My ipod 5th generation has frozen 12 times today and it deleted all of my pictures it will say restoring then it will delete them how can I stop this from happening?

My iPods pictures got deleted when my ipod crashes I have over 32,000 pictures I know that that's a lot but they are family pictures, work pictures, and school pictures. They usually restore pretty fast but lastly they won't restore at all. I don't know what to do. I just want my pictures back plus I want this to stop. My friends want me to send it to apple but I don't know what they will do and if ill ever get my pictures back. Somebody please help me fix this thanks.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

You can share the same Apple ID in
Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID: here
But for all other Apple services like:
FaceTime, iMessage, iCloud, etc, one of you should use a different Apple ID.

There has to be a reason for that which a crash report should reveal.

Firefox is auto loading every time I start Windows 7. How can I stop this from happening?

I set the default browser to chrome, no change. I then set it to IE, still no change. Every time I boot the computer it starts FF with google as the home page and no bookmarks or toolbars. I must then close it and wait until it is completely dead and then double click on my FF icon on the desktop. When the version of FF that I actually use starts, my home page is Yahoo, just as I set it to be. This version of FF also has my tool bars and bookmarks.

I do activate acrobat, but it still comes up next time I need to open a pdf file. The same problem occurs when I use a quicktime file. I get the drop down to let me me allow every time but again , next time I want to use see or hear a quicktime file I get the same question. This is very annoying. I went into options and chose the file to use to open rather than having it ask me but that didn't solve the issue either.

You can check for problems with preferences.

The sort fields should generally be empty unless you've putting in custom values to sort solo artists by their surnames. You can apply common changes to thousands of tracks at once, just don't apply the wrong change because there is no undo.
It is a good idea to backup before undertaking large scale changes. See this backup tip for a suggested approach.

The question pretty much says it all. For the record, no desktop icon is installed either.

Most running programs have an icon on the taskbar, and Firefox is no exception. So in order to pin Firefox to the taskbar manually, first you have to launch Firefox from the Start Menu.
You can also open Windows Explorer and navigate to the installation folder, then right-click ''firefox.exe'' and choose "Pin to taskbar".

I don't know why you lose your pinned icon when updating. But I do know that Firefox pins itself to the taskbar when installing, provided you've accepted to make it your default browser. If you get rid of the automatically created shortcut and create one manually, I'm hoping that one won't be affected.

What is your operating system?
Can you open that PDF with a text editor and check that the first four characters are '%PDF'.
