Name of the computer

Hi,
Is it possible to know the name of the computer of the user how is executing a SQL statement, with a SQL or a PL/SQL function ?

You can also create customs triggers:
[email protected]> create table t(id int);
Table created.
[email protected]> create table t_log(id int,host varchar2(30));
Table created.
[email protected]> create trigger t_ins_trig before insert on t
2 for each row
3 begin
4 insert into t_log values(:new.id,sys_context('userenv','host'));
5 end;
6 /
Trigger created.
[email protected]> insert into t values(1)
2 /
1 row created.
[email protected]> select * from t_log;
ID HOST
