My FaceTime calls end when i press the home button to do something else. Does anyone have any ideas on how to help?
If I happen to be on FaceTime with someone and I press the menu button, it automatically ends FaceTime and its not supposed to. Can anyone help me?
If you have to do other things on your phone, you are going to have to exit the facetime app. If you don't need to see their face while talking to them, why not just call them and put it on speaker phone?

I have acrobat pro on my lap top and recently installed acrobat pro on my Mac Mini, but the text recognition function is not working, does anyone have any advice on how to remedy this problem?
On my laptop when I open up a pdf file and do a search for a particular
text phrase it prompts me to run a character analysis. Whereas on my mac
mini, when I try to engage the same process it just says it couldn't find
the phrase and doesn't even try and run a character analysis. I tried
clicking on the tool bar and the recognize text tab but nothing there seems
to do anything.
In trying to figure out the issue on my own I noticed one thing. I run a
small law firm in St. Louis and I scan in all my files to which are
subsequently emailed to my outlook account where I will save them as pdf's
to their respective folders. On my laptop when I open up an email from my
scanner I see the image of a acrobat document next to the attachment
paperclip symbol. However, when I open up the same email on my mac mini I
notice instead of an acrobat file image it shows a Preview file image (the
program used to open up pdf's before I installed acrobat).

I've been working on our church website and all of a sudden this week, my computer will not connect to the site. I keep getting a message saying that the the connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can fix this?
The "The connection was reset" error message can be caused by a bug fix for the BEAST (Browser Exploit Against SSL/TLS) attack that the server doesn't handle.

Tap Camera App > switch to video > see if the flash will turn ON. If still problem, Restore your iPhone with iTunes on computer. See if fixed. If still problem, your iPhone has full Warranty with Apple.

Whenever I am listening to itunes on my iphone and plug it in to my USB in my car radio, the song stops and instead the first alphabetical song is played. It also does this when it's been plugged in the car, and then I remove it, and it reverts back to the first alphabetical song. This has only happened after I updated my phone. Does anyone have any ideas?!
I appreciate the commentary response but I'm not sure how this resolved my problem. The car was made before the iPhone coming out. By this fact, it would seem as if Apple has not made the product to compliment cars made before it.
Can anyone provide me steps to resolve this issue please?

I have installed a trial of Adobe illustrator on my macbook pro. It is the 2014 release of adobe illustrator. I want to trace an image using the custom trace button.
I start a new document. Then I place my scanned pencil/colored pencil drawing, in to the document. I have tried scanning and then placing it as a jpeg, bitmap, and tiff file. I have tried scanning and then placing it, in color and in black and white. The scan mode I use is flatbed. Adobe illustrator allows me to select the default button and one of eleven preset buttons (e.g high fidelity photo), but it does not allow me to click the custom trace button. The custom trace button is grey while all the other buttons are white.
Does anyone have any ideas how I could custom trace?It seems pointless to adjust it afterwards because it is then only a couple a pencil lines rather then a full drawing. And how do I adjust it afterwards? Would I do this using the different buttons under the window button?

As a basic first step (using LabVIEW 6.0.2) I first attempted the example on p.20-6
of the LabVIEW ver 6 Measurements Manual. I passed the string "*IDN?".
I get the following error from the Simple Error Handler:

All I get is a blank home page, along with a spinning beach ball. I cannot open the preferences to try to clear the cache, and must force quit to get out of Firefox. I have tried clearing the cache from the Library, and trashed the preferences file. I uninstalled the application, and reinstalled a newly downloaded application. I have restarted the computer many times, and run the disk utility to repair permissions. Nothing has worked. I have not added or upgraded anything on my computer since Firefox was working just a few days ago. Safari works fine connecting to the web. I have read through most of the support documents at Firefox Help, but cannot find anything that addresses this specific problem of hanging immediately after launch.
I have the exact same problem--and it just started around November 11, 2011. I have rebooted, reinstalled, and relaunched many times and Firefox just hangs on launch. Spinning beach ball of death and all that.
I have not installed any new software or changed anything on my computer.

I am using Logic Pro 9 with two MXL 990 microphones in my piano and a Rode NT1A for vocals. I have tried recording with added reverb and keeping getting not a natural reverb sound, but a rather "pixilated" one that does not sound natural. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this issue? I have tried using Silververb and Space Designer, and both result in the same problems. Thank you!
This is asking for the impossible! It does not sound natural because maybe it isn't and in judging so whats your reference anyway. If you are in dire need of some natural sounding room you can go and record it yourself. But even then, the chances that it sounds like you imagined it, are very slim.
There are very decent sounding reverberation plugins, based on artificial reverb generators or convolution-style, the last one is said to sound more 'natural' then the first one. Be it as it maybe, it really is like cooking food. You got all the ingredients for this delicious taste at hand and believe it or not to reach a satisfying result this is not enough, because if you do not mix the ingredients in the right proportion you will end up with a different dish you thought you'll get. This is exactly the same when one would mix audio, I dare say.
So treat yourself to some good ingredients and the rest is up to you, namely: taste and experience!
And looking at some of my past music productions I always find the same plugins for the 'ambient' task:
Altiverb by Audio Ease when I have acoustic ensembles (classical music mostly), the Sony Oxford Reverb in studio productions, Bricasti when I have to deal with drums and MMultiBandReverb from MeldaProduction for all-round stuff. Thats the base I start from, after that I can end up with dozen Reverb plugins which basically all are doing the same thing but just in a tiny different way. -
After moving to iCloud I can only get my email through the cloud, no new emails are making it to my home computer and .mac account. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this issue?

Exposé just stopped working, both the key on the keyboard and the multitouch gesture gets no response. Does anyone have any idea why, or how to solve it?
I found a way to fix it. Simply restart the dock by using "killall Dock" in the terminal.

whenevenr I call a person sometimes the phone gives me an option of callback and end when I press the callback button the whole screen goes blank and only the upper Taskbar where it shows network provider , time and battery percentage is shown
Standard troubleshooting...
Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider if, it comes up. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Remove all apps from Recently Used list...
- From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
- Tap and hold any icon in this list until they wiggle
- Press the red (-) to delete all apps from this list.
- Press the home button twice when done.
If still a problem restore with your backup.
If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue.
