My iPhone 5 crashed last night while doing the ios 7.0.3 update, it shows the connect to iTunes and I have try to restore my phone from my computer but it won't do it. It will fail to restore the phone
What do I do next?

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
Before you reinstall the Apple software, also remove iCloud vi Control Panel Remove programs. The reinstall the Apple programs

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

It's in recovery mode. You don't have a choice. Anything that was on the phone is already gone. If you didn't back it up, there is no way to recover it.

My son has disabled his iphone 4 and it says it needs to connect to itunes. When I try to connect it, I get a message telling me that it can't connect because the iphone is lost. I tied erasing the phone on cloud but it still needs to conenct to itunes so this does not work. I have tried restoring the phone but partway through, the phone tries to connect to itunes again and I get the message that it is lost and the disabled message comes back up on the screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Did you make sure that iTunes can log into Apple Servers during the restore process?

Can you try another computer to restore from?
If this all does not work, you'll have to get your phone looked at by visiting an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider next to your place.

Message saying cant connect to iTunes. I've tried ipad, iPhone, mac a d all the same. I've reset router/ broadband connection and I've tested which is all fine. It's just iTunes I can't connect to - I've signed out and it won't now let me sign back in. Please help!!

I was updating IOS 6.1.3, my iPod touch 5th generation crashed and it showed The image: USB connecting to iTunes LOGO. I waited along time but nothing happeded. Is it in recovery mode or something? It usually works better if you export the Favorites in IE to an HTML file and import that file in the Firefox Bookmarks Manager.
