New Requirement credit management SAP SD

Hello GuRus i am new in SAP SD please help
My client want to implement credit management as
For Ex. Company want to give credit limit to its Agent 100000 inr
For example 5 customer is associated with this agent then company again want to give 30000 to all associated customer to agent
Means credit limit of 5 customer *30000= 150000
But credit limit of agent is less than customer associated with him
In this case customer directly paying to company but agent takes responsibility to collect money in case he default
How to implement and what enhancement required

Hi
Maybe you can try with the parent son scenario. Please, see SAP Note 1011714 - Sales values / Credit exposure in scenario Father - Sons for further information.

  • Credit Management- ,BP with customer

    Hello All,
I'm new to Credit management, My concern is how to link my customer account with my BP.
Say example my BP- 1000 is extended for Credit management and have a AR invoice for ABCD customer, How shall i create link between both?
    Appreciate your help.
    PS: I'm aware of CVI
    Regards,
    Jain

    Dear Jain,
Your idea seems to link SD-customer with BP which has different number from SD-customer .
    eg. SD-customer ABCD ==>  BP 1000
When FSCM selects BP for credit management, it search for BP which has same number with SD-customer.
    eg. SD-customer 1000 ==>  BP 1000
This standard logic happens in BAdi definition of 'BADI_SD_CM'.
I guessed that you already activated this BADI
(IMG name >> BAdI: Connection of SD to SAP Credit Management)
    My opinion for your requirement is as follows;
If you want to put your own business process into this standard logic,
kindly go to your own BAdi  implementation and enhance it
    (eg. method: FSCM_GET_ACCOUNT_KEY, FSCM_GET_MASTER_DATA)
More efficient enhancement approach would be welcomed.
    Best regards,
    Ted

  • Credit Management in CRM - transfer of blocked documents to ECC

    Hi,
we want to implement credit check in CRM using CRM.
    Our client requirements are:
    - Sales order is created in CRM
    - Credit check is executed in CRM, using information from ECC
    - If result is negative, sales order credit status must be updated to "no Ok"
    - User continue processing sales order in CRM until he decides it can be transferred to ECC
    - Sales Order is transferred to ECC, where ECC users initiate credit release.
After reading Credit Management SAP documentation, we have an important doubt:
    - If we want that ECC sends correct information about credit check, we need to have a "B" or "D" in column reaction in ECC.
    - Documentation says that CRM can transfer a sales order with credit status to No Ok because it is not considered as an error
But if we have a B or D in ECC, it implies that ECC won't save a new document with credit check no ok. So if CRM sales order sends a slaes order that has been updated to "credit checK no Ok" by RFC user, it won't be transferred to ECC: Bdoc will error.
So, it seems as it was something that is not consistence
Does anybody can help me to clear this up?
    Thanks and regards

    Hi Sana,
Since CRM using R/3 credit check functions (thru RFC), have you
check that this credit check properly run in R/3?
You need to make sure this first.
Assume you already maintain RFC in CRM to call credit check function in R/3,
Then try to check whethere your transaction type for Service and Sales
already check / set the Credit Check is active?
    Hope this could helps.

  • Credit Management PI Integration

    Hi experts,
I have inherited a scenario for the credit management (SAP ECC 6.0) integration in PI 7.1. It is running fine, but now running in another R/3 client is required. I have made a copy of the scenario pointing to the new client, and also added this new Business System, but no message is reaching XI.
In the source system, the MF LCR_GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEM is raising an error (LCR 002: Business System could not be determined). Am I missing anything?
    Many thanks,
    Paco

    HI ,
Can you please elaborate your scenario whether it is idoc to File or Proxy to file or RFC to file?
How you are connecting new R3 system to XI?

    HI
You can define your own credit groups  according to your client's requirement.
    here is the path....
    IMG > SPRO>SALES AND DISTRIBUTION --> BASIC FUNCTIONS -->
CREDIT MANAGEMNT / RISK MANAGEMENT --> CREDIT MANAGEMENT
-->  DEFINE CREDIT GROUPS --> NEW ENTRIES AND CREATE YOUR OWN
CREDIT GROUPS AS UR UR REQUIREMENTS.
hope this will help u ...

