Monitoring DBMS_JOBS status

Question

Hi all,
I have Oracle 11gR2 on windows 2008 server R2 64 bit version .
its my development environment.i have given create, delete, modify dbms_jobs to other users , when i check in user_jobs some body changed the last_date column ..
So issue here is i want to know who has changed the column ?
1.do we have any view where we can check and encounter this changes ?
2.i have trace enabled in my database. but i dont know which trace file should i check ?
3.and if i want to monitor this , how is it possible ?

Hi Vikas,
The last_date column in the dba_jobs changed with each successfull execution, And you can check, who has executed it by checking the log_user column in dba_jobs/user_jobs views.
select LOG_USER,PRIV_USER,LAST_DATE from user_jobs where JOB='';

FAILURES How many times has this job started and failed sin

INSTANCE Instance number restricted to run the job
INTERVAL A date function, evaluated at the start of executi

ated executions change it.
LAST_DATE Date that this job last successfully executed
LAST_SEC Same as LAST_DATE. This is when the last successf
ul execution started.
LOG_USER USER who was logged in when the job was submitted
MISC_ENV a versioned raw maintained by the kernel, for othe
r session parameters
NEXT_DATE Date that this job will next be executed
NEXT_SEC Same as NEXT_DATE. The job becomes due for execut
ion at this time.
NLS_ENV alter session parameters describing the NLS enviro
nment of the job
PRIV_USER USER whose default privileges apply to this job
SCHEMA_USER select * from bar means select * from schema_use
r.bar
THIS_DATE Date that this job started executing (usually null
if not executing)
THIS_SEC Same as THIS_DATE. This is when the last successf
ul execution started.
TOTAL_TIME Total wallclock time spent by the system on this j
ob, in seconds
WHAT Body of the anonymous PL/SQL block that this job e
xecutes
