My plan start date

How can I view when my plan started?

You can sign in to My Verizon, then click on My Documents and Receipts in the upper right corner. Your agreement should be in the list of docs. Or, when you're signed in on the main page in My Verizon, find the date you're eligible to upgrade, then count back 20 months.

  • Dynamic update of Planning Start Date in Planning Book

    Hello.
Has anyone ever created a program to update the Planning Start Date of a Planning Book dynamically to the next Friday of the month for example?
The help information available for this field mentions a PDATE userexit, but I can not find it. Has anyone ever used it and has some examples to share?
    Many thanks.
    Aline Passos

    Hi there,
I have never done this earlier. However i know that planning start date is stored in table /SAPAPO/PBDVWHDR-TBID_START. I tried changing this entry in the table and it correctly updated the dataview plannig start date.
So you may write a small program to update this field and it shall update the dataview.
Please let me know if this helps you.

  • Billing Plan Start Date not copied to Sales order from Service Contract

    Hi
We are developing a process of Creation of Service Contract and then a order confirmation.
Now based on the Order Confirmation will bill based on the Bill Plan.
The Bill plan start date in contract header is not flowing to Sales Order header while creating with reference.
Then navigating to Header Billing plan and if we input the date the billing plan dates are displayed.
We checked the copy control settings and seems like the date is not copied. Is this a standard behaviour.
If so then do we have any work arounds to achieve the same. Because the contract start date can change before confirmation.
So business wants a sales order confirmation to be created after contract creation and bill periodically as per the Sales order instead of contract.

    Hi,
Appreciate ur quick response. But instead of FKDAT i need the FPLA-BEDAT to be flowed to Billing Plan.Right now iam entering the following date manually at header.Instead if it copies from Contract header then manual entry could be neglected.
Is it possible with the same routine to code with the above mentioned FPLA-BEDAT.

  • Update of Planning Start Date does not update macros

I have written a program to update the planning start date in a planning book using function /SAPAPO/MSDP_PB_SAVE_DVIEW_TAB. I have included this in a process chain. The update is immediately followed by a /SAPAPO/TS_BATCH_RUN variant that runs a macro in the updated book. The macro uses planning start date. The issue is that the macro does not appear to have been updated with the new planning start date. I experimented with using transaction Define Planning Book (/SAPAPO/SDP8B) whilst also in Macro Workbench on another session. If I change the planning start date this is also not reflected in the macro unless I come out of the Macro Workbench completely and fo back in. This appears to be a buffereing issue.
Does anyone know if there is a way to force the macros to be updated? Otherwise I may have to resort to just putting a delay in the chain and hoping the maco will be updated before it is run.
    Thanks

    Hello Mani,
We have planning books used to calculate demand for newspapers at weekends. At weekends the papers contain printed colour magazines. These have  to be ordered in advance. The macros that we run use planning start date to claculate the quntity of magazines required for the next weekend. The business also needs to do advanced calculation for the next two weekends. This requires an update to the planning start date to change the basis for the macros. We do not wish to write separate macros for each weekend as there are quite a few of them. We are trying to keep it as simple as possible.

  • Basic start date and scheduled finished date...can we have Planned date?

Is there any "Plan Start Date" in SAP, the date where scheduler must put manually in the system to determine the "committed" date for the work to be executed - based on earliest and latest start date which automatically calculated by SAP?
Our plant must keep the Basic Finish Date unchanged since it is the Required Date of the Work to finish.  We found that the Plan Date does not change and I was wondering if there is any way we can have the Planned date on the order header or have the basic finish date unchanged?
    Appreciate your advices

    Hi
As per your query screen variant is the better option to be choose so that here you can go with user id based restriction
    Attaching the complete the scenario
Transaction and Screen variants with an Example

