Need more time to pay

Hi I have tried to get through to customer service to ask for more time to pay my bill. I went through to the automated service but it stated if I dont pay my bill by the 7th November my phone line will be cut. I really need to keep my service active for very personal reasons. I wanted an extension to clear the bill in full by Wedensday the 12th November. I am really worried as I need my phone for  my work and family. I have just recently gone back to full time employment which is the reason for the delay. Can anyone who works for BT try to assist me on this ? Thank you for reading. D.

    Send an email to [email protected] remember to include your BT account number, telephone number and a link to this thread and they will have a look in to it for you.
    But to be honest though I don't think you'll have much hope even if you have payed part of your bill, as BT may not give you more time to pay the rest of it off and you may end up facing being cut off along with facing additional charges regardless of circumstances.

  • What's status of my order?  We need more time to process your order.

    I cannot find on the Adobe site where to find the status of an order.
    Last Saturday I placed an online order for an annual subscription to the CC Photography package.  After I had completed all the steps a message was displayed on my browser that read something like "We need more time to process your order."  There was also a statement that said something to the effect that I would be contacted by email the next business day, but I have seen nothing.
    I'm certain this is not the place for questions about order status, but when I followed the steps in Contact Us, this is where I wound up.  I prefer to use email or the internal messaging system rather than phone, so I can have a record of what was said.

    This has been a colossal hassle.  Notice there's no reply to my question here about how to contact whoever the rep res referring me to.
    When you go through the order process it doesn't ask how your name appears on the credit card.  I'm "Dave" here, but on my credit card I'm David.  Maybe that's why it didn't go through.  Maybe it isn't wise to order on the weekends (I placed my order on a Saturday).
    In two chat sessions the rep said he (or she) would escalate the case and I'd hear in 24-48 hours.    Never heard a thing.
    I finally went through the order process on a Friday, edited my profile with my real name and it went right through.  I chose to download Photoshop CC 2014.  I got a Web page with the header Downloading now... or something like that.  But there was no activity indicator.  I tired the forum but the entire forum was down.  Finally after a useless chat I opted to start the download again.  The CC Application Manager started up and displayed a progress bar.  When it was finished I got a message saying the download had failed.  After a couple more tries I got PS and Bridge downloaded successfully then downloaded Lightroom.  BTW, you don't get the install files.  It installs as it downloads.  You can't tell it where you want it installed.  For us with a tiny boot SSD it's a squeeze.
    I've reactivated my Lynda.com membership and am catching up on what's new in PS CC 2013 and 2014.  Photoshop CC seems to be behaving OK, but I'm not sure if Adobe is ready for prime time.  Do you suppose they had a hand in crafting Healthcare.gov?.

    Have you tried a reset to see if that improves the speed ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

  • Need more days to pay

    Hi tried to get through to BT customer support but could only get through to automated service with regards to telling BT when I will pay my bill as I am needing a few more days to pay My phone line is due to stop outgoing calls from tomorrow but cant clear my bill until Wedensday 11th Feb so am really stuck as my phone / net connection massivly important for my work. Is there any contact numbers or anyone I could speak to in person to try get a 4 day further extension without having my services cut. Thanks for reading.

  • A final reminder after arranged more time to pay ?...

    hi i received a final reminder saying we still having received your payment after recent reminder .... this first email ive got. 
    background to this is . first a changed my monthly bill to quartely bill at set amount bt then changed this amount to almost double at 113 per month due to a one off large phone bill so i cancelled DD and on date the amount was due i paid by card the 113. i then called customer service asking to change back to monthly as the whole quartly bill was wanting for 3 months in advance which i said i dont want be paying for something 3 months in advance so she said i could have extra time pay off the whole bill then i could change back to monthly that date was 10th october. now this time tomorrow i may be restricted and have late payment charge and may have pay extra to get phone back on. i had already arranged on the phone that i have til the 10th october to pay the rest of .....

  • Wake up needs more time.

    Hello, it started today when I laptop is in sleep and I open it need 4,5 seconds to wake up its like frozen, can somebody help me plesase

    the easy way to solve this:
    when your java program starts up, start another thread who's sole purpose is to retrieve that information and stick it somewhere.
    Then when your main program gets to the setup hopefully that information is available.
    Its especially useful if you are displaying a splash screen during startup. You can be doing your background processing (retrieving locale) info during that time.

  • I have a MBP with service center for last 21 days. The issue is device doesn't boot up. They are replacing part by part logic board, hard disk, wires and still they need more time. No confidence over there service wing. How to get MBP replacement?

    I submitted my MBP 2012 model to service center on
    1. August 12: They reinstalled OS. Took it back on 13th evening
    2. August 14: They did some hardware check and reinstalled OS. Took it back on 20th evening
    3. August 21: Stil with service center, they are investigating
    What service they are providing.
    Very bad experience with apple.

    After august 21:
    They changed logic borad and told me that HDD is fine.
    After few days I called back they told me HDD is faulty.
    I do not know rather they do not know what is the issue.
    Thats why I want complete replacement of MBP.
    Then they say about policies.
    I want to get MBP replaced, as the warranty has expired on 28th.
    I do not know whether they can resolve issue or not
    The super advisors from apple team are also co-ordinating still it is taking too long.
    So my question is I need a repacement, How to get it?

    VIdeos need longer to load and when i press the play button it plays only 7sec. iOS 7 was bether in this!!

    How do I let this tween finish fading before doing the next thing? I'm thinking it needs a listener from the event class?

    This is what I used and seems to work. I just don't know if it is "clunky"
    or not as there seems to be a fair bit of redundency in the code:
    (where's the as code instert button on this forum?)
    contact and purchase buttons bring up a text field with text from a .txt file... want to fade in and fade out. In this example, you can go from "contact" to "purchases" or vice versa and the previous text will fade out before the current one fades in.
