Multiple Charges for Subscription

I have recently been charged multiple times for a subscription.  It is hard for me to explain my frustration with the way Skype handles customer service.  I would appreciate a refund, which I've applied for, and acknowledgment of this problem and assurance that it will be resolved as soon as possible.  Thank you

1. I applied for a refund today 11/25.

This Community isn't Customer Service.
1. Refunds generally take 3/7 days from the date you register the request with Customer Service.
2. ?? Only our Customer Service unit can generate refunds.
3. You can cancel your Subscriptions at your account page or with Customer Service.

Not only did the minutes meter of how many minutes left I have NOT change from 0 back to 60, but also, Skype is requesting another monthly fee due October 2nd? Can this please be resolved..     the minutes of your subscription are reset on the 2nd of each month, at around 22:30 GMT time. The recurring payment is taken 3 days prior to the day the minutes are reset, I can see the next payment will be taken on October 30th.

  • TS1424 Multiple charges for one app download.

    I've been charged multiple times for a $1.99 add-on download for the "Dragonvale" app.  Additionally, there were other add-ons that were mistakenly charged to my account.  I noticed at the time of the download that the system seemed to lose the transaction but then recovered.  How do I get the Apple store to apply credits for all the erroneous charges?

  • Multiple charges for single text message, 10 cents per minute plan

    I have a Go Phone, 10 cents per minute plan, which shows text messages should be charged at 20 cents per msg. However, I am getting charged multiple times on each text message. The most recent was a message of approx 100 words, billed 4 times at 20 cents. AT&T Billing site shows four consecutive charges for this as a SMS Originating, Local message, each one 20 cents. Is my plan really 20 cents per message or is it a charge per number of characters, words, etc.?

    A standard text message or SMS is limited to 160 characters (including spaces and punctuation), so when sending a message longer than that, it actually gets broken up into however many 160 character massages it takes. In your case it sounds like there were 4 messages.
    Most phones will split and then combine messages together automatically when sending and receiving to keep their intended formatting, so it may not always be clear how many messages it actually takes. Many phones have a character counter built in to help with some of that confusion, it may need to be turned on in the settings.

    Hi - I am trying to cancel my subscription ($18/every three months) and when I've tried, my log in says "No subscriptions / Add subscription."  However, when I try to remove my credit card number from payment settings, it says that I have a subscription so I can't.  I want to get rid of the subscription, as my account says it will charge me again in August.

  • HT204088 I was charged for a one year subscription just seconds after i agreed to purchase a 6 month subscription to Grindr and you can see they overlap please cancel  the order for the one year subscription.

    Tony I was charged twice for a product. I authorized one purchase for a 6 month subscription to Grindr and then I was also charged for a 1 year subscription please remove the one year subscription and refund my card... My bank said to go through apple to get the refund or it would be fraud and we would have to go through a long process. please help me out over 60$ is a lot of money for anyone ...

  • Charged for annual subscription instead of 3-month...

    I filled out the form for a Skype number. I asked for a 3 month (15€) subscription.
    I changed my credit card details as they were out of date and then submitted the order.
    OK, I should have checked, but having said "3 months" I expected it to stay that way.
    I have now been charged for 1 year which will take my bank account into overdraft and cause me all sorts of problems. Is there a way to reverse the transaction and get what I originally asked for?

    Dear Adobe,
    much as I dislike the thought of posting my private business on an open forum, I have no choice in this matter as your chatlines hardley ever seem to be available.
    I signed up for a one-month trial of Indesign CC, then decided to deactivate my subscription (well before the month was up) so that I would not be charged. I had the chat below which led me to believe I didn't need to take any more steps to ensure deactivation. But no, I have now been charged for a month's use, despite alerting Adobe that I wanted to unsubscribe and then uninstalling the program from my computer.
    Please make sure I am unsubscribed and refund my credit card immediately.
    I am very unhappy to see the number of people on these forums who have similar problems, so I will have a hard time ever trusting Adobe again.

    As the agent explained, there were no paid subscriptions under the account details you provided so there was nothing to cancel.
    Could you please check and let me know if you used a different email address to sign up for the subscription.

  • Charged for magazine subscription

    I have been charged for an apparently free 6 issue magazine subscription after only receiving 1 issue.
    I have contacted the magazine company whom said it was an I tunes issue, so I contacted I tunes and still have no response. I do not want the subscription and definitely want the money returned as I have not received the goods I was informed I would receive. I have been greatly misinformed, mis sold and charged for services I have not agreed to.
    I require a response and explanation from somebody.

    If the subscription was represented as free, but you got charged anyway, that is one thing.
    If you paid for something and "have not received the goods" that is a different thing.
    Please be clear on what your point is, and then contact iTunes Customer Service.

    I have an active subscription and a landline number in Poland. The subscription is active and I don't pay for any calls made within Poland, but I do get charged for phonecalls made to other european countries. The subscription was supposed to cover all calls to landlines within europe.
    I would appreciate any help / comments on the above issue.

    Your account shows that you have used your full allocation of 2,500 minutes in your current billing cycle. Your next cycle starts on April 24th 2015 when your new 2,500 minutes allocation will be applied to your account.  To continue calling until then you can either purchase a similar  Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or use Skype Credit.

  • Subscription is charged for year still shows only ...

    i paid for 1 year india calling 800 min, and the i was out of minutes so bought another 800 min monthly subscription, it messed up everything
    then for now i bought 2500 min subsccription, please fix my issue....
    also i had bought 1 year free USA/canada calling and still getting charged for monthly usa subscription, please refund that credit as well