  • Multi counter plan schduling start date

    Dear Experts,
Anyone can clarify the following points to provide proper support to client.
    1. we have created multi counter plan with cycle set contains of different target counter readings with logical condition OR.
    2. Now users are recording the counters via measuring documents.
    3. we are mannually scheduling the above M.Plan. System is deriving the order start date on its own. we want to know the basis behind deriving the order start date? userrs wants starting date on its own, can system will support with ant exit?
    4. what is the significance of annual estimate reading in the measuring point? how it help to derive the planned start date of M.Order?
    5. users also wants that, system should check measuring documents on its own while creating measuring documents and should result the order if it crosses the limit of the cycle set mentioned in the M.Plan. Is it possible to support the scenario?
    Thanks in Advance,
    Krishnamurthy

    Krishnamurthy,
    3) Do a manual call of the Maintenance plan, this would be the easiest way, instead of using exits
    4) For performance based MP,The [calculated planned date|http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/EN/3c/abb1ec413911d1893d0000e8323c4f/frameset.htm] depends on the counter reading at the time of planning, and the estimated annual performance that has been defined for the counter.Hence it is important that you enter measurement readings for the counter,e even-though the reading has not changed.
    5) With respect to your last question, That functionality is accomplished through Condition based maintenance functionality. You will have to use the user exit to generate a order when the reading falls outside pre-determined values.

  • When ever  enter the date start date up to next year same date between the days divided into 8 parts

when ever  enter the date start date up to next year same date between the days divided into 8 parts
Q1.1 (YYYY) = 1st half of Quarter 1 for year YYYY
Q1.2 (YYYY) = 2nd half of Quarter1 for year YYYY
Q2.1 (YYYY) = 1st half of Quarter 2 for year YYYY
Q2.2 (YYYY) = 2nd half of Quarter 2 for year YYYY
Q3.1 (YYYY) = 1st half of Quarter 3 for year YYYY
Q3.2 (YYYY) = 2nd half of QuarterQ3 for year YYYY
Q4.1 (YYYY) = 1st half of Quarter 4 for year YYYY
Q4.2 (YYYY) = 2nd half of Quarter 4 for year YYYY
    Here YYYY depicts the year.
    e.g. Q1.2 (2014) depicts the 2nd half of Quarter 1 for year 2014.
The description of these values are explained below.
The table below provides the description about each value:
    Quarter     Quarter Range      Start Date
    Q1.1      1 Jan - 15 Feb         1st  Jan
    Q1.2      16 Feb-31 Mar         16th Feb
    Q2.1      1 Apr- 15 May          1st Apr
    Q2.2      16 May-30 June       16th May
    Q3.1      1 Jul-15 Aug             1th Jul
    Q3.2      16 Aug -30 Sep       16th Aug
    Q4.1      1 Oct -15 Nov           1st Oct
    Q4.2      16 Nov – 31 Dec      16th Nov
The dropdown values in time window needs to be updated as per date entered by the user in the Audit Plan start date and
should display the next four Quarter (each divided in 2 half  i.e. Eight values ) along with the year  from the selected Audit plan start date.
for eg. If the Plan start date is given as August 10 2013 then the Time window will display the following options:
    Q3.2 (2013)
    Q 4.1 (2013)
    Q 4.2 (2013)
    Q 1.1 (2014)
    Q1.2 (2014)
    Q2.1 (2014)
    Q 2.2 (2014)
    Q 3.1 (2014)
You can refer to the Table above and look that 10 Aug 2013 falls under the Q3.1 so Time window will display the next next 8 half Quarters ( Total 4 Quarter) till Q 3.1 for the year 2014.

    Hello,

        UNION ALL
        SELECT  ADD_MONTHS(TRUNC(DATE '2013-08-15','Q'), 3*(LEVEL - 1) + 1) + 15 hq_start

        FROM    half_quarters
        WHERE   hq_start > DATE '2013-08-15'
    SELECT  'Q '||TO_CHAR(hq_start,'Q')||'.'||part||' ('||TO_CHAR(hq_start,'YYYY')||')' q
    FROM    ordered_half_quarters
    WHERE   r <= 8
    ORDER BY r;

    Q 4.2 (2013)
    Q 1.1 (2014)
    Q 1.2 (2014)
    Q 2.1 (2014)
    Q 2.2 (2014)
    Q 3.1 (2014)
half_quarters generates the start dates of every half of a quarter, starting with the begin of the first quarter that contains the sample date.
The next step is to order the dates and to select only those after the sample date.
The last part formats the output and orders the data.

