My Creative Cloud membership (one-year) expired. It asks me to update my payment info
It asks me to update my payment info to reactivate it. It does not give me the option to deactivate. I do not want to edit my payment info to purchase a different plan, yet have the annual plan renew itself... what do I do.

It's a subscription, not a rate purchase. You never own anything. You have to pay to keep using the product.

My company have purchased one I Creative cloud for one years (It's the first time for us) Of course we have pay this product with a price of company but there are new clients adobe. But now, always my company want to buy also anthers n°3 Photoshop application from use always in our office below our account already created. Can we have a privilege cost forecast for company or we need to buy this product as if it is the first time and pay the maximum price for one years?

There is nothing to cancel. It simply runs out. If you want your Adobe ID deleted, you have to contact support by web chat.

I successfully istalled the programms in my laptop, where i resistered for one year subscribtion. And than i tried to also install the same programms in Imac. But this didnt recognize my subscription. I used already tiral version in this Imac. So now just ask the serial nr or to buy.. how could i do to ?
uninstall anything cc on your 2nd computer that you may have installed.

then download and install onto your 2nd computer the cc desktop app, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial
use the desktop app to install your cc programs. -

I have CS6 Master Suite installed along side my now-expired Creative Cloud apps (I am evaluating whether to renew my subscription at this time). Both CS6 and Creative Cloud are currently unlicensed due to a snafu with my educational license, but I have a new CS6 license that I am trying to register CS6 with. However, upon launching any CS6 program, Adobe Application Manager then launches and tells me that my Creative Cloud membership is now expired. How/where to I enter my CS6 license key? I have already tried entering my new license on my Adobe account profile > “My products and services”, and reinstalled CS6 applications from my original disk image (MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg).

LizFigured this one out from another thread, after which I was able to sign in again with my Adobe ID and my software was ready to use:
Windows:
Delete these folders
SLStore from C:\ProgramData\Adobe
SLCache from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
OOBE from C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\Adobe
Mac:
Delete SLStore and SLCache from /Library/Application Support/Adobe
Delete OOBE from ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe -
What does my Creative Cloud membership actually give me?
I am utterly confused. I purchased a one year Creative Cloud (Photography) one year pre-paid membership. It was my understanding that this meant a one-year license for Lightroom and Photoshop. However in using the Creative Cloud app (OSX 10.10.2) I was only able to download 30-day trials of both these products. When I click on the Creative Cloud app it tells me I have a number of days left in for my trial versions. So what is the annual subscription for? I have looked and looked throughout the Adobe site and can find nothing useful. I am trying to like Adobe but gee, this is so frustrating. Any help would much appreciated in helping me understand what I have actually purchased for AUD120.

After the October charge is processed I can cancel the membership which means it won't renew after November 27th but you'll still have full access until then.

Hi,
I got two creative cloud membership in my account, I was told by support team that one they will refund me , but its getting charged every month from my account. One I paid for a year and another one is monthly charged. I added another creative cloud membership in order to increase my number of system uses, but that didn't help so I asked support staff they told me its not possible and they will refund and cancel my membership, but that never happens. Please help

Two Creative Cloud membership on one Adobe ID?
I've been paying for two Creative Cloud memberships on one Adone ID, thinking this is what I needed to be able to use the products on 4 different computers. I finally got around to trying to install the software on a 3rd computer and it wouldn't let me. I see there is a post about two memberships on a single ID not being the correct way to do it. I've had the two memberships for a few years now (since Dec 19, 2011), is a refund possible?

PSE12 slow loading Fujifilm files in slide show
I have just upgraded from PSE10 to PSE12 and now when I use the Slide show (full screen) in organizer with Fujifilm Raw files it take about a minute and a half to load up and same again when you zoom in. Is there any way of speeding this up in PSE12?
