Need solution on rendering problem

Hi..
I have two queries.
1)Say if i have 3 portlets in a page.
If a user have access to any one portlet ,that page should be displayed. But if user dont have access to all the 3 portlets then the entire page should not be displayed.
Similarly..In a book...if all the pages dont have entitlement to the user, then book should not be displayed dynamically.
2)In the main menu, say we have 3 books.
Book1 have 4 pages as dropdown menu...in which one page1 is entitled to user B.
When user login..in the main menu..book1 name is shown ..but the drop down menu to display page 1 is not coming..but when i visit the other pages and come back..it is correctly showing the drop down..
Do any one have an idea..of why this rendering problem is comming and how to achieve both 1 and 2 of above problems.
A quick response is much appreciated...
Thanks
Joshika

1) BookBackingContext bbc = BookBackingContext.getBookBackingContext(request);
List children = bbc.getPageBackingContexts(); // this returns only entitled children
check the size of the list and if zero set the book as not visible / not active / return false from pre-render (i cant recollect which one works now). As before setting the union of the entitlements on the book is the easiest soln
Do you mean given a userName get his entitlements ? I dont think this is easily possible - there is no direct api anyway(especially considering the fact that say entitlements can depend on session values so how would you get the entitlements for a different user given that he may not have logged in, much less know the current values in his session)
If your entitlements are only based on Groups/ Users then you can essentially derive this information.
If it is based on UUP then you can derive this information if you are willing to hardcode the knowledge of the entitlement rule in code.
If it is complete dynamic and uses all the features
You might try
a. Use HTTPServletRequestWrapper to spoof the request especially its principal and pass it to the API's. This probably might not work because it depends on the bea implemention whether it gets the subject from the thread and not from the request
b. Use IdentityAssertion and make a Separate HTTPRequest to say a custom servlet/jsp which will return you the logged in user's entitlements. the identity assertion spoof's the user you are interested in . Again this wont work for entitlements that are defined using Session / Request Property Sets.

My 500 GB can't verify nor repair. I have photoshop work that I need to recover. I would like to know what option would be the best solution for this problem?

You appear to have two issues: 1) a hard drive that is not working properly and 2) files you wish to recover.
Re 1) you need to answer Kappy's questions.
Re 2) does the drive load and can you see your photo files? If so can you copy them to another drive?
Do you not have a backup of the photo files?

No Flash for iPads, iPhones, or iPods
Here's why there's is no Flash available for iDevices or other mobile devices. Adobe was unable to provide a product that was suitable to the needs of battery powered mobile devices used for Internet browsing. Existing Flash technology used too much memory, ate battery life, and was buggy. Simply put Flash did not work well on mobile devices.
Apple's Steve Jobs led the escape from Flash dependency when Apple introduced the iPhone, and later introduced the iPad. There was a hue and cry over the omission. Time proved Jobs was right on target.
So this is why there is no Flash for your iPhone or iPad or iPod nor for most SmartPhones. Flash has been abandoned by many sites in favor of supported technologies such as HTML5 or by providing their own custom app.
Here is Steve Jobs official comment on his momentous decision to omit Flash from iDevices: Steve Jobs on Flash.
Here is Adobe's later announcement to cease development of Flash for mobile devices: Adobe on Mobile Flash.
Now, you are not necessarily out on a limb. There are some apps that can display some Flash, but don't count on there ability to display anything using Flash.
Apps that can display some Flash from the Web:
    Puffin
    SkyFire
    Photon Flash
    Browse2Go
    iSwifter
Also, note that many sites that use Flash provide their own app for accessing their material. So check with your favorite sites and find out if "there's an app for that."

but,i already put the volume to higher posible ( full volume )..

Some devices may need to have their software reset in order to see the latest benefits, or to resolve other potential problems. - Ensure you have the latest version of Nokia PC Suite. - Backup your device memory to your PC using Nokia PC Suite - Copy your files (music, videos, documents, images etc) from the Nokia N91 hard drive to your PC (use of USB mass storage recommended). - Copy any original SISX, Java, etc. installation files for your applications, themes, etc. from your Nokia N91 hard drive or memory card to your PC. (Do not simply copy over the installed directories/files.) - If your device has an internal hard drive, format your Nokia device’s hard drive by selecting Tools > Hard drive > Options > Format hard drive > Quick format (instructions are also in user the guide). - After the device has completely started up again, reset your device memory by selecting Menu > Tools > Settings > Phone > General > Orig. Phone Settings and entering 12345. - Restore your device memory from your PC using Nokia PC Suite by selecting Backup from the PC Suite menu and then selecting Restore. - Copy any hard drive or memory card contents from your memory card or PC back to your clean hard drive or memory card. - Re-install your applications/themes. • Rendering problem solution

