My Airdrop Photos are not showing the correct date when I receive them from my Family.
When I recieve photos via Airdrop or Shared Photo Stream they are not in the correct order in my Camera roll. The Dates are off. What is happening here?
You don't need to delete photos from your camera roll to save on backup sizes, you can turn individual items on and off for back up in your iCloud back up settings.
Apple States that the last 3 back ups are accessible, which means the photos from your back up may not be removed immediately.
Being able to back up to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you don't have access to a computer or have infrequent access to one, however unless you specifically need to use iCloud for back up, you will find backing up to iTunes significantly more convenient and possibly more reliable.

Mini Calendar does not show the correct date

in iCal on the bottom left side of the window is the mini Calendar, when I switch between months in this mini Cal,it does not show the correct month anymore and even the button "Today" can not revert the day back ( for example we are now in September, when I open iCal it shows it correctly but after going to next or previous months using the triangles on this mini Cal, the problem comes up ! )Maybe it wasn't receiving the correct info from your carrier. You're supposed to turn your phone off once in a while so the carrier can update stuff. I had originally heard that you should do it once a day but I never did that.

The percentage completed UI is not showing the correct data
Hi All,
I have received complaints from one of my larger customers that a very long form we have created is not showing the correct % completed at the bottom. They get to the penultimate page (the last page only have three text boxes on) and it state that only 41% of the form has been completed.
It looks to me like the UI is not updating as the questions are being completed. Rather it waits until you move to the next page.
This is what makes our form look rubbish - you are being told that you have only completed 41% of the form only to move on to the next page and bam, you only have three more boxes to complete.
Can somebody help me out here.

I can take a look at your form but you are right that only the pages are accounted for in the percentage and not the form fields so it can be far off from reality. If there is skip logic in a form that can make it vary more. It is likely that it is working "correctly" (considering how we calculate) in your form but if you send me the link to your form at [email protected] I can see if it is not.

My new ipad photos are not in the correct albums
Ok so I got the new iPad, and transferred everything including my photos from my iPad 2 backup. I have about 600 pictures divided into 7 folders. After syncing, I looked at the photos and saw that the pictures are on my iPad but not in the correct folders.
For example, say I've got a Pets folder, Wallpapers folder and Personal folder. Those folders are on my iPad. On my computer, the Pets folder only has pictures of my dog, the wallpaper folder only has some background images, etc. on my iPad the pictures are all jumbled up. When I click on the Pets folder, there will be a few pet pictures, a few wallpapers and a few personal photos. Same for the other folders.
I tried resyncing from the backup and resyncing not from the backup. All with the same result. I also checked the folder I'm syncing from on the computer, and the photos are all in the right place there.
Kind of frustrating. Ever heard of this before and is there a solution?Well I fixed it, accidentally on my own. My pictures were still jumbled up. I had to save another picture from the Internet onto my camera roll, BAM, suddenly all of my photos shifted into their correct folders.
Somehow Saving another picture fixed whatever the error was. In any case, thanks for the help everyone. If anyone else has this issue, try saving another photo to your camera roll. -
Emails are not being deleted form iCloud when I delete them from Mail
I am having trouble with not being deleted on the iCloud server when I delete them on my Mac. If I delete them from iCloud they disappear from my Mac but if I delete from my Mac they stay on iCoud and then reappear on Mac.
On both iCloud and Mac I have preferances set to move deleted messages to the trash.
any help would be appreciated.

I have an Iphone 4 with OS 5.1.1 and it does not show store or music under my icloud tab in the phone. Also, my music and photos don't show on my icloud?
My contacts show and find my iphone....on the icloud. I just paid $20 thinking more storage would help, but it didn't. How can i cancel that and get a refund?
Where are is my music on the cloud? How do I upload my music to it? If I lose my phone, it looks like there is no where to go to retrieve my music.
And itunes won't let me sync my music to my computer. It is all music that I've purchased on itunes.

