Net value ( Basicprice-discounts) / Report sales value/purchase value

Hi all
I want to do report reg sales order value vs purchase value.  I am taking  VPRS condition type for  purchase order value and which field i have to take for net value in billing.

hi,
u can both this data in vbrp table. for net value use the field vbrp_netwr and for the vbrp i suggest u put it in some unique subtotal field that can be caputured in vbrp table. if this not the case then u will have to create a join between vbrp and konv table to fetch this data. u  can use abap queries in both the cases.

  • MCE5 etc report incorrect purchase value/quantity

    We have found what we would consider a fault with the logistics information system for MM, such that the MCE5 family of reports will give misleading or incorrect information.
    The problem arises if you modify an existing PO item.  In our case we were splitting an old item so that the remaining delivery quantity was assigned to a different cost object.  The new item is recorded in S012 with the current date/period, but the corresponding reduction in the old item is recorded against the original creation date of that item. Hence, even though the net change in the PO this period is zero, MCE5 reports a positive purchase value (in our case several £100k over a few items).
    If you run the report over all periods, the total purchase value remains unchanged, but if you are looking at recent purchase values (say last 3 or 6 months), then when the original item date drops off the start of this period, you get a misleading increased value.
    The same situation would arise if you were to amend such an item to say increase the quantity required.  MCE5 will only report this increased purchased value in the period the item was originally created, rather than the current period.
    I cannot imagine any circumstance when anyone would want the result that standard SAP gives.  SAP replied to my query under OSS as follows:
    "I'm sorry that this doesn't meet your business requirements. We really
    haven't had complaints from other customers. The rule for update of
    PO value in S012 is defined in transction MC26 as BEDAT. The period
    of the creation date will always be updated regardless of when you
    make the change. This is not customizable in standard. I guess you could
    control this in a user exit by changing the BEDAT, but it might lead to
    problems and confusion later. I wouldn't recommend it, since MM-PUR
    development couldn't support it. You are requesting a design change,
    which isn't handled by development support. You can always enter a
    development request with your solution manager, but at the moment we
    have no plans for changing this design. It also works the same in BW."
    Has anyone else come up against this?
    Has anyone found a solution?
    Or has anyone got an alternative method to get similar figures to that reported in MCE5 etc but without this failing?

    mseg table price is inclusive of delivery cost so i want to take from EKBE table. ekbe value contains without delivery cost.

  • Purchasing report - To capture PO value changes

    Experts,
    I am in process of creating Purchase order report.
    User wants to report on total PO value at start of date - end of date.
    I have currently captured changes at line-item level by reading data from CDPOS and CDHDR through functional module.
    At the moment we are reporting only line items that have changed, however in order to see the total value of a PO... we would need either of the following:
    - all line items on a PO if any line items have changed OR
    - two additional fields - one for total PO value at the start of the period and one for total PO value at the end.
    Where a line item has multiple changes within the period, we really only want to see what the value was at the start of the reporting period and at the end of the reporting period.
    How to go forward in this scenario?
    Any suggestion greatly appreciated.

    Do you want users to select a period or a range of periods and then see the beginning and end value of a certain PO? You can try creating two date variables based on the entered period selection. Set the first one for all datas smaller or eual to the first date of the low value period selection and the second one for all dates smaller or equal to the last date of the high value of the period selection. Use these in two different columns and you're done. Might not give the best performance however.
    A second option might be the snapshot scenario suggested by SAP for stock values, basicly load from your changes ODS to a new ODS or cube with a period selection.

    Hi,
    In both reports you can obtain the sum of the net value of PO's.
    But on ME81N if you fill Net value 1 = 100, Net value 2 = 1000, Net value 3 = 10000, Net value 4 = 1000000 or period.
    The system will give you the net value of the PO's and tell you where each PO in the ranges that you have defined.
    If you push the graphic button, you can see a graphic for that analysis.
    If you push ABC button you obtain and ABC analysis based in the % you define.
    You can have a look also to ME80 and ME81.

    In standard system, that doesn't exist.
    You can create new infostructure (LIS) where you mix informations from sales and purchase.
    In this case, it's necessary to use common characteristics like plant, compagny code, material. And, that depends of course what key figures do you want (quantity, value, ...).
    I think, you'll find differents thread about LIS.
    Also, an abap query with code (or ABAP program) can answer your request.
    In fact, in standard system, you'll find sales/purchase o informations (order qty, open qty, delivery qty)  in  "stock menu" :
    - MB53
    - MCBZ / MCBE (LIS stock)

    You can specify a minimum order value for sales order processing. The following example illustrates how this function is used:
    You specify a minimum order value of USD 200.
    During sales order processing, the net value (after discounts and freight, before taxes) of an incoming order is USD 190.08.
    During pricing, the system determines that the net value falls below the minimum order value and calculates a minimum-order-value surcharge. In this example, the surcharge equals USD 9.92.
    The minimum order value and the surcharge appear as separate lines in the pricing screen. The minimum value is for information purposes only, and does not affect pricing. The system automatically adjusts the net value of the order (before taxes) to the minimum value allowed.
    If you use minimum-order-value requirements, you must create condition records for condition type AMIW. In these condition records, you specify customers and the corresponding minimum order values. During pricing, the system automatically uses these condition records as a reference for determining the relevant minimum order surcharges (condition type AMIZ). In the standard version, condition type AMIZ refers to AMIW. This means that the system automatically calculates values for AMIZ conditions; you do not need to create separate condition records.
    You may want to specify minimum order values by sales organization or division instead of by customer. In order to do this, your system administrator must define a new condition table with the appropriate fields in the table key. The condition table can then be included in the access sequence for condition type AMIW.