I played around with various combinations hoping that the various e-mails sent to Apple would shed some light on this stupid rendering problem.
I've not tried to actually burn a copy directly but then again I wouldn't use iDVD for that anyway, there are much better third party solutions for burning a DVD. Thus my attempt centered on just getting a VIDEO_TS folder created that could be watched by any DVD player on a MAC.
The solution as was hinted in some previous posts is that with iDVD v 7.0.1 you should ignore the version 7 themes. I've done most of the version 6.0 themes and they seem to work but haven't gone further back to version 5.0. What is clear is that NONE of the version 7.0 themes will render. A shame as I liked one in particular for a project I'm building, however I can't delay any further so I settled on a version 6 theme.
I hope this helps others who've faced this issue.
    siberian

I am not sure what your question is, but iDVD projects can have 3 different outputs:
    1) Burn a DVD directly
    2) Save as a Disk Image
    3) Save as a VIDEO_TS folder
Number 3 gives you what I think you are looking for. On a Mac you just drag that VIDEO_TS folder onto your DVD player application and your DVD starts.

  • Spry Menu Bar 2.0 (1.0) - Handling of widget generated CSS, placement and rendering problems in CSS

    Hello:
I wanted to repost my question to re-frame the issue based on what I have learned thus far.
I am working on a website that has been developed using the Spry Menu Bar Framework UI (2.0) I.0, that has some peculiar rendering problems that affect IE 6 in particular.  The CSS is reprinted below.
In particular, when I post the widget generated CSS in the head as it is orginally situated by the framework, the menu bar works fine.  However, it seemed to me that I should be able to reduce page weight (an important consideration considering my target population) by placing it in the general style sheet governing the entire site.
When I place the styles at the beginning of the style sheet the menu doesn't render at all in any of the browsers (IE 6+, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Netscape, etc.) as it conflicts with the general rules governing links that appear later in the style sheet.  When I place the styles specific to the Menu bar at the end of the style sheet, then the menu bar renders properly in all browsers except IE 6.
The odd thing is that the only way to ensure that the menu bar works in IE 6 is to keep the menu related styles in the head of each page.  This raises problems related to page weight (not an insurmountable consideration if no other solution can be found) but still an issue.  Likewise I need to support IE 6, again given the target audience/population.  The issue obviously has something to do with specificity, but I am not certain that is the only consideration at work here.  I have not tried the !important selector in regard to the menu, as IE 6 seems to only partially support this.
Thanks in advance for any advice or insight that can be provided.  Thanks in particular to Martin for his contributions to my earlier question related to this issue.
    Steve Webster.
The CSS governing the horizontal menu bar is as follows:  (currently the following CSS is embedded in the head of the web page)
    <style type="text/css">
/*  -- Begins Spry Menu Widget 2.0 (1.0) Horizontal menu bar Custom styles --  */
    /* BeginOAWidget_Instance_2141544: #MenuBar */
/* Settable values for skinning a Basic menu via presets. If presets are not sufficient, most skinning should be done in
these rules, with the exception of the images used for down or rightpointing arrows, which are in the file SpryMenuBasic.css
These assume the following widget classes for menu layout (set in a preset)
.MenuBar - Applies to all menubars - default is horizontal bar, allsubmenus are vertical - 2nd level subs and beyond are pull-right.
.MenuBarVertical - vertical main bar; all submenus are pull-right.
You can also pass in extra classnames to set your desired top levelmenu bar layout. Normally, these are set by using a preset.
They only apply to horizontal menu bars:
MenuBarLeftShrink - The menu bar will be horizontally 'shrinkwrapped' to be just large enough to hold its items, and left aligned
MenuBarRightShrink - Just like MenuBarLeftShrink, but right aligned
MenuBarFixedLeft - Fixed at a specified width set in the rule '.MenuBarFixedLeft', and left aligned.
MenuBarFixedCentered -  - Fixed at a specified width set in the rule '.MenuBarFixedCentered',
and centered in its parent container.
MenuBarFullwidth - Grows to fill its parent container width.
In general, all rules specified in this file are prefixed by #MenuBar so they only apply to instances of the widget inserted along
with the rules. This permits use of multiple MenuBarBasic widgets onthe same page with different layouts. Because of IE6 limitations,
there are a few rules where this was not possible. Those rules are so noted in comments.
    #MenuBar  {
        background-color:transparent;
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; /* Specify fonts on onMenuBar and subMenu MenuItemContainer, so MenuItemContainer,
                                                    MenuItem, and MenuItemLabel
at a given level all use same definition for ems.
Note that this means the size is also inherited to child submenus,
so use caution in using relative sizes other than
                                                    100% on submenu fonts. */