Report not showing the correct layout when executed in Portal

We have created 5 different queries in different units of measure for a query. We have included these in a web template, and based on the UOM choosen , the WAD will pickup the queries and provides the desired results.we have executed the report in Portal and created a bookmark for it...but if a different unit of measure, the layout is changing. Is there any way to create a bookmark which will not change by changing the Unit of measure means a different query.

Probably you are having issues related to personalization of your queries or templates on your portal.
Check it, remove and test again.

When I open the Photos app, and I see all the thumbnails of the photos I have taken, I see the filters on the photos that should have filters. For some reason, when I enlarge a photo with a filter to full screen, the filter is removed. But when I go back to the thumbnails, the filter is restored. How can I fix this?

IPhone not showing the correct date on emails
I have done a search through this forum and haven't come across this problem so I thought I'd flag it as one of you may know a fix.
When emails are downloaded to my iPhone the date it displays is always one or even two days out. E.G. I downloaded emails today (Monday) and the date showing is Saturday, even though the emails were definitely sent to me today.
Any ideas?What type of email?

Suddenly - CD's are not showing up in Itunes when I load them in the drive
Not sure what happened - and I assume this is my fault. I already loaded my new IPod Nano with several albums worth of songs. Today I purchased a few more albums..but for some reason, when I popped the cd's in the computer's drive - the music stopped 'appearing' in the Itunes window. I de-installed and re-installed ITunes 3 times. No affect. Now - I DID delete the "Recently added" file because it was so full of stuff. ANd it did not get added back when I re-instaaled the software. Help? I also cannot seem to just "Import cd" though I have read the directions.
I, too, am having this issue. The last 4 CD's I've imported have been just like this - probably during the last couple months or so. I import the CD, everything looks normal and then I can't see the music in iTunes using any of the views - artist, genre, album, etc. Quitting and re-starting iTunes makes no diffference. Today, after reading dandeadman's post, I turned off iTunes Match. When I turned it on again, I got an iTunes 5002 error. I quit iTunes and when I started it again, I could see the album via the various iTunes views. I turned on iTunes Match and this time I got no error, and the matching process worked, and I could still see the album after it finished. Completely unacceptable behavior. It's bad enough when you're adding CD's at a relatively low rate (1 every month or so) as I am; if I were new to iTunes trying to transfer in my library and this is what happened, I'd never go through with it. It appears to be linked to iTunes Match in some way and, assuming that's going to remain a key part of Apple's strategy, can we please have a fix for this soon, Apple?

COPA Derivation Rules are not assigning the correct values
COPA Derivation Rules are not assigning the correct values when we process billing documents in batch. We currently have derivation rules defined to take the ship to country and refer to custom tables were we identify custom geographic groups (INT/DOM and EAM, AP, etc.). The derivation rules work accurately when the billing documents are created individually, and more than 75% of them are accurate when generated in batch, but in some circumstances, it populates the derived values with the wrong field and we can not identify where or why that's happening. It looks like it may have something to do when the ship to customer number account group is different, but that's not consistent.. Does anyone know how or where these values get populated, or have any ideas why incorrect values are appearing sporadically throughout the billing run? Thanks!!!

After migrating data from Time Machine, some of my photos are not showing up in iPhoto LIbrary view. I get a 'dashed rectangle." When I click on it I get ' ! in a Triangle" When I click on that, I actually can see the photo. I want to see all my photos in 'Library' view, and I can't figure out how these photos seem to be arbitrarily hidden. Help, please.

My photos are not showing up as layers in the layers panel, only as one layer, so I am not able to make changes to the layers. Does anyone know why this is happening? Am I downloading them from my camera wrong? I have watched the video and the photos don't open that way on my layers panel. Any help would be appreciated, I would like to edit out the background and turn it a different color.

Photos from cameras or scans have only one layer (the 'background' layer).
You can start with that 'background' layer and duplicate it or add other layers in the editing process. For instance you can make a selection of a subject and put it on another layer; a common use is to desaturate the 'background' and to keep the color in the selected subject in your newly created layer. -