  • Credit management requirement

    Hi,
Guys i have the b/m requirement w.r.t. credit management.
i am very confused on the same.
-.The credit period of 45 days from the date of placing the order(i.e sales order) will be admissible to the customers of the company.
-. Customer will be required to issue a post-dated cheque on the due date of payment for 95% value of the order.
& The order will be taken for production by the plant only after post dated cheque for 95% value of the order has been received by the branch and confirmed to Head Office.
-.The balance amount against the supplies received by the BP against the purchase order shall be payable after the receipt of the goods by him. This outstanding amount shall be a part of credit limit.
-.At no given time the total credit exposure (including the value of post dated cheque) against BP shall exceed 50% of the invoice value to him in preceding 90 days.  In case the business partner has already utilized the credit limit agreed for him, the supplies will be made against cash payment only.
-.If any payment is received from BP in less than 45 days, he shall be entitled for credit note @ 1.5% per month.
CAN ANYBODY HELP ME TO MAP THE SCENARIO IN SAP ON THE SAME.
    Rgds

    Hi,
For credit period of 45 days. configure payment terms.
SAP does not have a solution for post dated cheques. However you can use F-49 - Noted Items for post dated cheques. At the end of due date, use F-28 - incoming payments.
For Credit Limit, Configure Credit Management,Refer to this website.
    http://www.sap-img.com/sap-sd/credit-management.htm
In case of cash payment, you can use F-28 or F110, you have to use cash GL Account.
Please let me know if you need more information.
    Assign points if useful.
    Regards

  • ECredit vs SAP Credit Management

    SAP Experts,
Has anyone ever used eCredit?  I am interested in understanding the functionality it provides vs. SAP Credit management and any gap, interface issues.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
SAP Credit Management module basically checks the credit status and whether an Order / Delivery needs to be blocked / processed. This settings can be configured as per the Business requirement.
eCredit is a third party tool which basically gives a credit worthiness of a Customer. We can get information through an incoming interface and we can send update information toeCredit with an external interface.
For business transactions SAP Credit Management should be implemented which faciliates real time credit check.
    Thanks
    Murali.

  • Credit Management requirement for cash business

    Hi Gurus,
Actually my client business is a cash business, there is no credit concept for the customers.
My requirement is when i create a sales order, system should check the credit balance of the customer(Business receives the payment through cheque and entry is made in f.28 transaction) and should compare with the current document value and if it exceeds, then system should through the error.
And if any open sale orders exists for this customer, system should even consider those values while credit check is happening.
And the exceptions for this requirement is
1.Credit check option should be there only for specific case of customers i,e based on account group of   customers.
2.There are  very few customers(around 5) where they give credit.
Pls guide me, early resposes woould be highly appreaciable.
    Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Mahendar.

    hello, friend.
you can consider using the payment guarantee scenario in credit management. the customer advance payment could be treated sort of as a financial document or payment card.
as for the selective application of credit controls based on customer group, i believe you do this be configuring risk categories and assigning them to the appropriate credit account master data.
    regards.

  • Configuring SAP Credit management interfaces in PI 7.0

I am working on PI 7.0 instance and have an issue while trying to connect Accounts receivable accounting with SAP Credit Management.
Did anybody configure this kind of interfaces (Credit cOMMITMENT & Credit Payment) so that they could be integrated with PI?
If so, could you please tell me the steps to configure the mappings and CCs in IR and ID?
i am following SAP Credit mngmnt config guide, but there is no info regarding this.
    TCODES are: UKM_TRANSFER_ITEM & UKM_TRANSFER_VECTOR
    Best regards,
    David

    try sapsr3.<table> instead of sap<sid>
SAPSR3 is the schema now. Once lock is removed , try to login with sap*/ddic with master password which you gave while installing.

  • DNB integration with FSCM SAP Credit management

    Hi,
Any body worked on or integrated  DNB  with FSCM SAP Credit management ? if it is please share some information /document on integration.
    Thx
    DD

    Hi Ankur
You can integrate with DNB either online or batch mode .
    .Online mode
In this mode, a request is sent from FSCM to DNB for credit data. A response is sent by the DNB synchronously, for the request initiated from FSCM.
Following was done to implement this. Middle ware (java based) created a web service and in FSCM we created a client proxy to consume the web service.
To initiate the request from FSCM, we called a web service method using a custom program passing the relevant information like agency name, customer name etc.
To call the web service method through the proxy, we had to pass the port name in the proxy call. The URL for the web service was configured in the port (transaction LPCONFIG). Middle ware got the request and in real time passed it to the DNB using integration technique   The DNB sent response back to Middle Ware in real time and Middle ware passed it back to FSCM using the same web service used for the request from FSCM.
    . Batch mode -
In this mode, there was no request from FSCM side. Middle ware will aggregate credit data from DNB on periodic basis and dump the data as xml files in FSCM application server. A batch job (custom program) will be    scheduled in FSCM to process the xml files provided by Middle ware and update credit data from agencies in FSCM.
    Thanks
    Rajesh Kanamarlapudi