in this section. These have very low specificity, so be careful not to accidentally override them. */

/* IE6 rules - you can delete these if you do not want to support IE6 */
/* A note about multiple classes in IE6.
    * Some of the rules above use multiple class names on an element forselection, such as "hover" (MenuItemHover) and "has a subMenu"(MenuItemWithSubMenu),
    * giving the selector '.MenuItemWithSubMenu.MenuItemHover'.
    * Unfortunately IE6 does not support using mutiple classnames in aselector for an element. For a selector such as '.foo.bar.baz', IE6ignores
    * all but the final classname (here, '.baz'), and sets thespecificity accordingly, counting just one of those classs assignificant. To get around this
    * problem, we use the plugin in SpryMenuBarIEWorkaroundsPlugin.js to generate compound classnames for IE6, such as 'MenuItemWithSubMenuHover'.
    * Since there are a lotof these needed, the plugin does not generate the extra classes formodern browsers, and we use the CSS2 style mutltiple class
    * syntax for that. Since IE6 both applies rules where
    * it should not, and gets the specificity wrong too, we have to order rules carefully, so the rule misapplied in IE6 can be overridden.
    * So, we put the multiple class rule first. IE6 will mistakenly apply this rule.  We follow this with the single-class rule that it would
    * mistakenly override, making sure the  misinterpreted IE6 specificity is the same as the single-class selector, so the latter wins.
    * We then create a copy of the multiple class rule, adding a '.SpryIsIE6' class as context, and making sure the specificity for
    * the selector is high enough to beat the single-class rule in the "both classes match" case. We place the IE6 rule at the end of the
    * css style block to make it easy to delete if you want to drop IE6 support.
    * If you decide you do not need IE6 support, you can get rid of these,as well as the inclusion of the SpryMenuBarIEWorkaroundsPlugin.jsscript.
    * The 'SpryIsIE6' class is placed on the HTML element by the script in SpryMenuBarIEWorkaroundsPlugin.js if the browser isInternet Explorer 6. This avoids the necessity of IE conditionalcomments for these rules.

    Hi Nancy:
The specific code that I am referring to is the CSS code governing the styling of the spry menu widget that only works in IE 6 if, and only if, it remains in the head of the web page.  If removed and placed in a stylesheet, the IE plugins fail to compensate for the IE 6 "gap" bug.  As I said, it doesn't make sense to me that, assuming specificity is addressed, that these can not be included in an external style sheet.  I am looking for a) an explanation why they must remain embedded in the web page; and 2) any means by which I might be able to export them.
I will reproduce the specific css style (code) below:  it should also be visable through reveal source --
    Thanks again, Steve Webster.
The CSS governing the horizontal menu bar is as follows:  (currently the following CSS is embedded in the head of the web page)
    <style type="text/css">
/*  -- Begins Spry Menu Widget 2.0 (1.0) Horizontal menu bar Custom styles --  */
    /* BeginOAWidget_Instance_2141544: #MenuBar */
    #MenuBar  {
        background-color:transparent;
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; /* Specify fonts on onMenuBar and subMenu MenuItemContainer, so MenuItemContainer,
                                                    MenuItem, and MenuItemLabel
at a given level all use same definition for ems.

    * Some of the rules above use multiple class names on an element forselection, such as "hover" (MenuItemHover) and "has a subMenu"(MenuItemWithSubMenu),
    * giving the selector '.MenuItemWithSubMenu.MenuItemHover'.

