My i pad is not turning on

hello guys i have i pad 2 and suddely it stopped working because off low charge so when i start charging it kept showing the apple logo and turring off and kept doing this with no hope of turring

If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged. Learn more about charging iPhone and iPod touch, or iPad.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more aboutrestoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.

I'm sorry you're having issues with your tablet ssnowandsurf . I know its frustrating. I recommend checking the charging port on your tablet to ensure its not loose or damaged. Are there any problematic apps on your tablet? If so, when you are able to turn it on, remove those to check if that will resolve the issue. Keep us posted.

Hp Pad has not turned on for years

I have had issues with finding chargers which fitted to the HP Pad back in 2011 where i got the tablet. I found that after a while the charger had gone faulty and there was no where to get a new charger that fitted and charged the tablet up. Recently in 2015, I have just figured out that a portable charger fits perfectly into the charger slot, and i pressume to be charger with the small little black button having that flashing line showing? I would like to know the quickest way to turn the device on baring in mind that it hasn't been used for a few years, I currently have it on charge and will keep it on charge for the time being. I have tried the holding the lock button and small button at the bottom of the tablet together for 15 seconds and nothing seems to be happening- even though that is meant to be the reboot system? Is there any chance of the tablet every turning back on?

Have you tried a soft-reset to see if that gets it to boot up ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo will hopefully appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Probably depends on how long you've had it. I don't know what Best Buy's returns/repairs policies are, and whether you're within their exchange period. You could try contacting them

Try a different usb cable, try a different usb port, disable any security or anti virus software. Try a different computer.

I have reported this problem from the beginning of the MBP release back in February.
They have not solved it during any of my repairs.
I have found the following helps, but does not solve:
1. Disconnecting and reconnecting the magsafe power adapter
2. Resetting your PMU
3. Locking your Energy settings by clicking the lock in the lower left hand corner
It seems to be a software bug that is somehow potentially related to the screen saver. When you shut your screen saver off... it sometimes disappears.

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.