  • Sales and Purchase Analysis reports by Item

    The current functionality of these reports is more like an open items list rather than an analysis report.
    If you Run a Purchase Analysis report by Item with a secondary selection of Supplier, and choose GRPO - the scenario is to find out how many of which products you have received in the date range from a specific supplier. This type on data is useful to use for negotiations on pricing etc.
    Currently, the report will only display values for GRPO that have not been drawn to AP Invoice. This is supposedly system functionality, but, the report is called analysis, so should provide data for that purpose?

  • Open Sales Order quantity & value

    Hi,
    We have a requirement here of report to show open sales order quantity & value for any month (monthend). There is a datasource 2LIS_11_V_ITM which gives Open order quantity. I have created an ODS with 2LIS_11_VAITM & 2LIS_11_V_ITM which can give me desired qty & value, but only for date of last data upload and not for date in the past.(and to get that, I have to sumup all open orders quantity without using any date filter)
    I am thinking of creating a Infocube over this ODS to update the Open Order qty & value at the monthend (Snapshot scenario). But to update this, I am not able to get the logic for date to be used in time dimension.
    If anyone can think of the solution or any alternate way to develop this kind of report, your help/suggestions are most welcome.

    Hi,
    You can find change view option in ME80FN by executing the report and its available near by print and change layout button.
    Click on the change view > select purchase order history.
    You will get the required report then.
    Also you can make the Z enhancement with the help of abapor.

  • Full Points sure: Wrong values populating in report (BEX)

    Hi Gurus,
    I got an Issue on CRM Report. Report is populating wrong values. 
    In the report, We have structure called “Opportunity” (in that structure fields are New opportunity, Close opportunity, Win opportunity and Open opportunity) in query and  One key figure called “Revenue”.
    On revenue we have one condition with variables.  But, in that condition everything is fine.
    The Condition Screen is like this:
    Radio Button: Single characteristic  is selected
    "Opportunity Sales ID" selected in Characteristics.
    Keyfigures:                                            
    Revenue                      New Opp                      TOP N             TOP X OPP
    Revenue                      Open Opp                     TOP N             TOP X OPP
    Revenue                      WINS                           TOP N             TOP X OPP
    Revenue                      Lost                             TOP N              TOP X OPP
    everything is right in this: If we select top 10 opportunities. we are getting wrong values
    for ex:  if we select top 10 Opportunities (in the selection screen)  means “REVENUES”.
    We are getting 12 values. 10 values are correct remaining 2 values are wrong..
    There is no Update routine for “revenue” keyfield.
    Can please suggest me on this…… What are possibilities for wrong values ...

  • XL-Reporter - sales analysis including row discount and document discount

    Hello World!
    In XLR I want to report all item-sales to customers grouped by item-groups based on invoives.
    Since I am interested only in net amounts (without tax, freight and other expenses) and discounts I use 'S0_LineTotal' as attribute.
    'SO_LineTotal' includes the discount of each item-row in the document.
    The row selection is as follows:
    FACT
    ARDT(Code = "ARCreditMemo","Invoice")
    FIG(SO_DocType = "I")
    ITM( * ) 
    Group By ITM.ItmsGrpCod
    The problem is that I also have to include the document discount 'OINV.DiscSum' in the result.
    In combination with the row selection specified above the attribute 'Total Discount' delivers no results (always 0).
    In the standard SAP report 'Sales - AR/Sales reports/Sales Analysis' the total discount is averaged to all items in the matrix of a document.
    How can I achieve this in my XL-Report?

    Hello,
    To get this, I tried drag following information from Report composer:
    Under Sales tab, choose Items(Display more atrributes to choose Item Group), Document Number(choose this one because same items may have different discount in different documents), Discount % Per Row(light dimension),Discount % Per Document(light dimension), Row Total(measure).
    Drag the Item Group to the Group region.
    Run the report and the result should be all items are grouped by item Group and discounts and total in different document for each item will be listed.

    I found the relevant tables of Credit Limit in FD32

    Then, I would like to show the document details of open sales order credit value in the report.
    I tried to summarize the open sales order amount from VBAK, VAUK, VBAP, VBUP.
    However, it doest match to the amount in S066 table.
    Can anyone tell us how to summarize Open sales order credit value from SD documents?

    Sudheer,
    You need to check the update rule given in the definition of the Credit control Area which you are using for credit management. If you want only the open deliveries then you need to have update rule 15 in the credit control area.
    In the credit controal settings, you need to have settings for the credit check at the delivery level.