  • Premiere CC to AME - H.264 nightmare rendering problems with CUDA on rMBP

I've been struggling for weeks trying to troubleshoot and narrow down my encoding nightmare on my own and I have finally succumbed to getting the forum's or Adobe's Help.
    Problem:
Rendering a Premiere Pro CC project with via Export Media > Queue to AME in H.264 causes the encode to randomly fail on multiple projects.
I find it quite amazing that this error happens as I surely am not the only one rendering ProRes to H.264 on a new Macbook Pro!
    Symptom:
Output preview starts to flicker then encoding stops randomly, preview window turns to a black screen or simply stalls while the Elapsed Time keeps rolling, PProheadless crashes in Console, encoding sometimes resumes after several minutes post the crash (but sometimes not) however the final output in such case is garbled before/after the crash. Computer is useable. All other software shutdown. Not using computer during encode. Can reproduce virtually every time.
    Hardware:
    Early 2013 Retina Macbook Pro
Processor  2.8 GHz Intel Core i7
    Memory  16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics  NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB

Crashed Thread:  0  Dispatch queue: com.apple.main-thread
    Exception Type:  EXC_CRASH (SIGSEGV)

    Full Crash report:
    http://pastebin.com/a93cNVqk
    Attempts to solve the issue:
    Tried encoding without external montior
Tried encoding with source on internal HDD, output internal HDD, source exterbak RAID, output internal HDD
Tried encoding with AME while Premiere is open in the background and without it opened in the background
Uninstalled other software that could mess with the graphics: Colormunki, Parallels.
Software mode is fine on all attempts in AME however encoding takes 2-3x longer. On a $3000 laptop it's not really great.
Encoding directly via Export Media > Export without Queuing to Adobe Media Encoder seems to work fine. I have not tried this too many times because I need to render multiple outputs and doing it without AME means a lot of 'sitting and waiting' to click Export for the next format. This is not an option.
    Tried deleting the Media Cache
Completely reinstalled OS X 10.8.4 from scratch with no other software running and tried to export. Same problem.
Performed Apple hardward test. No problems.
    To Test:
I'm planning on installing Bootcamp so I can test the problem in the Windows version and I could pinpoint it to a hardware problem rather than a software problem.
    Notes:
Problem happens with CUDA and Open CL modes although in Open CL mode, the whole computer tends to freeze intead of just 'stalling'.
Editing and playback inside Premiere is OK! Even encoding out of Premiere is OK directly but not useful for me as I need to render each project to 5 different H.264 formats.
I hope you guys or Adobe's Support can find a solution to this problem because I'm really stuck between a rock and a hard place.
I've submitted a bug report but their reply is not very comforting:
but their bug report says "Due to the volume of submissions we receive, responses to inquiries are generally not possible. However, we may contact you if we need clarification on your submission." Nice.

Yes I considered your "solution" of just upgrading to Adobe CC but on principal I don't want to have to shell out more money to "fix" the problem. I was able to get an Adobe technician to view my screen in real time. He asked me where Prem Pro was after I opened it and my response was "precisely". The only evidence that Prem Pro is open is that there is the taskbar there with what appears to be fully functional drop down tabs but as far as the panels/workspace goes non-existent! He has "escalated" the matter I'll let you know what occurs next. I have tried using the software mode and there is no change. Like you I have wondered about a hardware proplem but I have checked via Disk Utility and there doesn't appear to be any? The CUDA issue well a) I am not sure how I would revert to previous drivers and b) when I re-installed Prem Pro from disc (that's version 6.0.0.) the only render option it gave me was Software only but that was also greyed out. Prem Pro still did not open up as it should!
I'll let you know what transpires.

  • Graphics rendering problem in web dynpro

    Hi all,
I have a problem using BusinessGraphics in my web dynpro application. I got the "Graphics Rendering Problem". Reading some foruns, Ive read in some thread that I have to have 5 files under my igs/conf folder of SAP installation, but I have only 2 (gwfchart.tpl and xmlchart.tpl).
One proposed solution is to apply one patch to my igs server.
    My question is....
    - How do I dowload the patches ? From where ? I couldnt find a download link.
    Thanks in advance,

    Hi,
the corresponding note for the IgsUrl paramter mentioned by Rich is <a href="http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/704604">704604</a>.
I think you should check this first before you upgrade your IGS installation. Note <a href="http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/931900">931900</a> shows you how to find out the IGS patchlevel. Then you see if your IGS is running (correct) and maybe an upgrade is needed also.

