NFirefox will not allow me to click on a link without switching to another program first. The version is 3.6.8. This problem makes Firefox virtually unusable. Help!
Firefox will not allow me to click on more than one link in a sequence. After one click, I am forced to switch to another active application before returning to Firefox and clicking on another link. I have seen this problem posted by others, but I can't find an answer by Mozilla. Since this problem makes Firefox virtually unusable (version 3.6.8) I would hope that Mozilla would offer an answer ASAP. Until then, I'm stuck with Explorer.

The only available, signed, iOS, for your iPod, is iOS 7.1. That's why you can't install iOS 6.1.6.

If you're still having this issue, and you are unable to open iCloud in settings because it is grayed out, go to Settings>General>Restrictions>Accounts (near the bottom) and set this to Allow Changes.

By default, it will say "Firefox will: Remember history"
If you have "Firefox will: Use custom settings for history" could you indicate what you have for cookies? For example:

I cannot open iCal because of a problem. Can anybody help me? The computer will not allow it to open and sends a message to apple each time. The icon has gone from the dock, but ical works on my iPad and I am afraid to sync it with my computer in case it wipes everything .
I have the exact same problem. I have not changed anything. This is probably a bug or something that has gone bad with Mac OS X (10.7.2). I have not found any solution for this on the web.

My iPad will not allow me to update apps although I have no problem buying new ones. It says "cannot connect to iTunes" each time I try.
Same problem for me, too. It happens on my iPad, iPhone, and iMac. Weird because I have great Internet connectivity and I can log into and view my iTunes account. I've downloaded three new apps with no problem. But my iPad shows 14 apps needing updates, my iPhone shows 2, and my iMac shows 1. In all cases, clicking on "update" and entering the password results in the message, "Cannot connect to iTunes Store". It's the same result across multiple WiFi networks, even after resetting them.
I'll see if someone at the Genius Bar can help and then I will repost. -
I saved my Form Central spreadsheet file once as a excel file but Forms Central will not allow me to save the file a second time as an excel file. I am informed that I cannot complete this action because the file me be open in another application, but it is not open in another application. What is the problem, and how do I solve the problem. First check the version of the document with Jongware's script "Identify.jsx" (ExtendScript/JavaScript).

If it is CS 5.5 or above, you need someone to open it in the version the script says and export an IDML representation from that. Another way would be to install a 30days version of CS6 or above (CC) and do it yourself.
In regards of the script showing a result for InDesign files higher than CS6:
CS7 = CC v9
CS8 = CC v10 = CC-2014 or CC2014.1

RogerSounds like you have a newer iMac than this forum covers. The newer ones have a bar or "fence" that, on detecting the drive has failed. moves the bar to block the slot so no media can be inserted (to avoid damage or loss of a disk).

This may work, try deleting the Yahoo email account from your phone and then re-add it, using your new Yahoo password.
If that doesn't work, log into your Yahoo account from a computer and double-check that you are entering the correct password. Also, your password may be case sensitive, so enter it into your iPhone the exact the same way you created it.

When I try to open Firefox from my desktop it will not even open to the internet, it does pop up a box that says "do you want to report this crash" I have sent the report and still can not have any luck fixing this problem. Please give me some assistance with a problem that we have encountered with our ipod touch. We have lost the camera app, and most of all we need to change the email address on the ipod touch but when I go to settings, the email account, add account, fetch New Data will not highlight to allow me to click on them to access them to change them.
I have forgotten the password on the ipod also, we set it when we first purchased it for my daughter and never used it again and we cannot remember for the life of us what that pass code is now.

FF 9.0.1 will not allow me to click "Remember Password"
I turned on the setting for FF to remember my logins & passwords. When I enter my information to login into a site FF will ask me if I would like to remember my password but when I click "Remember Password" it registers the click (the button gains an internal drop shadow) but the tooltip popup doesn't go away and my password is not saved... I've already done a reinstall, is there something else I can try, maybe playing with some of the config settings?
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

It is possible that there is a problem with the files key3.db and signons.sqlite that store the encrypted names and passwords in Firefox.<br />
Rename the files key3.db and signons.sqlite in the Firefox profile folder.<br />
You can add .old to the file names (key3.db.old and signons.sqlite.old) or move them to another folder to make it possible to undo the action.<br />
You need to set a new Master Password after renaming or deleting key3.db and all currently saved passwords are lost.<br />
If that has worked then you can remove the renamed files that are no longer needed.<br />

Firefox comes up and will not allow me to click between tabs.

New laptop with InDesign CS6 installed will not allow mouse to click within the fly-out windows.
At first, it wouldn't allow me to click on the Selector tool either; had to press "V" on the keyboard to toggle to it. I can open and close the fly outs, but the mouse doesn't recognize anything clickable within the window itself, from the pages, to the styles etc. I checked the other CS6 software, and no problem in either Photoshop or Illustrator (didn't go beyond those). It's a new computer so there are no old version issues; we've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, including any updates and fixes out there. Any ideas? I'm dead in the water here....

Whenever I open Firefox, it keeps trying to do an update. Then I get the following error message "The Update could not be installed (patch apply failed)" It then tells me to update manually at Blah, blah, blah. When I follow that link, it tells me that my computer has the latest version of Firefox. What gives?
If there are problems with updating then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version and delete the Firefox program folder to remove any leftover files.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible.
*Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data because all profile folders will be removed.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
*It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
