you can check with "BUT * " realated to Business partner.
and FM's are also there with "BUPA*".

Hi,
You can check table BUT000 for BP general data.
For Org data check CRMD_ORGMAN and BUT100 for Roles.
I think these are sufficient for the fields mentioned from your side, if it doesn't suffice let me know.

Dear Ilango,
To identify the free goods given till now
fetch the matnr in VBAP where item category = tann.
Check VBAP table in the above logic and the list of matnr will solve your requirement.
To get the condition record details of free goods.
Or maintian/ display a record in VBN1
Press F1 and find the table where the record is getting saved.

I think there are no seperate tables for "bill to party". All business partners are stored in common tables - BUT000 & related tables. Bill-to-party is one of the roles (or partner function) which a business partner can take.

Table for IS-U contracts in CRM after download

Hi Gurus,
table EVERH in R/3 IS-U was filled with a few contracts. Initial Download of SI_CONTRACT was successful according to SMW01 amd R3AM1 says 1 Block has been transfered with SI_CONTRACT
But i cannot check the results, in which table the contracts are saved in CRM?

Though I am late in reponding and you might have found out an answer.
You can find the data in various tables/views. If you are on CRM 2007 or above you can use following:
1. CRMV_ISU_INDEX_H
2. CRMV_ISU_INDEX_I
This view will also give you corresponding IS-Contract Ids else you can look at
CRMD_ORDERADM_H
But here you'll have to depend on CRM Contract Id number range.

Master data Templates have to be prepared based on Client's requirement after understanding their Business.
For example, in Equipment master there are ~ 60 to 70 feilds, no client requires all of them. Some are inherited.
After client requirement freezing, record LSMW and based on that prepare the Template.

My concern is if you send any file to personal email ID then other SDNer will not get any benifits from your valuable suggestion/inputs. so instead you can sent it to SDN moderator who will help to upload the document and provide you link which you can include in your reply. (see the process in welcome and rule of engagement thread).
We all are here to help eachother, but of course we can not exclude other SDNer when giving our inputs.

Table for BP sales area in CRM 7.0

This is regarding the BP tables in CRM where assigned sales area information is saved. I could not able to figure out in which table I can see only assigned sales areas. I have checked tables like CRMM_BUT_LNK0140, CRMM_BUT_LNK0141, CRMM_BUT_LNK0010, CRMM_BUT_FRG0080, CRMM_BUT_FRG0081. In these table I can see all the sales areas in the systems for a single BP. But I am looking for only maintained sales areas for a single BP.
Could you please advise in which tables I can find this info and how to pull exact information.

DB CRMV_BP_FRG0140 returns Sls group, office and organization, but no Sales area. I would simply like to check sales area for two organizations.
Example (how it should be):
-sales organization: 1, sales area: blank
-sales organization: 2, sales area: 1000
I can find sales organization in different table, but can't find sales area, even in Tx BP (under sold-to-party role, Sales Area Data section. Any suggestions?