  • AVCHD clip's always needs to get rendered when inserting. Media info about .mts file attached

    Hi
I have previously discussed this problem in another thread. I have .mts files that I insert in a project (project preset set to PAL-AVCHD Full-HD)....when inserting i always need to render the clips and as many peole have mentioned, this should not be needed, instead PrEl should take care of this by itself..and it really sunds weird if it doesnt...
So, why is this happen...i get so frustrated when I have to re-render the clips all the time, since also - it takes a looong time for jsut tiny tiny clips ? I posted the hardware specs I have two days ago in this same forum, and it looks from the answers I got that this hardware should be enough for not having to wait several minutes to jsut add a 6 second AVCHD clip ?
Please look at below image that is a screenshot from MediaInfo about the details for my .mts file I'm trying to add - resulting in new rendering needed, plus the fact that it takes about 5 minutes to render it ??
Please, suggestion or solutions ? I'm lost...I got feedback yesterday that this is a known problem with both PrEl 8 and PrEl 9 ..that AVCHD clips needs to get rendered manually when they are added....i.e a known bug in these versions ?? Any experience ? How can I move forward, I have problems to understand that such bug should exist without anysolution and/or workaround since I see this as a feature that MUST work for people not getting crazy :-)

    Hi Neale
many thanks for your time trying to help me out.....
Please see my answers below in bold, hope you and/or someone else can help me with some further answers
Are you opening a project created in PRE8 with PRE9? If yes, that is the most likely cause of the problem. Create a new PRE9 project and see if the same problems after you import the clip and save the project. No, I'm only working in Pr 8.0 - I have this problem as soon as I add a clip..not that into the different formats, just know that the best possible output from my camera (Canon HF10) should be AVCHD..thats why I added teh detailed info from "MediaInfo". can you tell from that info I'm correct, i.e that the .mts file is really AVCHD as expected ? Just to help me confirm that. So, I havent been using PrEl 9.0...another person two days ago told me that PrEl 9 also got similar problems as I reported for my PrEl 8.0 ?
When you first added the clip to your project did you receive any messages that the file was not suitable for the format? If so did you accept the offered preset? If you didn't start a new PRE9 project and this time accept the offer. No, I did not get any messages as all about the format. Occasionally I get something like "Do you want to fix the quality in the clip" ..cant recall exactelly what the message is, but its for sure nothing about the format
When you put it into the project, did you have a red line running the length of the timeline? If you do then your preset is not correct (this is purely PRE9. PRE8 always required rendering AVCHD footage).Yes, always when I add a clip I get this red line. If I understand everything correctly this means I have to hit ENTER key to create a preview file....thats my second problem - as soon as I do that, it renders the clip very very slowly although I should have prety good hardware (According to spec posted two days ago).
So, as a summary. Do you think that buying Premiere Elements 9.0 should get rid of this problem when adding AVCHD ? If that is the case, I feel I just want to be sure about this and that I will not experience the problem again. Can it not just be some setting that is, by default, not correct in Premiere El 8.0 that is causing this or is this really a known bug without fixes available from Adobe?
    Best Regards
    Helmut

  • HI i have tried so many times to import images, both pictures and video from my hard drive to elements 131, and it keeps coming up with the error message " .....has stopped working we are looking for a solution to this problem etc " please help!

After taking days to upload elements 13 I am now having trouble even trying to import my images and videos into the program for editing. Each time I IMPORT files an error message comes up that says " ....has stopped working, we are looking for a solution to the problem and will notify you if a solution is found"  I have not been able to edit ANYTHING or even drag files/images to the time line.... is it me? is my computer too slow? surely if it was, then Adobe elements 13 would not have installed in the first place? please someone help me sort this out as I have a deadline to make for a docco! thanks in advance Lyddy

From the Premiere Elements Information FAQ http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1042180
•You MUST use an account with Administrator Privileges to run Premiere Elements
•(Doing Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 [says Encore and also for "All" versions of Premiere] will sometimes fix "odd" errors)
•What version of Premiere Elements? Include the minor version number (e.g., Premiere Elements 12 with the 12.1 update)
•What operating system? This should include specific minor version numbers, like "Mac OSX v10.9.4"---not just "Mac"
•Has this ever worked before?  If so, do you recall any changes you made to Premiere Elements, such as adding Plug-ins, brushes, etc.?  Did you make any changes to your system, such as updating hardware, printers or drivers; or installing/uninstalling any programs?
•Have you installed any recent program or OS updates? (If not, you should. They fix a lot of problems.)
•What kind(s) of image file(s)? When talking about camera raw files, include the model of camera.
•If you are getting error message(s), what is the full text of the error message(s)?
•What were you doing when the problem occurred?
•What other software are you running?
•Tell us about your computer hardware. How much RAM is installed?  How much free space is on your system (C:) drive?
•How many and what speed are your hard drive(s)... ie 5400rpm or 7200rpm or?
    And some other questions...
•What are you editing, and does your video have an orange line over it BEFORE you do any work?
•Which version of Quicktime do you have installed?
•What is your exact brand/model graphics adapter (ATI or nVidia or ???)
•What is your exact graphics adapter driver version?
•Have you gone to the vendor web site to check for a newer driver?
•For Windows, do NOT rely on Windows Update to have current driver information
•-you need to go direct to the vendor web site and check updates for yourself

