My printer won't print the web services information sheet

Hi,
My HP photosmart premium all-in-one printer will not print the web services information sheet. both eprint and web services are on and it's showing a printer's email address.
however, when i click 'Print Report' i get a message that it's been requested and may take a moment but nothing happens.
any ideas?

Hi Cocklina,
I would suggest you to turn the printer and the router off and retry.
If that does not go through.
Then on the printer under the setting go in to network restore network default.
Then go back in the network option on the printer select Wireless set up wizard.
It will give you a list of network, select the one which is yours.
Then try printing the info sheet for the ePrint.

Web services information sheet

I am trying to link my laptop with the printer. The web services information sheet will not print. I get the message on the printer screen 'Downloading instruction page from the web' but after a while the sheet does not print and I am returned to the home page. When I am checking the Web Services page on the printer the Status is showing as Connected and e print is On. There is a solid blue light on the printer showing there is a solid wireless connection.
Is it possible there is a technical issue with the printer? How would I resolve this? Is there a number I can ring where I can get some assistance with this as it is extremely frustrating?

My envy 110 works but the web services and eprint services give "connection error". what to do?

My family use Macs and Apple Deskbook and a BT Homehub network. The HP troubleshooting instructions do not always match what is on computer screen. The menu paths that HP gives sometimes do not exist.
The Envy 110 printer was working fine but it often could not be found by the computers so I followed HP instructions to set a Static IP Address on the Printer. But now the Web Service and ePrint Service give a "connection error". Any suggestions? I am annoyed that HP don't give a phone number to help.

When you set that static IP on the printer, make sure of 2 things:
1. The IP address is outside the DHCP range of the router.
2. Use an external DNS, like Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Can't setup the Web Services as printer says "cannot connect to the server to get the update"

Just purchased and am setting up my HP Officejet pro 8600. It has set-up wirelessly without a hitch until I tried to install/enable the web services and I continue to get a message saying "the printer could not connect to the server" therefore it cannot check for an update on Web Services apps and they will not be enabled. Never had so much trouble setting up an HP printer in the past. Looks like this web services is more of a headache and a gimmick to sell this printer.

I found the solution after 2 days.
Open internet explorer and type in the IP address of the printer in the address bar then press enter.
The embedded web server of the printer should pull up.
C. Click the network tab near the top.
On the left side, click IPv4 under your connection type, wireless or wired.
D. Change the IP address from automatic to manual.
Enter the same IP address, default gateway, and subnet mask.
Enter 8.8.8.8 for the primary dns and 8.8.4.4 for the secondary then click apply.
E. After the apply button has been clicked to apply the static IP settings, enable Web Services.

My Mac won't print a pdf from the web

My iMac will not print any pdf from the web. The printer (an ho Photosmart plus) will only print a blank shet of paper.

Try saving the file then, then open Preview and open the file and try printing again. If if the quality is still bad then it's the file itself.

Advised to disable/reenable web services. Printer console only indicates 'remove web services'.

Four emails stuck in queue. Advised to disable/reenalble 'web services''. Printer displays only
'remove web services'. (HP Officejet Plus 8600 Pro All in one; Windows 7, IE8).

Once you remove the web services, the next time you access the web services menu you will be prompted to enable the web services once again. If you have removed we services and are still only seeing this option, then you may need to contact tech support for a semi-full reset.

HP LaserJet P2055dn Printer won't print the last page of documents & envelope problem

My HP LaserJet P2055dn Printer won't print the last page of documents until i send another document, then it will print the last page of the previous document, but omit the last page of the current document. I need to keep printing a blank page or any other page to get my previous documents completely printed. Also, the envelopes print with large rectangular boxes on them and no address (I don't know if this is a result of the previous stated problem or not - it started happening at the same time) I use the envelope feature in Microsoft Word 2010. I never used to have either of these problems - didn't make any changes to the system or add any software to the computer, so I know it's not that. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

This seems to be a commercial product. For the best chance at finding a solution I would suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support!

We installed a new router and changed the name of the router. Now my HP C4500 printer won't print.

I can't find any ot the Set Up stuff I used initially.

Get the latest software for your printer from the "Support & Drivers" link at the top of this page. When you start the installation it will ask what kind of installation you would like. Choose "Wireless" or "Network" then click "Next".
Eventually it will ask you to plug in a USB cable to the printer temporarily to communicate the new router's info to the printer. Make sure to not plug in the USB until it asks.

It would be great, if you could provide us with the following details:
1. The OS you are working on.
2. The version of MS Office installed on your machine.
3. A screenshot of the error message along with the scenario in which the same is displayed.
4. How exactly did you go about updating Reader 11.0.02 to 11.0.03. Was it via the updater mechanism or by downloading the patch from the Adobe site.
Also, it would be great if you could let us know if there was any other Windows or Antivirus related updates applied on your machine in the same timeframe as the Reader update.

Is it possible to enable the Web Services for eprint on the CP1025nw

I am using the HP Laserjet CP1025nw
It is connected to a wired network with a fixed IP address.
I am using Windows 7 64bit
When I click enable to complete the Web Services setup - it fails telling me to check the internet connection.
The internet is working fine and all other aspects of the printer are working so how do I complete this setup??
Any suggestions please?

If not than please include the operating system you are using and the build of the Operating system i.e. Win 7 sp1 64 bits. As well as router you are using. You can find the General prices for the printheads HERE, if you only have to replace one its ok, but keep in mind that the other printhead are likely to be just as old and might break down as wel.

I'm on a mac and my printer won't print

I'm on a mac and it sends the document to my printer (Hp Photosmart 4680 all in one) but the printer won't print. My printer has been working just fine and now it won't print. Am I doing something wrong. This happened once before and I got frustrated with and left it for about 2 days, I had tried everything I could think of, unplugging for an hour or more, uninstalling and reinstalling, checked ink levels they were fine. Then all of a sudden it started to work again. I just turned on my computer and printer and amazingly it just started to print. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what did you do? Or does anyone have any suggestions of what I may be doing wrong!

Do you have HP software installed (in your Applications folder)? If so and you got it from the printer CD, let's get rid of it:
Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard/ click on HP Uninstaller
Click on Continue
Highlight your device on the left pane
Hold the Ctrl, Opt and Cmd keys and click on Uninstall
There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall ALL hp software. (At this point, if you continue, any HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
Click Continue and let it finish
Now, run a Software Update.
Next, remove and re-install the printer in System Preferences, Print & Fax.
You do not need the software now since Snow Leopard has both print & scan drivers built-in. Scan from Preview or Image Capture apps. Scanning from the front panel of the printer does not yet work.

My HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-One printer won´t print out documents, just pictures. I´ve used the printer, since it was new on the marked, and it has worked perfectly until a few weeks back. There is no problem printing out pictures, but only blank pages comes out when I´m printing out documents. Regardless if it is Word, Excel etc.
I´ve never used anything else than original cartridges, and the printer is used on Mac OS X 10.7.4. I´ve tried to reinstall the printer several times without any success.
Can anyone help me?
