My family sharing is completely broken, can't change payment info

I've had family sharing working great since the introduction of IOS 8, but yesterday one of my kids told me that none of her apps were working any more. Both iTunes and the App store on her iPad said that family sharing setup was not complete. The link led me to the iTunes Payment screen, where I was told to correct the items highlight in red, which was only the 3 number security code. When I press Done, I'm told again to correct items in red, which there are none, however the payment type is blank with no way to input anything.
So, backwards and forwards between iPads, logout, log back in, even restored one of the kids iPads, but the same issue occurs. So searching for a solution, the internet suggested the family organiser removing the payment method and re-entering the same details. So I go into my account in iTunes on my iMac, try to edit my payment information. The last four digits of the number are there, but it's all grayed out, and there's no option to change, add or remove any payment type.
So here I am wasting my whole weekend trying to get the kid's iPad working. I can't turn off or even remove anyone from family sharing because I have two kids under 13. Their iCloud accounts are totally useless at this point.
How do I fix my payment method issue and my broken family sharing?

    Recently moved from UK to USA, can't change credit card info to a USA credit card as it keeps requiring a post code (rather than a zip code). I have tried to change country within settings >iTunes and App Store>Apple ID etc but when I click 'change country' nothing happens at all, it just sits there, staring blankly back at me. Have been looking online for answers but can't seem to find this problem. It is also a pain because I can't update anything or even download free apps without a valid credit card which is pretty long, as I was bossing deer hunter 2k14 at work and now can't go any further on it. Also been waiting in queue to talk to someone on chat for over 50 minutes after a projected 2 minute wait so not overly impressed with Apples customer service.

    I bought my daughter a MacBook Pro when she went away to college, and I then transfered my music collection from my computer into her iMac (which she no longer uses, so I do). Like xLegend above, I cannot change the info on the songs on the iMac.
    The collection consists of songs I bought at the iTMS to a small degree, and songs I have ripped from my CD collection to a larger degree. There are also a number of songs that I have composed myself using Pro Tools and GarageBand, and I cannot change the info even on those...
    Does anyone have an idea why this is, and how I can reclaim the ability to change information on the songs in my collection? Thank you for your help.

    I have twice tried to edit my payment information in order to switch from a debit card to a credit card. My account information shows the correct credit card information, but my charges for purchases continue to draw against my debit card. I could really use the assistance with this because my wife is aggravated with me.

    On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.  If you are doing it on your iPad then you could try tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores if it's on iOS 6) and selecting 'View Apple ID' on the popup, and on your account screen there should be a payment link.

    i partially solved the problem, however still need some help.  My wife has made purchases under two different Apple ids.  I tried t re-set her iPad with her main ID but it is apparently part of a family.  I re-set  her iPad iCloud using her secondary ID.  The sharing of iTunes shows her main apple ID.  The settings iTunes is also set to her main Apple id.  I sent an invite from her iPad icloud family sharing to her main Apple ID, but when I attempted to consent to join it says she is already a member.  So I am guessing this is because in the family set up under her secondary ID that her main id is the iTunes account that is shared.  My question is could I change the iTunes shared under her name as owner to her secondary account, then invite her main account to join as a distinct member?  I am nervous about doing this for two reasons 1.  There is a warning when changing the shared iTunes account that says you can't join another group for 90 days. 2. I may still get the message that her main account is still a member of the group even though it doesn't show up, and then not able to revert back.

    If you sell the iPhone 5, you can purchase a 5s. However, if you intend to take it into Apple for service, they will replace it with a like model, same color, same capacity, same provider.

    I'm trying to purchase apps on my iPhone 6+, but keep getting the "payment info" verification popup. When I tap it, I'm prompted to type in my Apple ID password. I enter the password, but the app keeps requesting it over and over and over. There's no way for me to get past the verification, because I can't get to the actual confirmation screen.
    Ive tried the following steps to diagnose/fix the issue:
    - Hard restart of phone (after manually quitting all apps).
    - Signing out of all Apple ID accounts on the phone (Game Center, iCloud, iTunes) and signing back in (with various hard restarts in between each one).
    - Downloading free apps (this works fine with just TouchID).
    To see if the problem was account related, I purchased an app on my iPhone 5s (tied to the same account). The purchase was fine, and the app actually turned up on the iPhone 6 immediately afterward (thanks to the auto download feature).
    So my account is fine, my password is fine, I can buy and download apps on my 5s and through iTunes on my Mac. I just can't do it on the 6+.
    Has anyone encountered this annoying bug and, if so, were you able to find a fix?

    If you had a passcode set on your iPad your data should be safe.  The thief would have to force it into recovery mode and restore it in order to use it, which would completely erase it.
    This shouldn't keep your daughter's device from accessing the iCloud account however.  If you can no longer sign into the account on iCloud.com from your computer, contact Apple support for assistance.

    There is the possibility that your phone wont be waterproof after you do this......perhaps it may be, perhaps not......also your warranty with Sony may be voided if for instance you have to send it in for repair for something in the future & they notice it has been replaced but not by themselves....not trying to scare you, just make you aware
