New Syetem(Highest FSB) post ur result

Hi folks
This my first time posting here
Well i have finally go ahead with the AMD64 bits wagon and i have a few question need answer if u folks dont mind helping out here. SEE SIG for SPECS
1:  I know my board haven got  PCI/AGI lock, what is a safe max FSB should i raise till one of my other part gose fubar?
2: What is a better way to overclock on this board, raise FSB or throught the Dynamic setting?
3:  Where do i look or where to tell what version my bios is, have use CPU-Z but it tell me it VERSION 7.00T and DATE 04/02/01 hope this not made in 2001?
4: Also dose it matter if the ram timming tighter the better on AMD64( I know is dose on the XPs), i have 2x512 cosair 3200LL 1.1 ready to put in if i need it but dunno if this works with this sytem as i have read the sticky above saying incapatability.
ATM i have my system running at 220x10=2.2 fully stable (prime for over 4hrs)not one problem so far with the Nanya ram at
220 fsb
FSB:DRAM CPU/10  (what is better to set in bios??)

Please do tell me what to improve in the setting wise.

Actually we saw very little change in the Via Board with the timings. The only one that made a ton of difference was the CAS Latency. The A64's love low latency and the rest is not doing much. You too can test this by making changes and testing with SiSoft Sandra's memory bandwidth test. In fact we found that the RAM ran basically as fast with both DDR333 and DDR40o settings. However if the timings get too tight you will find things don't work at all anymore. So my advice is to get good low latency RAM and relax those timings and let her breath a bit.