  • Adjusting FIN and CAP buckets when planned start changes

    Hello,
I have a task to update the financial and capacity buckets when the planned start date of a project is changed.  For instance, if the planned start date is moved out two months I need to move all of the data in the buckets out two months and clear the original buckets.  I am writing a function module that will be triggered when the /RPM/ITEM_MODIFY function module is executed and the start date has changed.  My function module will execute the following:
/RPM/CAP_GROUP_GETLIST (to get the original data)
...custom code to build the table of adjusted data to be passed to the next FM
/RPM/CAP_GROUP_MODIFY (to update the buckets after I have adjusted the data)
    /RPM/SAVE_CHANGES
Is anyone aware of a function module that will give me the appropriate entries required for the IS_CONTEXT parameter when executing /RPM/CAP_GROUP_GETLIST.  I believe I need the 'Parent GUID',  'Object type' and  'Object GUID'.
The appropriate function modules would be used for the same process to update the Financial buckets
Thanks in advance for any direction that you can give me.
    Pat

    parent_guid should be item guid
object guid should be category guid - so you need to fetch all categories first
    object_type should be for item

  • ASCP Job start date

    Hello,
I want to start my all jobs from a sepcific date.. Can anyone tell me that how can I do it..
For Example: I am running plan at 12-jan-2012.. but I want that ASCP start plan my jobs from 20-jan-2012..
Also note that in forecast of Finished good, I have entered 1-feb-2012.. But as sub-assy date is earlier than FG.so i want to start my sub-assy from a specific date...currently, ASCP start my job from 12-jan-2012.
    Kindly help me out
    Regards,
    Ali Raza

Hi Partha, Thanks for your helpful reply!
I have got your point..but still have problem that if i delay a job of a sub-assy by a week, then it will be delay all the time which is not required.. See below example:
    FG: A (forecast daily qty:1000) 7-feb-2012 to 28-feb-2012
    Sub Assembly: B
    Sub Assembly: C
    Plan start date: 31-jan-2012 14:18
Currently sub-assy jobs are being start at the same time above..If i will delay sub assy 'B' by a week.. then in the mid of plan, it will also be delayed..
Also If i will delay jobs. then it is not necessary that i will launch plan every time before a week... so i need some permanent solution. that start time of jobs start from particular date or time (say: 3-feb-2012 in above condition).. and ASCP start plan jobs from that particular time.. how can we do this???..
    Looking forward to your response..

  • Insp. Lot Start Date

    Gurus
I have one inspection lot of origin 03 i.e. production. This production order has 3 operations in which 2nd operation has control key related to inspection. Operation 10 is not for QM
Whole Order is released on 10.12.2009 and accordingly i can see lot start date as 10.12.2009 WHICH IS WRONG.
Lot start date should be when operation 20 is starting i.e. 12.12.2009 but it shows 10.12.2009 when order is released. It should be operation specific dates
Why is system taking order release date as inspection lot start date? Is this standard SAP???
    Please reply
    Regards

    Dear Vicky
03 inspection start date is based on operation date only. It is not based on the release day of the production .
When an inspection lot is created for a production order, the scheduled start of the order is used as the planned starting date.
you can get the same in the sap help also. Go to QA03 for the 03 inspection lot >  DATA for lot origin> press f1 on inspection start date
Check the order for the inspection lot and confirm whether the date maintained for the QM operation is 12.10.2009