  • I'm exhausted of trying to find a solution to a problem created by Apple. I have moved to iCloud, following your instructions and now I can not use my mobileme e-mail address. How can I contact directly with Apple, not just an automatic reply phone number

I'm exhausted of trying to find a solution to a problem created by Apple. I have moved to icloud following all your instructions and now I can not use my mobile me e-mail address. I can not activate icloud because when I put my e-mail address it answers that somebody is already using my address. I have my old e-mails, but I can not receive any e-mail or send them.
I have contacted Apple Technical Support in Spain and I was sent an e-mail saying that I have to call a phone number and when I call it is always an answering machine who answers that says that I have to pay 50€ for a consultation or wait for 10 minutes. When I have made the consultation it was never mentioned that I have to pay 50€ for a phone consultation. If I don't want to wait I have to pay for the Apple Tecnical Support which cost 250 €, this was not mentioned in the technical support page.
Can somebody let me know how can I contact Apple in another way in order to talk with a human being or chat directly? I was very happy just using my mobileme e-mails, I didn't need any clouds and I was force by Apple to registered if I want to continue using my mobileme e-mail address.

  • Need advise on a problem one of my customer have with properties going missing in Acrobat Reader

    Hi there.
I need some advise on a major problem I got with acrobat reader on one of my customer's laptop.
I might not have all the informations, but I can explain about everything that I could dig out of the problem.
One of my customer asked me to find a solution to his problem as he just bought a Mac laptop and he has only been using a Windows PC before. He needed a way to be able to manipulate some texts and picture on a file (template) that he print a couple of times each week. I have built a 2 pages PDF form for him and it was a success on every computer we tried it on, except for his new Mac Laptop.
Whenever we open the file on his laptop in acrobat reader, every single properties of any forms are not readed.
    Those "missing" properties include :
    - Everything in the "Text field property" which include size, choice of font (I specifically took a system font available on both PC and Mac and tested it on another Mac), alignment and apearances.
    - All forms, checks and buttons are resetted to a "default" appearance.
The names and ID of the forms seems to be correct and forms with the same name seems to work. (if he fills in one part, it automaticly fills some parts on the 2nd pages instead of having him rewrite the whole stuff.)
The sizes of the forms are correct too. It seems to only affect the form properties, but not the manually inserted javascript.
I tried to open another form PDF I took from the Web (gouvernment forms) and it seems like the problem is not from my file as it happen with all PDF files with forms.
I checked his Acrobat Reader version and it seems like it's up to date, as well as his java software.
Since I couldn't do a full check-up and tried to reinstall Acrobat Reader and java as I only had about 20 minutes to check things, I'm asking around before taking that kind of option into account.
If any got any idea or have already experienced that kind of strange thing, please tell me where could the problem be.
    Thanks!

The file is opened manually with Adobe Reader directly on the customer's computer harddrive. (Right click on the file directly stored on the desktop. "Open with ..." and then select "Adobe Reader". The program showed on the top bar is Acrobat Reader and it's hard to mix it up as it's totally different from the "Preview" program on the Mac.)
If I opened it with Preview (on the Mac), it was even LESS buggy. While some options  are not accessible in Preview (mainly those who use javascripts or adobe reader/acrobat only features), the visual that aren't working in Adobe Reader were working fine. Since some basic options aren't available in Preview, my customer needs to use it in Adobe Reader.
I can garanty that the problem is related to Adobe Reader and/or maybe background process that Adobe Reader uses (for exemple : Java, C++, etc.)
I asked around to know if someone have already experienced this issue and if they have found a way to repair it without doing a full reinstall of every kind of process that Adobe Reader uses.
Also, if I'm doing a clean up for a restoration of Adobe Reader, is there any other program to reinstall then Adobe Reader and Java?
