My payment info is always declined.

When i want to buy the apps the payment info box appear. When i edit the payment info with my credit card details a warning appear that my payment method was declined. I change the credit card with the other one and the same thing happened.

Sometimes you have to be persistent.   Here are two alternatives (I favour the Express Lane approach).

    It could be. The app store puts a small hold on the funds when you try to download apps, even free ones. I thought it was only a dollar though, so having 2.91 should be ok. And I'm guessing since you have a set amount it's a gift card? Because if you have a credit card on file it could be as simple as the expiration date being out of date. If it's a debit card then that could be the reason because iTunes doesn't accept debit cards anymore, only credit cards.
    Are you getting this message as you try to download? Because if it's a separate e-mail it could be a phishing attempt.

    apple is not accepting my payment method ,I also used many mastercards but it is always declining it is very annoying what should I do?

    The quickest way to get an answer to this may be to contact your card issuer directly, it may be that they are having issues with their payment gateways.  Also a good idea to do what Ralph9430 suggested as well though.

    You have a Puerto Rico address on your account ? From a quick search I've found one site from somebody in Puerto Rico that includes a screenshot for an app receipt showing tax of 7 cents added to a 99 cent purchase. Are you able to view the purchase history on the account that you've been using, and see what prices show on them (e.g. if the store's listed price or price plus tax) : Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes, then 'see all' link next to the Purchase History section.

    Launch iTunes, click on iTunes Store, and click on your Apple ID in the upper right. Log in and enter your payment information.

    hello i having a problem with cyprus app store on my mac. i'm trying to download something and it says that my payment methos has been declined, please enter a valid payment method information. i have enter again my information and still the same problem.
    P.s: i have bought an application before having this problem.

    Basically if you authorized two computers it is very likely that you will have this problem.
    Why would that have anything to do with it? You can authorize up to 5 computers to use your account.
    Then go to your new computer and edit your itunes account payment info.
    Edit the information n what manner?

  • Payment info changes not saved

    Hi,
    I'm trying to update my billing info after getting a new card. The problem is, when I submit the info, it isn't saved but the old info of a dead card remains there. No error messages.
    Tried to resolve this with a chat agent, but he was no help, as he didn't have access to payment info and he referred me to call the phone support. Have done that once and they were no help either, plus it is huge stress trying to understand the people on the phone even though I've gigged as an English to Finnish interpreter. Not going to call them again.
    Since my recurring payment declined last summer I've apparently run my CC for free until I could get a new card, but I guess you guys would like to get paid something before my subscription needs renewing…
    Now, is there anyone at Adobe that can either call me in Finnish or resolve my problem through written English?

    My Apple ID always notice me check my payment info recently. I know the reason is my credit card is an International card, my Apple ID is U.S. ID. But here are two questions:
    1, I have purchased an iPhone5S in Apple online store by same ID and same credit card last month. Why can I purchase successful?
    2, I ordered another iPhone5s in processing, this order will be shipped in the last week of Nov., Apple does't charge me any cost now. I wonder if apple can charge from my credit card successful?

    How do I override payment info. It won't take it anyway Very FRUSTRATING. Others I've talked to did not have to do this to activate apple ID.

    The old rule of thumb was to keep 10-12 GB free. Any lower than that and you will start to have trouble. I was very close to that for a long time and never had any complaints. Now, Lion "encourages" 20% free space (on my newer 250 GB drive) so I try to keep it with more than 50 GB free.
    Do you still have the original memory in that machine too? The metal plate you have to remove in the battery compartment also provides access to the RAM. Your machine will take 2 GB of RAM, possibly 3. You definitely want to max that out too.
    Regardless, you definitely need a new hard drive. When Apple switched to PC components, they had to take a quality hit. These 2.5" notebook hard drives are not very reliable. I'm surprised your hard drive hasn't died by now. I usually get a new hard drive with every major OS upgrade. A $ 50 investment every couple of years is no big deal.
    Unfortunately, you (and I) suffer from being an early adopter in 2006. Those 32-bit machines only accept 2 GB RAM (maybe 3) and are only 32-bit so they can't be upgraded to Lion. Because of this limitation, you won't see as dramatic an improvement as you would with a 2007 machine. If you run more than a couple of applications, your hard drive is always going to have to be doing some VM work. My 2006 machine has even lost its bluetooth. I gave it to my brother. My very similar 2007 Macbook is still running great.
    So, you must get a new hard drive because your old one is likely on death's door. If you don't have at least 2 GB - get it. If you can't afford a new machine, you might want to consider an SSD. That might help mitigate your RAM limitations. You can spend from $ 100 to $ 350 and get a dramatic speed improvement.

    The designer is usually someone who just handles the user interface portion of the code. The developer would handle core functionality. I assumed you were the developer and the designer was the designer. You are the client and your "designer" is the developer.
    Ideally, you should create a business account so that you can add someone to your team. That is the way it is supposed to work. Otherwise, you will have to ask for the final source code so that you can build and submit the app yourself. You should always have the source code regardless. You should always perform the submission under your own account too. Otherwise, it is the developer's app, not yours.
    Sharing accounts is against the Apple Developer agreement anyway. The App Store Gold Rush is over. Now it is mostly zombie apps and competing fraudsters. You don't want to give someone access to your iTunes account. You really don't want to give someone access to your bank account either.
    The best solution would be to convert your account to a business account. You may be able to have the developer submit the app and then transfer it to you.