  • Manual creation of PPDS Planned Orders by start date and time

    Hi,
When an order is manually created in any ppds standard transaction the start date is calculated according to the availability date entered, the order quantity and the master data
Is it possible to manually create an order based on the start date and then the availability date is calculated according to the order quantity and master data?
    Thanks
    CTF

    CTF,
You can 'forward schedule' manually created orders.
Scheduling direction is dependent on the Strategy profile.  During order creation, you can change this.
When on the order create screen (/sapapo/rrp5), select the strategy button at the top.  This will bring up the default strategy for your userid.  You can alter the "planning direction" to be 'forward' or 'forward & reverse' depending on your business requirements.  Selecting Save will then make this scheduling strategy your default; otherwise just hit green checkbox.
Now the order entry screen will have 'start date' entry box.  Avail date will then be calculated.
    Best Regards,

  • Planned order creation with PDS valid on only order start date and not finish date

    Hi All,
We have requirement to allow creation of planned order manually if production version is valid on order start date and not finish date.  This is because lead time of order is longer. I refered OSS notes 385602. I could find out solution for this is implementation of OSS note 694140 to change validity mode at activity level to consider start date of first produce activity  in validity interval. Problem is even If I create order in APO by implementiong this note planned order is not transfered to ECC and it gets stuck with error production version not valid.
Is there any way in ECC to control this? Any config or customization?
    Regards,
    Santosh

    Nilesh,
I think there is a simple procedural skip happening in your business process. You are right when a planned order is created after MRP it would default assign it to the first available production version. 2options available for us,
    1. First use transaction MF50 and do the line loading and assign the quantites to the production versions/Production lines, so that the actual capacity planning is getting completed. This way you can have planned orders with both the production versions and matching to your actual line capacity.
    2. Use Quota arrangement concept, to automatically split the Planned orders during MRP for a percentage based on individual production versions.
Now when backflush is performed S225 table is updated and Planned order qty also gets reduced.
    Hope this helps....

  • SNP Planned order START date should be displayed in DATA VIEW

    Hello Guru's
I have a very complex requirement. It is as follows
We are using heuristics and capacity leveling for our requirement. We generally see the planned orders in the SNP view but here additional requirement is that we have to see the start date of the production planned in the date view, ie the client would like to know when the actual production starts and wants to see the quantity produced on the first day in the date view.
In capacity view,we can observe the resource load which is the start date of the production planned, this load is in percentage now do i related that into quanitity and even if we do related that percentage in quantity then how do i see it the SNP data view plan.

    Hi Sriuppa,
you can use receipts view /sapapo/rrp4 transaction where you can see receipts. This transactions offers you the selection based on  product, source, target, dates, resource and you will get the list of orders.
Secondly ,if you right click in the receipts cell, select display details,it will show you order details at the bottom of the data view.
Please let me know if it helps
    Thanks
    Amit

  • BAPI to create SNP planned order based on start date

    Hi,
I am looking for a BAPI to create SNP planned order based on the order start date. There is BAPI BAPI_MOSRVAPS_CREATESNPORDER which can be used to create SNP planned order based on the end date but not based on the start date.
Also would be great if some one can share how do they create SNP Planned orders using BAPI BAPI_MOSRVAPS_CREATESNPORDER in case if GR processing time is defined in the product master and workdays for GR to be respected according to the calendar.
    Regards,
    Venkat

    Hello Mr.Venkat,
    Hope you recognize me.
Please check out the BAdi below.
BAdi - APO_BAPI_BUS10503 (this is the BAdi for ManufactOrderAPS  BAPI which contains the SNPorder BAPI)
    Method - CHANGE_SAVEMULTIPLE2
In this method parameter IT_ORDER_HEAD contains Order start date input option.
For GR time please check this (not sure if it will help).
    Same BAdi/ same method
    Parameter IV_PLANNING_MODE_USAGE contains field PLANNING_MODE.
Value 1 for PLANNING_MODE corresponds to "Observance of parameters from the product master".
This may make it respect the GR time in product master
    Good luck with the above
    Regards,
    Ashok
