify the error.
If all the records are in PSA you can pull it from the PSA to target. Else you may have to pull it again from source infoprovider.
If its running and if you are able to see it active in SM66 you can wait for some time to let it finish. You can also try SM50 / SM51 to see what is happening in the system level like reading/inserting tables etc.
If you feel its active and running you can verify by checking if the number of records has increased in the new data table.

Purchase Order Status Tab

Hell gurus,
We have a purchase order where all of the line items have been marked for deletion except for one, however the purchase order status tab "Ordered" amount is not being updated. However, the to be delivered and to be invoiced on the tab are correct as they read 0.
The status tab is definitely not retaining the entired amount of the original purchase order. Has anyone encountered this?

18. Question:
When are the header conditions updated if a purchase order item is
deleted?
Answer:
If a purchase order item is deleted, the item is marked as 'statistical'
(field EKPO-STAPO = X) and the change is reflected in the header
conditions.
However, if for the item the final invoice indicator(EKPO-EREKZ) or the
inward delivery completed indicator (EKPO-ELIKZ) is set, the item is not
marked as 'statistical' (EKPO-STAPO is not set) and thus the header
conditions are not updated.

Status Tab in Purchase order header

Hi All,
The status tab in the PO header is not getting updated properly. This issue is not coming for all the PO's & not a repetitive issue.
In some of the PO's the invoice quantity & value is shown less, but the PO has been completely invoiced.
All the PO's are account assigned PO's
I am not able to find the reason for such behaviour.Please let me know if any of you have a solution.

PO header status tab issue

hi experts,
I have a PO created for 100 quantities. But the status tab in header is showing zero.
both ordered and Still to deliv. is zero instead of 100.
The status tab is not getting updated.why will this happen.

Quantities/Dates and Status tab in purchase requisition is not working

Help!!! In the Quantities/Dates tab of Purchase Requisition is not updating the Quantity Ordered field if a Scheduling Agreement was created, no matter if have a Delivery Schedule or Goods Receipt, and in the Status tab is not updating the Ordered field.

Ok, but you can create a Scheduling agreement whit reference a PR and the PR show in the Status tab the number of Scheduling agreement created and the total quantity ordered to date, but is not showing the data, and in the Quantities/dates tab of PR __is not showing the Quantity Ordered too_, that is the problem, however that is not happened if you create a PO.

0ORGUNIT_HR01_HIER Status Tab Green/Details Tab Overall Status Red

Hello,
We have been loading the Organization Hierarchy for quite awhile. Somewhere along the way, the following started happening. The Monitor shows the InfoPackage load as green (successful). The Status Tab shows both the Total and Technical as green. The Detail Tab has Overall Status as red and the Transfer line is red but all the others (Request, Extraction, Processing, Subsequent Processing, and Process Chain) show as green. The Transfer line can't be expanded. In total it says 'Transfer (IDocs and TRFC): Missing Messages'. There is no short dump and no system messages. The Step-by-Step Analysis shows all green. Records seem to be loading. Can anyone explain the RED Transfer line and RED Overall Status on the Detail Tab?

It means the all the record has been reached the BIW, but some missed info idcos . So nothing to worry about it.

Status profile update in old orders

I recently created a new status profile to suffice a business requirement . Any order created henceforth will have the status profile , BUT for the old orders there will be no status profile .
Is there any way to update status profiles in old orders via some existing standard function modue?

Here in my client's system , the status profile functionality was never used . They had a new requirement , for this I had a to create a new status profile, which i have assigned ot the item cat . We are doing Resource related billing here . Till date all the orders created dont have any status profiles or Statuses. i want all the old orders to have the statuses .
In other words in the status tab, the object status button itself is missing( invisible) .
My requirement is for the old orders the object status button , & the statuses in side it should appear.
The table linkage is ONR00-> JSTO-> JEST->VBAP/VBAK . there are no entries in all the first three tables, and because of this the object no in the VBAP table is blank .

How do we find the previous error details in the monitor (details tab).

Hi Experts,
While loading data to a target via PSA we got an error (ex. data error), we edited in PSA and reloaded to target from PSA successfully.
Here my problem is how do we find the previous error details in the monitor (details tab).

Hi,
While updating any request from PSA, you have to delete the first erroneous request from data target and then update the PSA request. If you do not delete the erroneous request, it will not allow you to update the PSA request.
