Need to display Information message in two lines - Alignment problem

Hi all,
In a screen program, I am trying to display an information/Confirmation message to confirm few things from user side. For this I am using POPUP_TO_CONFIRM FM. This FM enables me to display a text question.
My question would be "'New Price 400 is lesser than particular Product's Regular Price."
"Do you want to continue and save the changes made?".
I am finding it difficult to align these two lines in the popup window.
I want to be displayed in two lines. Just like how it appears above.

How to display mapviewer labels in two lines instead of one?

I have been using the addJDBCTheme to display the map along with the labels as follows:
mapviewer.addJDBCTheme("aaa","a", "SELECT geom, col1 || ':' || col2 label_value from table_name","GEOM","","styleName","label_value","T.ROAD NAME" ,false);
So the label is displayed as col1Value:col2Value.
Now I need to display the label as follows:
col1Value
col2Value
I tried using this
mapviewer.addJDBCTheme("aaa","a", "SELECT geom, col1 || chr(10) || col2 label_value from table_name","GEOM","","styleName","label_value","T.ROAD NAME" ,false);
But it doesnt work. This displays col1Valuecol2Value
So I tried using this:
mapviewer.addJDBCTheme("aaa","a", "SELECT geom, col1 label_value from table_name UNION ALL SELECT geom, col2 label_value from table_name","GEOM","","styleName","label_value","T.ROAD NAME" ,false);
This actually works. Meaning it displays the label in two lines. But the two lines are almost attached together, there is no space between them at all. It is sometimes very difficult to read.
Would really appreciate any suggestions to resolve this issue.
Is there any other solution to display a label in two lines? I tried changing the label style to set the line-height. But that does'nt work either.

Multiline label aren't supported as yet.
JayantDoes MapViewer 10.1.3 (the latest version for present) support it?

Need to display the messages in a view which has the pop up on it

Hello all,
I have a view(View 1) in which if i click a button a pop up is being displayed.
Now on the pop up(which has view 2 of window 2) i have a button(Ok) and if i click it then based on a condition i need to close the pop up and then display the message in the message area of View 1.
Now if i click the button on the Pop up then it is being closed and the message is not being displayed on view 2.
I think the message is being displayed on the pop up and is being closed after that.
How can i display my message on View 1.
Any ideas...Please help

Not able to Display Information message fully

Here I hav some problem in displaying a information message in the output.
My requirment is to display a information message--->
MESSAGE i008(zmsgkc1) with 'Chapter Id is not updated Please log a complain with IBM Helpdesk with ChapterID no'.

while we r executing it it is showing information message in the o/p like with below fragmented text
'Chapter Id is not updated Please log a complain wi'
As we know maximum character limit for displayin info messge is 72 but if it is more than 72 like my case how should i approach to solve the problem.
Is there any other way to display my full message what i mentioned above ???

Unable to display information message written inside badi

Hi All,
In customer creation i want to display Info message after pessing save button. I have written the message inside the badi. I can see my message in debugging mode in status bar, which on debugging mode off can't able to see. I tried with more than 25 scenarios got from SDN forum as well as suggested by someone.
Please reply if u have implemented sucessfully the same kind of reqirement.

I wrote message inside the method preset sale area of badi customer_add_data.
The message ls "Message 'some text' type 'I' "
In debugging mode when the cursor reaches to my message then as soon as i press F5, this message get displayed in the status bar and with one more F5 it disappears.
So like this i wrote that the message appears only in fraction of second that when without debugging mode i process the transaction it doesn't appears and i can't see this.

What do I need to use unified messaging for single line voice mail

I am a solo practitioner, and would like to use UM to answer calls to my business number, locate me on my cell phone if appropriate, or give a non-business hours message, and take a secure message.
I do not want to use cell phone voice mail due to security concerns. I currently have a number that goes straight to a hippa compliant voice mail service only, but will not follow me on my cell. What is the minimal set up I need to forward calls to UM? Do
I actually need a physical phone, or would just a sim chip or some other service work?

Line Alignment Problem while sending Fax from SAP Script

Moderator message: please do not post the same question in different forums
Hi Experts,
While sending fax the horizontal lines are not displaying till the end of the page.
But in the print preview the lines are displying till the end.
If this is printed using local printer the lines are printing fine but the problem is with the fax.
Please provide me a solution for this.

Puzzling.
I've seen where the printed output doesn't match the print preview but not a fax not matching a print.
Do you use SAPConnect or the older SAPComm method for faxing?
How do you produce the horizontal lines? BOX commands, ULINE, '-', etc.?

Error message need to display on other screen

Hi All,
I have implemented the enhancement implimentation for one perticular transaction code and i am valdating the one field in the one sub screen and i am displaying the error message. but its displaying in that subcreen.
But my requirment is i need to display that message in another sub screen.
can any body tell me how it is possible to do the validations on one screen and displaying the error message in another screen.

Is that subscreen is under tabstrip.....then you can use the sy-ucomm ....

The one in c#, or windows programming environment. Is it possible?
A dialog box should appear when needed and display a message.
How can I achieve that?

hi,
yes it is possbel to have a pop window but for that you need to use some function modules some of them are mentioned below hope they help you.
1. POPUP_WITH_WARNING-->this is used to display warning
2 .POPUP_TO_DECIDE--> in this user gets 3 line of text and 3 options to choose
3.POPUP_FOR_CONDITIONS--> this an other fm used for dynami or condition during run time
4.POPUP_TO_DISPLAY_USERDATA--> this is intresting fm try it your own...
and you can have many more
just goto tcode SE37 and write POPUP_* and then F4 you will get a whole list of popup function module.

Display Error Message in ESS

Dear all,
I have a requirement in WEB DynPro, Our ESS system using WEB DynPro.
In ESS leave system need to display error message.ie
once leave approved, employees are not allowed to change the leave.
Any idea to write code to display error message.

Error messages can be displayed in two ways:
1. In the message area
2. As a popup
Below are the code snippets for it.

How can i display a message box when error comes in jsp?

Hi,
i need to display a message box whenever an error comes in my jsp. Actually my appln is that i am creating a bar chart using one applet by taking data from the database. When a user does not select a number data for y axis, now in the centre of the web page one java error is coming. "not in number format". it is looking very odd.
so i want to display the error in a message box whenever it comes as above. pls help me how can i do the same...

displaying as a message box?Either way. You can have the JSP send a message to the applet to display a message box. Or you can just have the JSP do it. or you can have the applet detremine if the JSP would produce an error and then display the message it would display.

as the front end. all the background works are doing
in servlet only.It should be the same in any case. Is the applet connecting to the JSP pages or are you having the browser do it?
