My 3g phone is in recovery mode can anyone help please
Hi All, I bought a 3g Iphone, connected to my ITunes and now in recovery mode, cant get out of it. Please help

1. Disconnect phone from iTunes, leaving the cable plugged into the USB port ON THE COMPUTER (not an external hub or keyboard port
2. Press the home button and while pressing, plug the dock end of the cable into the phone, and continure pressing the home button until iTunes detects the phone in recovery mode;
3. Follow the prompts to restore.
If the above sequence doesn't work, try this:
1. Start iTunes and plug in phone
2. Press BOTH home and on/off buttons for at least 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears, then continue pressing the home button alone until iTunes detects the phone in Recovery Mode, and follow the prompts to restore.

Thankyou- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so.
Try the following to rule out a software problem
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost

I have an iphone 4 and changed my Apple id EMAIL ADDRESS online with no problems. I changed it on the phone in 'Music' but the STORE APP now wont accept my password and shows the previous email address even after syncing, Can anyone help please?

If it's iCloud that is asking for these details:
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too. -
my iphone 3gs is an factory unlocked phone running on ios 6.1.3 which frequently goes into recovery mode. mostly atleast once in a week...how can i fi this problem???

Looking for hp dv9810us vista 64 bit recovery disk. can anyone help please?
I have searched my product for the recovery disks and HP should actually have them. But on the support/software page for my laptop they did not have the link. I also have a dv2 which is much older and was able to order the recovery disks. I am in serious need of the HP Pavilion Dv9810us Vista Home Premium 64 bit recovery disks if anyone can help.
I dont understand something else either. The dv2 that I own also had upgrading to windows7 drivers and such on the product support page for my dv2. Odd that this dual core laptop that is much more advanced does not.DV9810us came with Vista 32bit I believe.I have the smaller 14.1" version(dv2810us) and it came with 32bit. Generally speaking, the iPad backup process is a disaster recovery process, not an archive process. Typically, when creating a new backup, the old one is erased.
If you go to iTunes' Preferences (under the leftmost heading in iTunes' menu on your computer) and then choose "Devices", do you see the specific backup you want to restore listed there? If so, you can restore it. If not, I don't believe you can. -
My IPhone 5, was backed up and restored. Music doesn't sync, when reconnecting device each time, it only offers restore or new phone rather than sync option. I have reinstalled ITunes but still this hasn't worked. Can anyone help please?
This problem started last year when ios 8 was released. I think apple is trying to force users to buy music on iTunes store and that's why it's impossible to sync other music and also that's the reason why they haven't solved this serious problem. That's really disappoints me and i'm angry with apple because i have like 10 gb of music in mp3 and i can't sync music from iTunes to my iPhone.

I upgraded my iPhone 4 last evening to iOS 6, the upgrade completed and the device was usable. Then in the morning I went to the device to check E-mail, Voice Messages, Test Messages, etc... and the phone was dead. I tried plugging the device into a charger (for a couple of hours) - still dead. Plugged into computer with iTunes, device not recognized or discovered, and iPhone was still dead... Took the iPhone into an Apple Store and the Technician looked it over for any visible signs of defect/malfunction, then performed various tasks to breathe life into the phone - nothing... His suggestion, at this point, was to replace the phone. He speculated that the iOS upgrade possibly corrupted the iPhone's charging firmware, and that this device was now a BRICK. Keep in mind that the phone and it's charging abilities were perfectly fine prior to the iOS Upgrade. I hate to go through the replacement hassle and the cost ($159.00) when the iOS upgrade caused the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!
