It says apple ID disabled, also will not update my apps, same promt apple id disabled.

Make sure iTunes on the computer is logged into the account on the phone.
Plug the iPhone in.
In the popup window warning about wiping your phone, hit cancel.
In the left pane of iTunes, the phone icon should be there.
Right click on it, select transfer purchases.
Note: this will only transfer music bought from iTunes. Not mp3's from amazon or ripped from CD's.

Ok, so I just worked out that itunes communicates through your browser so it's a cookie in the browser not PC direct that fixes this. Bit of a convoluted route but for me it was IE>Internet setting>privacy>sites, then allow all activity from apple.com/itunes.

My ipad got a 1 line cracked at the corner side near the charging sight...went to a apple aothorized reseller...1st they advised me to contact online/call toll free support for the inquiries on my IPAD2 for the reason that i did not buy it in their store.

it was not broken due to drop..we charged it and afterwardse we saw that there was a crack..if we drop it i think it will not only have a one small line...but anyway the authorized resseller facilitated the reporting of the complain of our ipad2...i think they have it pictured and send it to the apple.com...apple.com replied that my case is approved and still under warranty...they send it to the Authorized apple repair center...

You need to delete the Yahoo account and reset it up. I just did this for an iPhone running yahoo in my house.
Settings
> Mail Contacts etc
> Select Yahoo account
> Delete account

IPhone 3GS restore did not include text messages?

I went out to buy a new iPhone 3GS today. Yesterday I backed up my 3G, but when I restored from that backup- everything was there except text messages. All contents of the Phone and Mail applications are restored, but the Messages app has nothing... No convos saved at all.
Is this abnormal? If so, is there a way besides "trying restore again" (since I've already done a full sync and don't want to undo it all) of salvaging my conversations?

it should have backed up SMS messages. Something to keep in mind though (from that article)

Ideally you should restore your library from a recent backup - hard drives fail, usually without warning, so you should always maintain a backup of all data that you value. Otherwise, see turingtest2's user tip on Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

Yes on all computers you own using the same Apple ID of the original purchase.
Make sure your household computers meet these hardware requirements.
Back up each Mac user home directory. The home directories will not be touched during an Upgrade, but it is good diligence anyway.
You can re-download the Mountain Lion updater to each Mac by using the Option key in the App Store Purchases section. The last thing the updater does on completion, is remove itself from the computer.
Make sure that any applications you presently use have been upgraded to work with Mountain Lion. PowerPC applications will no longer work. Some Applications may need to be reinstalled.
